Asaka sat on the trapeeze. She was used to it since she grew up here.

She swung up high and balanced on the beam. But she thought about one thing.

Where was her so called best friend?

She felt alone. Asaka felt betrayed. Memories were still fresh in her mind.

She could still remember the times where they were so close. Asaka and her best friend would play tag. Suiko and Asaka would sometimes stare at the starry night. The moonlight would shine brightly everytime they did so.

Until she turned 16. Asaka was enrolled in Fukuhara High, where she met Ren, her closest friend.

She joined Foo Fighters to be as close to him. Asaka wanted to keep their friendship for as long, so she was now the one who would cherish it.

Little did she know, Suiko was also there. Asaka never knew it until one day, when Tetsu told Asaka that the new student, Suiko was getting ahead of her.

"Asaka, your rank is getting lower and lower. Even Suiko, the new student is keeping up with you."

Asaka was enraged by these words. But instead of getting discouraged, Asaka was more determined to keep up with Suiko and maybe even surpass her.

But then, she was slowly getting jealous of Suiko. Why? Because... Asaka was always trying her best to make Ren proud of her, but Suiko did it easily.

Asaka only realized it at the High School Championships.

"Congratulations, Ren-sama!"

"You did great, Ren."

"Yeah, you also Suiko and Asaka!"

Asaka smiled at this.

"But when it comes to the championships, I would want to be the one fighting Aichi-kun! He surely got strong since last time. I won't give the privelage to fight Aichi to others." Ren said seriously.

Suiko smiled a bit and Asaka's smile faded. She became insecure.

Because all these time, she was training to capture Ren's eye, yet when it comes to others, Ren would easily notice them.

Asaka was determined. She was determined to find strength.

And she was really determined since she wants Ren to notice her. Asaka wants Ren to notice her more than a friend.

Then the Link Joker incident came. She noticed people getting stronger under its spell. Under the Reverse.

But Asaka knew that it was wrong. Asaka herself knows that it's not right and shouldn't be used. So she fought against it.

But when Tetsu challenged her, she noticed how stronger he was since 1 year ago when he last engaged in a battle.

Tetsu was telling her about the strength that he received. Tempting Asaka to accept Link Joker itself.

But as she knows that it was wrong, Asaka saw this as an opportunity to prove herself. An opportunity to prove herself to Ren that she isn't weak.

So she finally accepted Link Joker. Feeling the strength in her veins, Asaka swung the trapeeze and waited for Suiko.

She knows that any time soon she would enter.

Asaka smirked. She can funally defeat her rival, her ex best friend Suiko Tatsunagi.

When she entered, Asaka immediately challenged Suiko to a fight.

Suiko accepted it, knowing what's wrong with Asaka. With determination throughout the fight, she tried to call out to the real Asaka.

"Asa-chan! I know that you are there! Please don't shut us out again!"

"Again? Suiko, as far as I can remember, you were the one who left me. Causing me to feel betrayed and alone. But now.." Asaka looked at her hands.

"This strength... This can make you feel how I felt before! You will know how much it hurts!"

"Asaka! This is not the real you! You're just blinded by that power!"

"No Suiko, you were the one who caused me to be like this! I attack!"

Suiko, having used up the cards in her hand, lost. Asaka walked away, but not before telling Suiko something.

"And oh, can you please scream loudly? So you would not feel anything anymore." Asaka walked out of Suiko's room.

Suiko started screaming. But before Asaka went out, she whispered something.

"I..I'm sorry... A..sa..ka.." She was now under Reverse.

Asaka returned to her room.

She swung up high and waited for Ren.

30 minutes later, Suiko and Ren entered Asaka's room. Suiko was defeated by Ren and she had no idea what was going on and what just happened to her.

But as soon as they entered, 4 daggers were thrown at their footstep. Luckily for Suiko and Ren, they avoided it.

Ren, with unusual determination challenged Asaka to a fight.

Throughout the fight, Asaka wad explaining her feelings for Ren.

"All my life, I have been trying to make you notice me. You say I do great, but it makes me feel like I'm not strong enough."

"What are you talking about? You're one of the strongest fighters that I've known." Ren asked, even though he understood what she meant.

"Shut up you liar! You never thought of me as strong! You always admire Aichi's strength and if not, Kai's strength!"

"Asaka-"

"I'm not Asaka! Call me queen! Now I'm close to defeating you... You shall now follow my orders! It would be a privelage to have the great Suzugamori Ren do things for me!"

"Asaka.. This isn't you!"

"No! I'M JUST PROVING YOU WRONG!"

Suddenly, Ren's face became a serious one.

"Asaka, thus, if you say if this is you, then you are not the girl that I have fallen for!" Asaka was taken aback by these words.

"And now, prepare yourself! No more playing with you!" Ren activated his Psyqualia, to take Asaka back. Yet he made sure that he can control it, like how Leon and Aichi did.

Ren smirked with satisfaction as he saw his winning image.

"Break Ride! Phantom Blaster Dragon 'Abyss'! (A/N yep, I changed it). Superior call! Blaster Dark! Seek mate! Blaster Dark Revenger Abyss!"

"Go on."

"My left row Blaster Dark Attacks!"

"Hmph, no guard." She said arrogantly.

"Next, my right row Blaster Dark!"

"Guard."

"My Vanguard! 30000 without a boost!"

"Perfect guard!"

"Twin drive, 1 Stand Trigger and 1 Critical. Stand and power goes to my left row Blaster Dark, and critical alone goes to My vanguard."

"You can't defeat me with only 1 rear guard." Ren just smirked to this.

"Asaka, no matter how many times I fall and stumble, I would always rise again, to bring you back! I retire 3 rear guards, Rise again! Phantom and Blaster Dark attacks again!"

And Asaka lost. Not having any memory of that battle, Asaka was confused.

But after that battle, Ren always kept an eye on Asaka. He would always make sure that Asaka wouldn't feel alone.

On a starry night, Asaka and Ren went to their school field.

They laid on the ground, while Ren was listening to Asaka's story of her childhood.

But what Ren said next shocked Asaka.

"Queen."

"N...Na..Ni?!" She exclaimed.

Ren pulled her into a hug and stared at Asaka's eyes.

"May I call you my moonlight?"

"Sure, you can call me moo- wait what?!"

Asaka realized what Ren said.

Ren just chuckled.

"I love you Asaka, will you be my girlfriend?" Asaka gaped.

But she kissed him, under the moonlight.
