I'm sort of on the fence with this one. 

On one hand, I don't personally ship them because Spelldon pretty much has no character at this point, and because I ship Kieran with Jackson/Holt more which makes me a little biased. 

On the other hand, if the writers took the time to give Spelldon a character and develop their relationship in canon, I would not have a problem with it. Kieran hints at having a thing for Spelldon in his diary so it's not like it would come out of nowhere, either.

Conclusion: I don't ship it, but I could see it working.

Edit (October of 2021): Okay, I'll admit it - this ship is starting to grow on me. So I suppose the above conclusion should now be 'A little bit, but I still ship Jackentine more. I can absolutely see Spellentine working though.'
