Honestly, no. The only thing they (temporarily) had in common was their villainy and their end goal of breaking up Draculaura and Clawd, albeit for different reasons. But Toralei probably isn't too fond of him since he used her as a shield to protect himself from a splashing mud puddle at the end of 'Why Do Ghouls fall In Love'. Also, now that he's become a good person I don't think he'd want much to do with her.
