You get up and go down to make breakfast but you find the kitchen completely destroyed. Food containers are scattered on the ground as if a hurricane blew through.

Y/N: What the hell?!

Poppi: Sorry...

The greenworm is in the living room with Miranda.

Poppi: I got hungry so I just helped myself...

You sigh, not able to stay mad at her.

Miranda: All greenworms get like this when they get closer to their metamorphosis.

Y/N: So greenworms work like the common caterpillar?

Poppi: Yeah. We eat as much as we can before forming a chrysalis. Then when we emerge from it, we finally reach adulthood.

Y/N: Huh. So it works just like a caterpillar to a butterfly. What about you, Miranda? Do you share any traits with actual Mantises?

Miranda: I wouldn't eat the head of my mate if that's what you're afraid of. But my sickles are strong enough to cut a car in half. So it is similar to how the bug kills its prey. I don't really care.

You sweatdrop as she says this with a straight face.

Y/N: Well... I better go get more food.

Elizabeth buzzes in and smiles.

Elizabeth: I'll go too.

Y/N: Sure I guess. More hands the better.

You and Elizabeth go to the grocery store but the Bee gets distracted by a flower shop.

Elizabeth: They're so pretty!

Y/N: Hey.

Elizabeth: Oh right! Sorry. I just love flowers.

Y/N: I can tell.

You get inside and buy a large supply of groceries.

Elizabeth: If Poppi was really that hungry, she should've asked me to make some honey.

Y/N: You can make honey?

Elizabeth: Yep. My species collects nectar and uses it to create our honey. My mom even works on a honey farm.

Y/N: Cool. I'm learning quite a bit about you three.

You get the food home to find the kitchen completely spotless. All the girls are now in the living room.

Melody: We cleaned up while you were gone.

Diane: I did it because a royal such as myself should never live in such filth.

Diane is being a tsundere like always.

Lilith: Yeah. It was pretty easy with all of us cleaning.

You see Smith come in from the back door and smiles.

Smith: Hey, Y/N. I got you a little something for Elizabeth that will save you some money for honey.

She takes you outside where you see a massive flower garden.

Y/N: When did you set this up?

Smith: I have my ways. The little creek was somewhat tricky to get but we got it. Now you can easily get honey.

Elizabeth: Yay!

She flies out into the garden.

Smith: Elizabeth's species collects nectar in a special gland in their bodies where it turns into honey by mixing with chemicals in the gland.

To prove her point, Elizabeth goes to the first flower and a small straw-like organ comes out of her mouth and starts taking nectar.

Smith: And why did you go grocery shopping? We could've covered your food. Actually now that I think about it, why do you even work? You're paid to take part in the program.

Y/N: Because I like having a little extra cash.

Smith: Makes sense. Welp. See you around.

As she leaves, you get a text from your mom saying she and your dad are coming to visit tomorrow. And you have yet to tell them about your new roommates.

Y/N: This is just my day... Isn't it?
