The Tyrant T-103 is the first successful Tyrant, no longer a prototype like previous models. With intelligence close to that of a human, the T-103 can follow orders and perform complex tasks, and it is for this reason that is mass-producted, with models being used for hunting down and kill targets or acquiring objects.

Attack Potency: At least Small Building level (At least comparable to the T-002 and T-103 smashed through a building floor. Should likely be stronger than Licker)|At Small Building level (Stronger than before, its transformation destroys its Limiter Coat)

Speed: Superhuman (Can run at up to 43 miles per hour) with Supersonic combat speed (Comparable to the other Tyrants and can keep up with the likes of Leon)|Superhuman with Supersonic combat speed (Faster than before)

Weakness: It's heart; once it mutates into the "Super Tyrant" form, the heart starts to grow in size, causing it to protrude slightly from the chest, making it an easier target for killing.
