Laser Bean is a recurring character within the Plants vs. Zombies franchise. Laser Bean fires lasers that can hit multiple targets at a time. While Laser Bean didn't make a return as a Potted Plant in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, he got promoted to a boss in the form of Super Bean.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Plant Food: Fires a huge laser beam at all zombies in the row, dealing huge damage to each zombie.

•Bean Field: Super Bean periodically generates a shield that blocks incoming damage. The shield must be destroyed first before the boss can actually takes any damage from attacks. This shield regenerates after using Bean Teleport.

•Warp Bean: Warps a short distance away.

•Bean Teleport: Super Bean spins in place, then opens a portal and dissappears into it. He will reappear at another spot shortly afterward, with his shield regenerated.

•Laserbean: Fires a rapid burst of lasers from his eyes in bursts of three. This is a big threat, as one burst can do 20 damage.

•Twirly Bean: Spins around to do damage and knock back enemies. Does 15 damage.

•Overbean: His eyes glow blue to indicate the attack is in use. While this is active, Super Bean suffers damage 5 times reduced and can fire a devastating  beam from his mouth that deals with little amounts of constant damage. Overbean is used only after his HP is below half.
