"SOMEONE RESPOND!!" felix screeched at his phone, the group chat displayed on his screen.

"hell no, are you shitting my dick?" changbin sighed, half-swiping the chat.

"you guys are pussies, i'm going to." seungmin rolled his eyes and began typing.

there was silence, then a strange noise came from someone's end of the phone.

"nah, who just made that noise?" seungmin asked, a disturbed expression on his face.

"BRO NO why would you say that?" felix blinked dramatically, and began typing.

"i think it was felix." changbin looked like as if he was about to burst out laughing.

"oh shut it!" felix glared at the phone camera.

"why is he not responding?" felix asked, glancing around at his phone screen in confusion.

"of course he leaves whenever we need to know something." seungmin rolls his eyes and began typing again.

"guys i'll be right back, my mom is calling me." yelling was heard coming from changbin's side, before he muted himself.

"alright." felix sighed, before clearing his throat, "what do we do?"

"beats me." seungmin shrugged, dropping his phone on his desk.

seungmin paused, a brilliant idea coming to his mind. he figured this would be the right time to ask, with changbin gone for who knows how long.

"felix, can i ask you something?" the younger muttered.

seungmin wasn't one to visibly show emotions, but he was scared shitless. he didn't want to admit it, but he wasn't doing it for himself, he was doing it for his friend.

"yeah, of course! what is it?" to his surprise, felix responded cheerfully.

"uhm, well," he paused and stared at the screen, "i have this friend that might possibly be very into you, so i was wondering if you were currently interested in someone?" seungmin laughed in embarrassment, but felix did not get that.

"oh, it depends on who's into me! but, yeah, i at least...think i am." felix smiled sheepishly.

"uh, who do you think? if, you don't mind me asking." seungmin hesitated, looking at their three camera-screens; he noticed movement in changbin's.

felix dropped his smile and glanced around, almost to check to see if anyone was there with him. he looked back at the phone camera and smiled again.

the three of them heard felix say,
"definitely jeongin!"

before they knew it, a notification appeared that jeongin began typing.

changbin stared at his phone screen, various emotions flooding his brain, mind, and body.

seungmin raised his eyebrows and mentally cursed. he shook his head to mask the thoughts, and looked over at changbin's camera-screen.

changbin had his whole face showing, with a blank expression. seungmin noticed his eyes began welling with tears.

to make sure felix knew that he heard him, seungmin nodded slowly and blankly replied, "nice to know."

felix's obliviousness shone, making him not notice.

instead he shouted,
"guys! jeongin sent a chat!"

it was the last thing changbin heard before he muttered a "gotta go." and forcibly hit the red call button. he threw the phone on the floor, and trudged to his bed.

tears then fell down his face.

(tbh/spoiler it's not the end for changlix but changbin thinks it is cause of his mindset and shit 🙁)
