September 2024 - Self-Care
This month, we want to highlight the importance of Self-Care.
Sometimes, we're too busy trying to live to actually live. We work so hard, we care so much about others, that we can forget to take care of ourselves. Taking care of oneself can be as intense as quitting that life-draining job of ours, or as simple as getting a good, relaxing massage. What matters is to do something to be happier than the day before.
The stories we bring to this time are about women who get out of their routine and do something they like.
