Carmelita Fox is a fourth generation member of law enforcement. At a young age, she studied at Sleuth Academy and graduated from the Police Academy with honors she began working for the Investigation Services Division of Interpol. Her boss and mentor was Inspector James Barkley. At an unknown point in her career, Carmelita became acquainted with Constable Neyla and the Contessa.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, skilled with guns, skilled in hand to hand combat, acrobatics (Is very agile and has a great jumping skill), her shock pistol shoots blasts of electricity, resistance to mind manipulation (Managed to resist the Contessa's attempts to brainwash her with the Clockwerk eyes long enough for Sly and Bentley to free her), and poison manipulation (Survived being exposed to Clockwerk's poisonous gas, unlike Sly, she did not pass out, though this was likely helped by her being in a sealed glass prison, however, it was stated that they both would have eventually died from it if Bentley had not shut it off), power modification (In Thieves In Time, she can buy upgrades for her shock pistol, enabling it to auto-fire without her having to repeatedly pull the trigger, charge up more powerful blasts, increase its rate of fire, and fire three shots at once)

Attack Potency: At least Large Building level (Her Shock Pistol is powerful enough to pulverize giant metal doors, beat Muggshot, who could literally laugh off punches from Murray. Defeated a three-headed metal dragon of massive size, and could damage the Mutant Primate)

Speed: Subsonic (Is faster than Murray and on par with Sly)

Lifting Strength: Superhuman (Should be able to lift the same weights as Sly)

Striking Strength: Large Building level (Her kicks are more powerful than Sly's cane strikes, able to send large flashlight guards flying)

Durability: Large Building level (Can take hits from Muggshot and from the Mutant Primate who is strong enough to sever a small part of an island)

Stamina: Superhuman (Can repeatedly jump between buildings and chase Sly for extended period of time without tiring)

Range: Standard Melee Range, tens of meters with her guns.
