Pendulums are large hovering monsters from Silent Hill 3. They are first encountered in the Central Square Shopping Center and can be found throughout Lakeside Amusement Park and the chapel. In addition to their game appearance, Pendulums are also featured in the Paint It Black comic book.

Attack Potency: At least Street level, likely higher (Can damage Heather Manson. Comparable to other monsters, who are strong enough to shatter glass with relative ease, survive point-blank shotgun blasts, and rip humans apart with ease)

Speed: Athletic Human attack, combat speed, and reactions (Scaling from Heather)

Lifting Strength: At least Athletic Human (Can hold Heather Manson)

Striking Strength: At least Street level, likely higher

Durability: At least Street level, likely higher

Stamina: Superhuman (Can fight for long periods of time)

Range: Several meters by sheer size

Weakness: Monsters can be deterred with runes drawn in blood. Heavy rain causes monsters to roam the streets in greater numbers.
