Gayu begins to wonder off minding his business since he hasn't seen anyone yet, but to his luck he dueled a couple and now he has enough pieces to get to the next round not only he hears his gazer ringing he pulls out and sees is his mom, so he immediately picks up the call.

"Mom?" he asks.

"Gayu, hey! you're still walking around the town?" Gayu mom's asks.

Gayu nods to himself "yeah I am" he says.

"Well, I have news there's a producer that want to work on a new song and he believes that you be the right fit for the tune according to him" his mom explain.

"Really where I can find him?" Gayu asks

"You must be Ai, right?" Gayu hears a unfamiliar voice before looking back and sees a tall white hair adult with shades "My name Satori a friend of your mom, and producer and I was looking for you to talk about our collab" he explains himself.

Gayu seems he can trust this man before hanging up the call "Okay, let's talk" he says.

-time skip somewhere else-

In a room where a certain brown and gold hair male throws a bunch of papers about duelist who are competing in the duel carnival and his eyes were set on a certain pink hair duelist.

"I'm saving you for last, Gayu..." he says before looking at the other duelist "now which one of my beloved fans goes first "so many Potential targets to choose from" Quattro says before smirking.

"Your attitude seriously concerns me, watching your fans squirm makes you think you have a charge doesn't it" A silver long hair older male says while reading a book he owns.

"I believe you're jealous Quinton" Quatro responds after he scoffs "and is not my fault I became popular; those chumps get what they deserve anyway, and I have to make my work interesting, since there's never a chance I'll lose" Quattro adds.

Quinton narrows his eyes at Quattro while closing his book "don't be sure of that Quattro, your arrogance will be your downfall" he warns.

Quattro scoffs again "if you don't like how I operate, then maybe you should start collecting numbers" he tells Quinton who then grin a bit.

"I will once the opponents gets tougher" Quinton responds only for Quattro to look at him confusedly.

"Oh, so you think you're a better duelist than me, huh? Grab your deck and let's find out" Quattro challenges Quinton which the male on sitting on a couch chuckle lightly.

Before Quinton could even responds Quattro's challenge a new voice interrupts the two.

"Alright, that's enough Quattro, we're brothers, we shouldn't be fighting among ourselves" a young teen boy with short, pink hair which curls slightly at his neck and emerald, green eyes tells them.

"Mind your own business pipsqueak!" Quattro yells at the boy.

"No! Trey happens to be right!" a new voice echoes the room which the three of them look at a steps as a figure who resembles a young boy with yellow eyes and pale blonde hair, some of which is braided and resting over his right shoulder. He is outfitted in aqua and light greenish clothing over a white shirt, pants, and brown shoes and a metallic crowned mask that reveals parts of his face with the left side completely concealed and his left eye covered by a red lens.

"I approve of your self-confidence Quattro, but you better master self-control like the others" he states.

"Excuse me? why should I care what you think?" Quattro questions before Quinton stands up from the couch.

"Watch it Quattro" Quinton warns before walking up to his younger brother.

"What's that?" Quattro asks in provocative tone.

"You show Vetrix some respect, and you won't talk to him that way!" Quinton scolds Quattro who then frown and looks away.

"Fine Quinton" the middle brother gives in.

"I take it that you know what your mission is today, don't you Trey?" Quinton then says to his other Brother Trey without looking at him as he grabs a card that was stuck on one of the duelist info.

"Yes, Brother" Trey responds.

"The duelist they call shark tries to track down Quattro" Quinton says before throwing the card towards Trey which he catches it "better hold on this number card, I have a feeling that you'll run into each other very soon" he says.

"I understand" Trey says as both he and Quattro left the room.

Quinton looks out the window specifically at a building with a vengeful frown "Dr. Faker, someday I'll take everything from you just like you took everything from us" he states with a angry tone.

"Quinton!" Vetrix calls the taller male "just make sure that Faker doesn't found out about me; he thinks I'm God, and I want to leave it that way 'til the day I reveal myself" he then says.

"Greetings, It's Day two of the world duel carnival, today you can make your dreams come true! make sure you duel with lots and lots of heart good luck" the announcer says as they hear music playing.

Gayu appears in the stage wearing a outfit inspired to Milky Rose one of his Duel Monsters. he wears a vine-like headdress decorated with a blue rose and petal-like ribbon, and gold pearls to accent his droplet earrings. He wears a white outfit composed of a corset that has purple detail and layered, scalloped sleeves, and ruffled skirt with a ruffled purple trim around the waist. His gloves are colored to match and have a blue rose on the hand to match that on the chest, resting over a pale blue leaf-like bow. He also gains dark purple shorts and a pair of lilac and purple boots with ruffled top and ribbon on the back. while his back up dancers wore different outfits that are matching sailor monsters outfits.

Trey shakes his head "I doubt you get a chance" he says.

Gayu finishes his performance and the crowd cheer as the boy blows a kiss and pulls out his pieces now all together and waves.

'He got in already!?' Yuma, Shark, Quattro, and Trey question out of shock.

A little boy with silver-ish blue hair watches the pink hair boy with such curious and made him feel unknowingly things for him "I feel...warm" he mutters little did he know that his brother was also there and hear him.

'So this Gayu boy made you feel warm...' Kite thought 'Could he be able to help Hart' he then questions himself.

Gayu looks everywhere for his friends but to his bad he couldn't find them "I guess they might be dueling somewhere" Gayu says as he continues on walking before sensing someone following him which make him become more cautious to his surroundings. 

"Be careful, Gayu, I can feel like somebody's watching us" he hears Luna muttering.

Gayu turns and sees a familiar short boy with Glasses and crashes into him making them both fall harshly.

"Flip!?" Gayu questions.

the shorter boy looks up at Gayu and gasps "Gayu! I'm safe!" he states as crocodile tears roll down his face.

Gayu have a bad feeling "what did you do?" he asks.

before Flip could answer he gets grabbed by a tall man "Allow me to enlighten you, this cheat made fake heart Pieces, he's gonna pay and he'll be banned from competing in this and future duel carnivals, plus I'm kicking him out of heartland city, and he cannot duel here again!" he yells.

"Okay angry issues much, I'm not 50 feet away for you to yell" Gayu says making the older man stare at Gayu angrily.

"What was that!?" he questions making Gayu rolls his eyes.

"Did I stutter?" he asks back.

"You're getting on my nerves, kid" the man says to the pinkette

"I wasn't even trying, sir if there's a better solution to this" Gayu says which a idea struck in the man's mind and smirks.

"How about you face both Nistro and I in a two on one duel, if you win, we'll let your friend go and pretend we'd never got this conversation, but if you lose, you'll get the exact punishment he does, are you willing to take this risk?" the woman with purple hair asks.

"quite a tough decision if you ask me..." he mutters honestly and sigh and nods at the woman "alright then, I accept your terms" he says which the male named Nistro looks at Gayu surprised "just because I'm selfless doesn't mean I'm stupid, so I recommend you not to underestimate me, because it'll be your first and only mistake, you'll ever make" He then adds.

Nistro smirks "okay, now I'm starting to like this kid, Dextra" he says to his colleague.

Gayu places his duels disk on his forearm and before he could pull out his duel Gazer, he feels a sharp pain in his left eye "damn...what's wrong with me?" Gayu question as his left blue eye turns yellow and white crescent mark appears surrounding it.

Dextra and Nistro sees this and were caught by surprise Gayu notices the mark on his face and his eyes widen with shock "what happened to my eye?" He questions also out of shock.

both older duelists snap out of their trance, and they set their duel disk and strange marks appear on their left eye as well like Gayu.

Gayu sees the two eyes "so they have strange marks on their left eyes as well" he says to himself "hey do you guys have any idea what just happened to my eye?" Gayu asks.

"Winning or losing this duel we will fill you in on that, but for now is time to duel" Dextra explains.

Gayu then nods "Very well then" he says as he pulls out five cards.

"Let's duel!" the three of them state.

Dextra: 4000
Gayu: 4000
Nistro: 4000

"We should end this duel quickly Nistro" Dextra tells the tall male.

"No problem" Nistro respond.

"I go first, I draw!" Gayu yells as he draws a card "Since there are no monsters on the field, I summon Sailor Saturn in attack mode!"

Sailor Saturn: Atk/2000

"And I'm going to end my turn with two cards face down!" Gayu says as a card face down appears behind Sailor Saturn.

"Started off strong with Sailor Saturn a level five spellcaster monster with two thousand attack and defense points, He's sure not wrong when he said we shouldn't underestimate him" Dextra says before drawing a card "I summon Morpho Butterspy!" she says as a butterfly humanoid monster appears in the field.

Morpho Butterspy: Atk/1200

"And with these two cards face down, I end my turn" Dextra explains as two cards materialized in the field "You're up Nistro" Dextra says to her partner which Gayu frowns.

Yuma and Tori look and see a duel and they were surprised to see Gayu dueling Nistro and Dextra "Hey I know those two they were officials of the duel carnival" Yuma states referring to Dextra and Nistro.

Tori nods "yeah, but why are they dueling Gayu?" she questions.

"It's all because of me" Yuma and Tori look and see Flip who's looking down "I'm the reason Gayu was in this mess, you see I cheated and now Gayu's dueling for me, if he loses not only, he'll lose his deck, but he'll be banned from future carnival" he explains hearing this made Yuma and Tori look at Gayu worried.

"You're ready? I draw!" Nistro yells as he draws a card from his deck "I summon Hammer Bounzer! I can summon this card when you have cards on your field but I don't" Nistro explains as his monster appears roaring at Sailor Saturn.

Hammer Bounzer: Atk/2300

"My Bounzer is a real beast!" Nistro says before his confident expression changed to a shocked one 'He's not...intimidated by this?' Nistro questions in his mind.

"Look at all those attack points" Tori says frighten when she sees Hammer Bounzer's attack points. 

"he got more points than Sailor Saturn" Flips adds.

Yuma looks at Gayu "come on Gayu, I know you must have some miracle hiding under your sleeve" Yuma mutters 'I still don't know what's taking Astral so long' he wonders.

"I'm turning my turn to you, Gayu Tsukino, we know about you, not only for your Ai alias but also for the fact that You already got enough pieces to make to the next round, be honest with us why you decided to agree to dueling us" Nistro asks as Dextra narrows her eyes at Nistro before looking back at the pinkette male wondering the same thing.

"Well if I'm honest, I just want to have fun" Nistro and Dextra were literally not expecting that answer as they were caught off guard "You seem like good duelists that could give me quite a challenge and your showing that  right now, but now it's my turn, I draw!" Gayu says as he draws a card he looks at the card and nods "just the card I need, to light up the field with style I activate the spell card: Sailor Guardian Call! When there's already a Sailor Monster on the field, I'm allowed to summon monsters from level five to lower just as long as they have Sailor in their name" Gayu explains as he shows two Sailor Monster on his hand "And as you can see, I have two, so please give them a warm welcome to Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus!"

Sailor Jupiter: Atk/1700

Sailor Venus: Atk/1600

"Next I activate Sailor Jupiter's special ability! when there's a monster on your field that has higher attack points than any of my monster that monster loses half of it's attack points and you have to send cards from your deck to the graveyard for each monster that's on the field, since there are five monsters, that means you have to send five cards from your deck to the graveyard, sorry pal" Gayu explains.

Hammer Bounzer: Atk/2300 → 1150

"Next I overlay my two level four Sailor Venus and Sailor Jupiter!"

His monsters turn into spheres of orange and yellow light before flying up in the air and then fall in a purple and yellow blackhole and a pillar of yellow light strikes out of it.

"With these two Sailors I build the overlay Network I Xyz summon Sailor Moon! and in the name of the Moon, we'll punish you!"

Sailor Moon: Atk/2400

"Sailor Saturn attack Morpho Butterspy, Silent strike!" Gayu yells.

Sailor Saturn's blade light up with purple light and charges at Dextra's monster

Dextra smirks "I activate the trap, Butterfly Yoke! and with it I'm putting the brakes on your Sailor Saturn's attack because when Butterfly Yoke equips onto your monster it switched from attack to defense mode!" Dextra explains.

Gayu also smirks "good thing because you trigger my Cure Rosetta's special ability from my hand!" he says as he shows the card that he has left in his hand.

"What does it do?" Dextra asks.

Gayu smiles "I'm thrilled that you asked, you see Rosetta's special ability activates only when you activate a trap or quick spell card during my turn you see Not only, I get to special summon Cure Rosetta, but Your Butterfly Yoke will be effecting on her instead of Sailor Saturn" He explains as he summons his monster.

Cure Rosetta: Def/1900

"Stike it down Saturn!" Gayu yells as Sailor Saturn attacks Morpho Butterspy.

Dextra: 4000 - 3200

"Now Sailor Moon, attack Hammer Bouncer, Moon Tiara action!" Sailor Moon attacks the level six monster and Nistro loses points.

Nistro: 4000 - 2750

"With that, I end my turn" Gayu says.

"Go Gayu!" Gayu hears Yuma cheering.

Gayu looks at Yuma and nod.

"We sure underestimated you, Gayu Tsukino" Dextra says as she draws a card "I activate the spell reawakening Butterspy, this spell works when there's a Butterspy monster on my graveyard I can bring back Morpho Butterspy to my field.

Morpho Butterspy: Atk/1200

"Next I summon Swallowtail Butterspy" Dextra says a new Butterspy monster appears in the field.

Swallowtail Butterspy: Atk/1800

"Next I overlay my two level four Butterspy to build the overlay network!" Dextra explains.

like Gayu's monsters Dextra's Butterspies turn into spheres of orange and yellow light before flying up in the air and then fall in a white and red blackhole and a pillar of yellow light strikes out of it.

"I Xyz summon Photon Papilloperative!" Dextra shouts as her Xyz monster flies out of the blackhole.

Photon Papilloperative: Atk/2100

"I activate Photon Papilloperative's special ability! By using one overlay unit I change Rosetta's position to attack mode and it loses six hundred attack points" Dextra explains.

Cure Rosetta: Atk/1400 → 800

"Then I'll add to your troubles by using my spell card Berserk scales, it gives my Photon Papilloperative a extra thousand attack point boost" Dextra explains.

Photon Papilloperative: Atk/2100 → 3100

"Now Photon Papilloperative Attack, Cure Rosetta, Vidic Swarm!" Photon Papilloperative fires a barrage of butterflies at Cure Rosetta destroying her and Gayu takes damage.

Gayu: 4000 - 1700

"Gayu!" Yuma, Tori and Flip call out the pink hair male.

"Unfortunate for me, at the end of the turn Photon Papilloperative loses two thousand attack points" Dextra explains.

Photon Papilloperative: Atk/3100 → 1100

"Now I'm gonna end my turn, Your move Nistro!" Dextra says.

"I draw I'm bringing Hammer Bounzer back from the graveyard with the spell: Rebounzer!

Hammer Bounzer: Atk/2300

"Next I activate the spell card double Bounzer this card allows me to summon a Bounzer monster of the same level as the one I have in my field, and I'm choosing Phantom Bounzer from my hand!" Nistro explain.

Phantom Bounzer: Atk/2400

Gayu looks at Nistro serious "he's going to perform a Xyz summon" he mutters.

Luna looks up at Gayu "Be careful, Gayu" Luna warns which the pinkette nods.

"I overlay my level six Phantom and Hammer Bounzer, and just as you fear, I'll use them to build the overlay network!"

Nistro's Monsters turn into spheres of orange and purple light before flying up in the air and then fall in a white and red blackhole and a pillar of yellow light strikes out of it.

"I Xyz summon, Photon Strike Bounzer!" Nistro states as his Xyz Monsters in front of him and roars at Sailor Moon.

Photon Strike Bounzer: Atk/2700

"Oh Man twenty-seven hundred attack points!" Yuma states out of shock.

"That's it Gayu's done for!" Flip state.

"Go Strike Bounzer, don't show any mercy on Sailor Saturn!" Nistro says as his monster strikes Sailor Saturn destroying her.

Gayu: 1700 - 1000

"Let's see what else you got, Kid" Nistro says as he places a card facedown. 

'I should of take my own advice not to underestimate them... their Photon Monsters are stronger than I thought' Gayu thinks as he struggles to get up.

"Gayu!" Yuma yells making Gayu Dextra and Nistro look at the tanned skin teen "Listen you, must keep dueling, you know what to do, do it!" Yuma cheers.

Tori nods "He's right!" she says and Flip agrees.

"Yuma...Tori...Flip" he mutters before looking at Dextra and Nistro with a glare making the two flinch.

Gayu places his hand on his deck "I draw!" Gayu yells as he sees a monster, he didn't think he would see and smiles "Alright, I activate Sailor Moon's Special Ability! by using one overlay unit I can destroy all face downs if there's a Sailor Monster in my graveyard and I'll add one Sailor monster from the graveyard to my hand" Gayu explains as Nistro's facedown card gets destroyed and Sailor Venus gets added to his hand "Next I summon Sailor Kakyuu from my hand!" he adds.

Sailor Kakyuu: Atk/1200

"Next I activate Kakyuu's special ability! when she's summoned to the field, I can get to draw another monster from my deck and if it happens to be a level four Monster, I get to summon it" Gayu explains as he draws a card and smiles "what else that my trusty friend Sailor Mars!"

Sailor Mars: Atk/1700

"Next I activate Sailor Mars special ability when she's special summoned to the field I can summon another Sailor Monster from my hand and you know who I'm bringing, welcome back Sailor Venus!"

Sailor Venus: Atk/1600

"Now I overlay my three level fours Sailor Mars Venus and Kakyuu!"

Gayu's monsters turn into spheres of red and yellow light before flying up in the air and then fall in a purple and yellow blackhole and a pillar of yellow light strikes out of it.

"With these three ladies I build the overlay network, I Xyz summon! Number 0: Queen Serenity!"

Number 0: Queen Serenity: Atk/100

"Is he nuts a monster with that kind of attack points won't do a thing!" Flip state as if Gayu got crazy.

"Is not the attack points you should be afraid off" Yuma state before Atral finally made his appearance "took you long enough!" Yuma yells as Astral looks at the duel.

"So, it's a two on one duel, I'm impressed that Gayu held on his own" Astral analyzes the situation in front of him.

'The original number' Dextra and Nistro thought noticing the light coming from Yuma's direction.

"Nistro I have a bad feeling about this monster regardless of her attack points" Dextra warns making Nistro frown.

"Now I activate her special ability! by using one overlay unit Serenity gains all of your monster's original attack points" Gayu explains

Number 0: Queen Serenity: Atk/100 → 4900

"That's not all I'm activating Sailor Kakyuu's special ability from the graveyard by vanishing a sailor Monster from the graveyard none of your monsters aren't allow to activate their special abilities" Gayu explains as Photon Strike Bounzer's and Photon Papilloperative's overlay units vanishes from sight shocking the two older duelists.

"I think we can start Panicking now!" Dextra says out of shock.

"That's for sure!" Nistro agrees.

"Oh, I almost forgot once I activated Queen Serenity's special ability, she can attack both Strike Bounzer and Papilloperative at the same time!" Gayu explains.

"WHAT!?" Dextra, Flip, and Nistro question out of panic and disbelief.

"With this is over! Queen Serenity take them both down with Moon Pride Beam!" Gayu yells as Queen Serenity fires a rainbow-colored beam from her pointing fingers and destroy both Photon Monsters.

Dextra: 3200 - 0
Nistro : 2750 - 0

Winner: Gayu

Gayu's left eye turns back to normal and the mark on his face disappears not before gets tackled by Yuma, Flip and Tori.

"I knew you could do it!" Gayu hears Yuma cheering.

"I'd never doubted you Gayu!" Flip says making Yuma and Tori 

Gayu sighs and pulls flip off him "listen flip just because I'd save your butt doesn't mean that you'll get away with things" Gayu tells the shorter boy.

"What do you mean?"

"My condition are that if even if I win this duel you'll be automatically disqualified from only this carnival" he says shocking everyone present.

"a-are you serious!? you've dueled for my innocence!" Flip says nervously.

Gayu points to his left "tell that to the angry mob who's been glaring at you since the half of the duel" he says as Flip turn pale and runs off before the duelist go on and run after him.

Gayu turns to Dextra and Nistro "is it okay with you two?" Gayu says.

Dextra crosses her arms "it does sound fair, and less extreme, I take it" she says.

Nistro sighs and nods "I don't see the issue with it" he says agreeing before looking at Yuma "You...I know you have nothing to do with this but I see a light near where you were heading, I promise you this, when we duel I'm taking you and the original number down!" he states at Yuma which Nistro smirks Yuma then realizes what Nistro meant and then smiles.

"You're on I'll duel you anytime, anywhere!" Yuma responds

"I'll say the same thing to you Gayu" Dextra then says to Gayu which he smirks.

"Challenge accepted, and you both owe me a explanation of how the whole Gazer tattoo thing happened to me" he says which Dextra agrees.

"Now we've got to go get the jump on some more cheaters" Nistro says before he and Dextra made their leave.

"Until we meet again" Gayu says.

"Dextra, I think we should keep our running with Yuma and Gayu a secret from Mr. Heartland" Nistro says.

"But why?" the female asks.

"'cuz I'm gonna defeat the original number, I don't want Kite interfering" Nistro explains.

Dextra sighs and nods "you got it, after all I do hope to face Gayu again" she says.
