"Eh? Tsuneko has a brother?" Aya wondered appearing behind Kagami with a questioning look.

"Aya..." Kagami said glancing at her, and Momoi appeared beside her. "Hey there friends!" Jeremy waved at the two girls as Kagami popped a nerve.

"We are not your friends!" he hollered.

"I wasn't talking to you, Taiga!" Jeremy retorts with a pout. "Whatever! Don't act like you're close with them!" Kagami argued back. "And stop calling me with my first name!"

"Man! Do we really have to call you by your last name if we're not close here in Japan?" the blonde sighed, putting his hands on his hips.

Meanwhile, they noticed the tension between Aomine and Takuya who were both giving a hard stare at each other. Jeremy looked at them and turned serious and so did Kagami. Aya and Momoi looked worriedly at Aomine.

"Takuya-sama, the bathes are ready, you and your friends can take a bath now" they realized Tanukibaba was still there and jumped when she spoke.

"Oh, arigatou... Ta...?" Jeremy tilted his head to the side not remembering the elder's name, "Takinubaba? Tababakinu? Ta--"

"Let's go Jeremy" Takuya started to walk away from them, letting his friends ran after him. "Wait up Dean!" Jeremy paused from running and looked at them. "We'll see you tomorrow!"

And disappeared.

"Oi" Kagami said but he was already gone. He scratches his head and sighed. "What's up with the blonde?"

"More importantly, I didn't know Tsuneko has a brother" Satsuki mentioned curiously. "Although, that guy said that he was only her half-brother" she rubbed her chin, thinking.

"That's right" Aya trailed off and thought about it too. Aomine left them without saying any word leaving them all worried; even Kagami. (A/N: Hihi, taiga x daiki) "Should we talk to him?" Momoi suggested.

"Leave him alone for now" Kagami said and the two looked at them. "He must know something about that Takuya. I mean, he wouldn't act like that if he didn't. Tsukiko must've mention him to Aomine before"

"You're right, Taicchi" Aya looked up at him and smiled. "Hm, Kagami-kun this is new. You're actually giving advice" Momoi snickered as Kagami gave her an annoyed glare.

"Well then, let's go take a bath, Aya-chan!" Momoi pulled Aya with her and ran away from Kagami.

"Whatever" he sighed and went to get ready to take a bath.

...

"And yeah... that's about it" Tsukiko finished telling her story to her grandmother who was nodding with a smile. She was so grateful that her grandfather was now asleep; because if he wasn't, she'd be receiving more karate chops from him that usual.

"So this Aomine guy is staying at the inn right now, correct?" Tsukiko's grandmother asked and she nodded. "Hmm..."

"Don't you even think about it grandma!" Tsukiko warned her grandmother who just chuckled. "Anyway, can I sleep now?" she blew at her bangs, feeling tired.

Chiyoko laughed softly. "Of course moon child, I'll let you sleep" and with that she left Tsukiko in her room.

"Grandma always calls me 'moon child'..." she noticed then shrugged and got ready to go freshen up before going to sleep. While in her bath tub she remembered something face palming herself. "I forgot to call Aomine back!"

Emiko was currently unpacking her stuff when her phone rang. She flinched after seeing the caller ID that read: Kagami-senpai. 'I wonder what he wants.' Picking her phone up, she answered the call to talk to him. "K-Kagami-senpai, w-what is it?" she tried not to stutter.

"Oh, Emiko, hey there, did I disturb you?" Kagami replied as he flopped on his futon after taking a bath.

"No it's okay, I was just unpacking" Emiko assured. "Ah..." he nodded before an awkward silence occurred between them. Emiko didn't know what to say and so did he so it took a while before the girl spoke.

"Um so why did you call, Kagami-senpai?" she asked after gulping."Hm, well I just want to ask..." he paused. "About that Takuya guy again"

"Takuya...?" Emiko frowned after hearing that. "I told you before; I'm not going to talk about him. Go ask Tsukiko-san" she was about to hang up when he spoke again.

"He's her brother right?" he snapped as she stopped, her eyes widened. "How did you know that?" she questioned, with a serious tone.

"Takuya, Takuya Satoshi" Kagami mentioned the demon player's name. "He's here"

"W-What?" Emiko gasped. 'What is he doing here?' she sighed and decided to just tell him in one condition: "Never speak of it"

...

"Sounds like the story of Aomine" Kagami commented while Emiko was quiet. "Hey are you okay? Are you still there? You've been quiet for a while now" he thought she already hung up.

"I'm still here" Emiko spoke. "Well you don't sound okay. What's wrong?" Kagami asked her, sitting up from the futon. He heard a sigh before she replied. "I'm just worried about Tsukiko-san. You know, what would she feel her half-brother whom she love like a real one just left without any word then comes back after five years"

"Hm, yeah I know. I'm kinda worried about her too" Kagami said, staring up the ceiling, lying down again.

"Hey Kagami-senpai"

"Yeah?"

"Do you like Tsukiko-san?"

"Huh? What kind of question is that?"

Emiko blushed and shut her eyes. "I mean, you always seem to worry about her, and talk about her a lot" she said. "And plus! When that time comes you do, you're going to put her into a lot of mess like a love triangle! And you'll make her life hard! And I can't let that happen!"

"What on earth are you talking about, Emiko Kuroko? I don't like Tsukiko. And I would never put her into that situation. Besides, she's not even my type"

"What does that mean?!" Emiko sounded offended for her cousin.

"Relax, it's not like I don't like her. What I mean is, I prefer other types of girls" Kagami explained. "And that is?" Emiko questioned wearily.

"Why do you want to know?" he responded with a question making Emiko flinch again. "Is it wrong to ask?!" she defended, her voice rising for a bit.

"Man, if Tetsuya's the quiet and calm type of person, then you're the complete opposite. I didn't know you could shout like that!" Kagami commented rubbing his ears.

Emiko calmed down and silenced. Another awkward silence occurred before Emiko spoke again. "Can I ask you one more question, senpai?"

"Huh? Sure?" Kagami noticed how nervous her voice was.

"Um... if you called just to ask about Takuya-san, then why did you call me instead of Tsukiko-san? Or Onee-chan? You two are close after all..." she trailed off feeling embarrassed.

"Hm..." Kagami murmured and shrugged. "I don't know. You were the first one who came into my mind" that made Emiko blush badly and got her heart pounding so fast. "Are you still there?"

"S-Sorry senpai, I-I-I need to go..." she gushed.

"I see, good night then" Kagami said.

"G-G-Good night, Kagami-senpai..." she hung up and stared at her phone for a while. She didn't know why but she was happy to hear that from him. She turned off her phone and realized she still hasn't finished unpacking and shrug it off. 'I'll finish it tomorrow'. She went to get ready for bed still thinking about her conversation with Kagami.

While in Tsukiko's bedroom, she was lying down on her bed and thought about Aomine. "I wonder if he's asleep?" she wondered and lies on her side then smiled. "I bet he is. He's a slacker. And I'm sure he's disturbing the others with his loud snore" she giggled at the thought and went to sleep.
