RAAAAAAAAUUGGGGGHHHH!

"I told we should have distracted the Taonogao and run while we still can!" Ziana shouted.

"Maybe the next we're hunting, I should be the one making a plan for hunts like the Taonogao!" Alexa retorts.

The hunters kept running while an enraged Taonogao roars as it keep swinging its claws, which are kept being dodge by Ziana and Alexa.

"Screw this!" Ziana said as she swung her Long Sword to the incoming claw, causing the the Taonogao to roar in pain before Alexa appears behind it via Dancing Shadows and slashes its back. It got angry before smacking its tail into  Alexa and sent her sprawling into the ground.

It is then slammed by the side by Ziana, who is now a Barioth. The Barioth roars as it sinks its tusks into the Taonogao's neck, drawing blood. It roars as it claws into the Barioth's side, but the Barioth's scaled ice armor is too tough for even its claws to pierce. The Barioth then smacks the Taonogao with its tail into a back back first.

Alexa, who recovers then, jumps forwards and slashes its chest before piercing its heart. The Taonogao roars its final before going limp. Alexa puller her Long Sword out and she sighs as Ziana transforms back and walks up to her. "That's that." Alexa said.

"And then Rubina said, "Did not screw that up!", and I said, "You totally did!"." Alexa laughed as she and Ziana are in their camp with the Taonogao corpse in a wagon hidden.

Ziana laughs. "She must've pissed off the Lunastra THAT bad, huh?" She giggled.

"Worse!" Alexa cackled, slaaping her left leg. "She got her ass on fire by a flamethrower, literally. If not for distracting a very pissed off Lunastra away , we would've laughed at the sight of Rubina scraping her ass on the ground trying to put out the fire."

"That's so funny my tummy hurts!" Ziana held her sides as she falls backward laughing.

Alexa chuckles before standing up and helping Ziana up. "Well, it's been fun and all. But now we gotta sleep." She said as Ziana nodded before grabbing a cup of water and dousing the fire.

"Pst! Ziana?" Alexa whispered.

"Hmm, what?" Ziana asks groggily. sitting upright as she rubbed her eyes.

"Sssshhh!" Alexa put a finger to her own mouth as she shushed her. "I think a noise from outside from Area 3, sounds like a fight going on, and it's near by the camp." She said.

Minutes later, ALexa and Ziana, wearing armor and weapons, walked out and slowly made their way into the area. When they reached the area and spotted the fighting, they are astonished by what they see.

GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRR!

The Nergigante roars as swipes its claws at a Kushala Daora, which is dodges as it fires a blast of wind, which did nothing to the Nergigante. The two Elder Dragons then got into a grappling match. Though it became clear who is better when the Eater of the Elder Dragons clutches the Kushala Daora by the shoulders before tossing him into a wall of stone hard.

The Eater of Elder Dragons roars as he makes a lunge for the weekend Steel Dragon, but alas it dodges before taking flight and flees. The Nergigante roars as he is disappointed that he didn't got a kill. In rage, he swipes his claws at the ground sending, dirt and rocks.

"CRAP!" The Nergigante then heard two feminine screams. It turns and sees two hunters jumping away from the thrown materials he sent.

The girls then noticed the Eater of Elder Dragons staring at them.

"Fuck." He heard the bluenette cursed.

2 minutes before.....

"What kind of Monster is that?" Alexa whispered, just  low enough so only Ziana can hear. 

"If my memory serves right about the book, I'd say that is a Nergigante, a Elder Dragon." Ziana said, rubbing her chin as they watched the fight turning in the Eater of Elder Dragons' favor. "Not much is known about the Nergigante, except it is capable of overpowering other Elder Dragons such as Teostras and Kushala Daoras like that one and eating them."

She and Alexa then sees the Kushala Daora barely escaping the Nergigante's jaws before taking flight and flees. The Nergigante roars in anger about losing dinner before throwing rocks and dirt.

Directly into their location.

"CRAP! They shouted as they are forced to dodge the falling debris. Unfortunately, they are now in the open and in the Eater of Elder Dragons' view.

"Fuck." Alexa swore.

They quickly draw their Long Swords out as they got into a fighting stance. The Nergigante growls as he and the two hunters circled each other.

"Watch his movements. We don't know what he is capable of." Ziana warned as she and Alexa circled the Extinction Dragon.

For what seemed to be at least a minute, they stopped circling each other, but kept their defenses up in case of an instant reaction from the other.

The Nergigante grunts as he eyed the females. At first, he thought they're just as weak like the foolish two legged creature from before. But upon seeing their weapons, armor and the determination in their eyes, he can tell that these two are different from the rest.

Deciding to spare them for now, he spread his wings and roars.

GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!

The ground shook as a shockwave nearly send Ziana and Alexa off their feet, but gained their footing before witnessing the Extinction Dragon flying high and

"Well, that was a thing." Alexa said, sheathing her Long Sword back.

Ziana sighs, sheathing her Long Sword as well. She felt that the Nergigante is an Elder Dragon not to be trifled with. "Guess we should head back and get some rest before it comes back and knows our base." Alexa nodded before going back to their hidden base.
