Flaming debris rain all around Flip, but he is lost in a state of disquiet to even notice. What now?

MARIA:      (V.O.)    So the spirit of the dragon was trapped in the boy's body on Earth.

EXT. NEVERTOON/THE MOON - TIMELESS

Roku and Miluna are frozen in an identical expression of shock.

The moon begins to wane.
