To be honest, I really do ship these two. There are a lot of moments between them in the film 'Ghouls Rule' and you get adorable scenes of them in the webisodes, too. 

Side note: I personally don't see why Manny made fun of Heath for being saved by Abbey in Ghouls Rule--but then again, Manny is Manny, so yeah.
