twenty seven.
We reached a huge mansion, my eyes widened as I stared at the beauty before me.
Even through the moonless night, I could make out the structure of the whole mansion, and the way the lights flickered on the pathway simultaneously , I smiled slightly at the swirling path that reached the gates, and bit my lip once I realized that the wonderful mansion was locked away by huge black gates, with a big red diamond in front of them, I gasped, it was similar to the one on my necklace.
I turned my head to look at the old man, who still remained a familiar mystery to me, he was smiling my way, looking at me with loving eyes that wanted to see my reaction to this house.
"W-what is this?" I asked softly, tugging my hand softly from his own and using it to point at the mansion, the loss of warmth consuming me, he sighed and looked ahead, his gaze getting lost in the sight in front of us.
"That is 'Το κόκκινο κάστρο με διαμάντια'." He explained, my brows furrowed as I repeated his foreign words in my head, he chuckled, noticing my confused facial expression, I smiled innocently as a warm blush spread itself on my cheeks in embarrassment.
"This is the red diamond castle." He repeated, but this time in a language I understood, I bit my bottom lip and felt my eyes widen slightly.
The blood diamond castle.
"This is the Blood Diamond pack, I believe you've heard of us?" He asked me, his voice proud and yet not conceited, I shrugged trying to remember why that name was so familiar to me.
"I think I have, but I don't remember. The name is there, its in my mind, but it fails to reconnect with the memory." I explained while sighing, his face morphed into understanding as he nodded.
"Well, lets enter the castle and maybe, your memory might come back to you inside, η πριγκίπισσα μου." He said, I nodded hesitantly, his choice of language confusing me, is that Greek?
"Gates open!" He ordered loudly, his voice echoing through the woods making me flinch, but yet I was so intrigued once they gracefully started opening.
The blood diamond came apart in the middle, it slightly sparkled before it died down.
Suddenly the gates completely opened and revealed the pathway to the castle, I gasped when lights started to turn on one by one on the ground, shining a deep red color.
"Wow." I muttered, the man laughed making me chuckle with him before shaking my head and slowly he took back my small hand into his own and guided us inside.

When the front door opened, I felt the wind get knocked out of me as the beauty of the inside got revealed.
With wide eyes I looked from side to side, admiring how big the room was, and how everything was in place while bright lights shone upon us.
"It's beautiful." I whispered, more to myself, causing the man to chuckle, I shook my head and sighed, this castle was magnificent.
"This castle was created fifty thousand years ago, and not one thing has ever been changed. It is the most beautiful and precious structure in all wolf history, and my wife and I are the rulers, the castle gets passed down generations that are part of the blood diamond gene." He explained proudly, his gaze shifted from object to object, later landing on me, I took in a shaky breath and shook my head in shock.
"That's an amazing story, I would love to learn more about it." I replied truly, my words genuine as a smile carved itself on my lips, his soon followed as he nodded eagerly.
"But, I've been meaning to ask you, what's your name?" I finally asked, as I nervously gnawed on my bottom lip, he chuckled and shook his head, just now realizing that he forgot an important introduction.
"I am Alpha King Rodrick Diamond, and I'm sorry that I didn't properly introduce myself before." He explained while a look of anxiety flashed on his face but quickly went away, once I caught it.
"My name is Celine Creek, I'm from the Creekside pack and I am daughter of the Alpha." I introduced with a frown, the mention of my pack and who my father is, is forming memories in my mind making my head start to hurt.
He sighed and shook his head, his eyes reading my own as pity and some form of regret seeped inside them.
"Well, it's nice to meet you Celine." He said happily while grinning, I let go of his hand, forgetting that it was still intertwined with my own and used it to scratch my head, the tangles hurting as I accidentally tugged on them.
"Anyway, I'm sorry to sound rude or anything, but why am I here?" I asked, finally remembering that I am in the presence of a stranger in a completely empty castle.
"Yes, follow me and I'll show you." He replied causing my brows to furrow, I have to follow him again?
I sighed and nodded my head, my bare feet aching at the mere thought of walking.
Then he lead me to who knows where again, and this time, our hands were separated.

We walked silently, through the empty halls of the castle, each hall containing elegant decor and pictures everywhere we passed, but no one to admire.
Suddenly, we came to a halt, in front of a huge wooden door, with scratch marks going up and down, and some dry blood in each scrape.
I gasped and covered my mouth, slowly turning my head to Rodrick's, and he was already staring at me, looking for a reaction.
His brows furrowed while his mouth stammered for words, I gulped, waiting impatiently to find out how this happened, but at the back of my mind, something was fighting to come out and be heard.
"You don't remember?" He asked, his words a mere whisper as they rung in my ears, my head started hurting as I bit my lip, lowering the hand that covered my mouth back to my side.
What don't I remember? What is he trying to tell me?
"W-what?" I asked, my voice cracking as my eyes begged for answers, he sighed as his eyes twinkled with some kind of pity and regret.
"Come inside." He whispered before turning his head and slipping a key out of his pocket, my eyes closely watched all his movements.
Then the scary door creaked open, the sound ominous, as if something bad was bound to happen, or happened..
I watched intensely as he walked inside the room hesitantly, and then motioned with his hand for me to follow, I gulped and then moved my bare feet against the cold floor.
I squinted my eyes, the lights flickering inside, this room was no room fit for a castle.
I looked around and hugged my upper body, chills running up and down my arms and legs, as a window swung open making me flinch.
Rodrick walked inside completely and sat down on a bed in the middle of the room, I furrowed my brows and looked around.
I could make out the girlish pictures that were on the wall, the small dollhouse in the corner of the room, but everything else was destroyed, almost on purpose.
I took in a shaky breath when I noticed that this room also had scratch marks going against the walls, and the blood that was once oozing down, dried up and became a deathly black color.
"Do you know this room?" He asked me, his voice sad and fragile, as if he would break any moment, but he is a King, how could he?
I slowly turned my gaze to his, as my eyes focused on a certain doll in the dollhouse, my heart speeding up.
"H-how would I know this room? I've n-never been in here, b-before." I stuttered out, my voice quivering as my cold body shook, the shivers of fear running up and down my spine, as my thoughts mixed together in confusion.
"You have been here before." He whispered to me, his voice unsure but his eyes glossy as he gazed at me from across the room with so much emotion, breaking my already broken heart.
I sighed and shook my head, then my feet started moving, directly towards the dollhouse, with a mind of their own.
I gasped when I neared it, it was small but destroyed, as if the destroyer meant to break everything and leave no memory behind.
I stretched my hand out to reach for a certain doll that caught my attention, it was the only thing in the whole room that wasn't ruined.
Once I held the doll, sparks of energy ran up through my fingers making me flinch and gasp at the same time.
You have a connection with this doll.
What do you mean?
You are connected to this whole castle, but I don't know how.
I took in a harsh breath and blocked Lia out, as confusion dawned on me.
I look at the old doll, whose hair was curly and brown, similar to my own, whose lips were a bright red, and cheeks tinted red too, her dress was yellow with writing on it and I noticed a name was spelt on her chest in elegant script.
As I looked closer, I managed to make it out,
Celine...
