Lucifer Morningstar is a fallen angel and a supporting character in the Hazbin Hotel. Prior to the creation of the Earth, Lucifer was an angel, said to be a dreamer with fantastical ideas for all of creation, but the elders of Heaven saw him as a troublemaker who posed a threat to the order of their own world. In Hell, Lucifer, now a fallen angel, became the ruler of all Hell on the basis of his angelic power, ruling over all the demons that reside there. At an unknown point, Lucifer became part of an order of powerful demons called the Seven Deadly Sins, each member embodying a sin, with his being Pride. At another point, he married Lilith, and later fathered a daughter named Charlie Morningstar with his wife. Roughly seven years before the events of the main series, Lilith left Lucifer for unknown reasons. This sent Lucifer into a deep depression over the loss, and isolated himself from his kingdom and daughter as a means to cope.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, immorality (Type 1), inorganic physiology (Type 1; Angels are made of light), transformation, and flight (Grows horns and wings with his true form, which allows him to fly), shapeshifting (Can take the form of different animals like a snake, a horse and an octopus), magic (Is one of the few beings in Hell that can use magic), portal creation (Opened a portal to a circus like location), fire manipulation (Can conjure fire as an attack), teleportation (Lucifer can teleport to any location by covering himself with glittery red mists), object creation (Can seemingly conjure any objects he wishes like musical instruments, fountains and clothing), transmutation (Helped with the rebuilding of the hotel, by turning steel beams to pillars), duplication (Can create multiple copies of himself), possible size manipulation (Was shown being able to increase his own size during his musical number), holy manipulation (As a fallen angel, he possesses angelic powers that trump over those of any demons), immorality (Types 1,2,3 and 5), regeneration (Mid) and invulnerability negation, soul erasure (Similar to Adam he should be able to permanently kill sinners and make their souls cease to exist. Angelic weapons can also hurt angels who cannot be hurt otherwise), limited power nullification, and non-physical interaction (Angelic weapons can nullify demon's powers when bound by it. Striker nullified and disabled Stolas's powers. Grabbed onto Stolas while he was a shadow)

Attack Potency: At least Mountain level, likely higher (Is the most powerful being in Hell, standing at the very top of it's hierarchy. Far superior to Adam and could easily beat him down. As a Fallen angel he possesses angelic powers that trump over the power of Demons. Is one of Hell's few magic users, with only the most powerful demons being capable of using magic)

Speed: At least Hypersonic+, possibly FTL combat and reaction speed (As the most powerful being in Hell, he should be far superior to Blitzo. Could easily dodge Adam's attacks as well as react to his own movements while flying), FTL flight speed (Comparable, if not superior to Stolas)

Lifting Strength: At least Class M (Physically superior to the likes of Alastor. Easily restrained Adam with his snake form)

Striking Strength: At least Mountain level, likely far higher (Vastly stronger than Adam)

Durability: At least Mountain level, likely far higher (Took a body slam from Adam while off guard and took no damage)

Weakness: Is depressed due to his separation from his wife and his absence from his daughter's life. This, combined with his prideful nature can make him easy to emotionally manipulate, like Alastor did.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Full Demon Mode: Lucifer can enter his full demon form, in which he grows a pair of horns and six wings that allow him to fly around.

•Shapeshifting: Can quickly shapeshift into animals like a snake, a horse, and an octopus. He used them to beat down Adam.

•Fire Manipulation: Can conjure fire as an attack, which he would have used to finish off Adam had it not for Charlie's intervention. He also applied fire to his fists while beating down Adam.
