Blight Cap is a boss in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, and the final boss of Town Center. She is a giant blue version of Night Cap who has been spreading fungi around Town Center which has created the 'un-Zombie' infection.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, plant physiology (Bosses), underground mobility (Can move in the underground), teleportation (She can teleport around), fungus manipulation (Can create and throw mushrooms at the enemy. She can launch dozens of spores. Can make spores stick around her body), fire manipulation (She can create line of fire, can throw a flare into the sky), light manipulation (Her eyes emit light), minor energy manipulation (Creates a trail of energy when summoning mushrooms), earth manipulation (Can lift the Earth), invulnerability (The spores prevents her from taking damage), disease manipulation (Her fungus can infect zombies, turning them into well-adjusted members of society, making them unwilling to eat brains), minor mind manipulation/perception manipulation (Walking into her fungus will cause the player to be unable to control themself, similar to the effects of Hypno-shroom and Royal Hypno-Flower), and vibration manipulation

•She can summon Dandelions and Hypno-shrooms to attack the player.

•At later stages, she can throw a flare into the sky which causes potted Doom-shrooms to rain down from above near the player.
