Nemesis (Resident Evil 3) Evil Monster Ch308
The Nemesis is a Tyrant modified with a special surgical procedure and the Nemesis parasite. It is the ultimate Tyrant sent to eliminate all remaining STARS members in Raccoon City, during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident. It is superior to the T-103 model in every aspect, as well as having unique abilities exclusive from the other Tyrant series, such as the ability to use weapons and advanced tactics in combat.
Tier: 9-A
Classification: B.O.W., STARS Pursuer, Nemesis Parasite Enhanced Tyrant
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, hand-to-hand combat expertise, regeneration (Low-Mid), large size (Type 0 to Type 1 via his transformations), sound manipulation and air manipulation (Via roaring), disease manipulation (Can infect zombies and humans with his tentacles and by manually inserting NE-a parasites into them), transformation (Has multiple stages of mutations), berserk mode, biological manipulation, and body control (Via transformation/mutation), natural weaponry and elasticity (Via his tentacles), weapon mastery (Proficient in using a custom missile launcher and flamethrower), sealing (His limiter keeps him from further mutation), fire manipulation (Via his flamethrower), explosion manipulation and targeting mechanism (Via his rocket launcher), resistance to pain, corrosion inducement, fire and explosives
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Destroyed a large portion of a subway carriage; superior to the T-103)
Speed: At least Superhuman with higher leaping speed (Significantly faster than the T-103; was capable of reaching a moving subway carriage, which can travel at 80 mph at full speed), with Subsonic combat speed and reactions (98.80 m/s. Comparable to Jill Valentine. Caught an M202 Flash rocket out of the air using its tentacles; can dodge shells from a Milkor MGL)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 10, likely higher (Stronger than the T-103)
Striking Strength: Small Building level
Durability: Small Building level (Survived the explosion of a car, a rocket from an anti-tank rocket launcher which previously killed the Super Tyrant, a large explosion from both a gas truck and a gas station, multiple explosions which destroyed a building, C4 at point-blank range which fireball engulf a subway carriage, as well as hundreds of rounds from pistols, machine guns, shotguns, and a rotary grenade launcher)
Stamina: Superhuman (Superior to and more tenacious than the T-103; relentlessly hunts down Jill Valentine and the members of the UBCS)
Range: Extended melee range to several meters with tentacles and flames, up to hundreds of meters with missiles
Standard Equipment: His limiter armor and spreadable parasites
Optional Equipment: His custom missile launcher and flamethrower
Intelligence: Above Average (Superior to the T-103 in every aspect, including tactics; uses its arsenal to the fullest when tracking down targets and neutralizing them)
Weakness: Becoming larger has negative effects on his movement speed (excluding his second form); while he is resistant to explosives, enough of them can slow him down for a bit; the further along his mutations are, the more feral and unstable he becomes.
Notable Attacks and Techniques:
•Tentacles: He can use his tentacles to grab and pull his target towards him, infect them with a Nemesis parasite similar to Las Plagas, or slash and stab the target, which can lead to infection as well.
•Leap: The Nemesis can leap ahead of its fleeing target at immense speeds, thus controlling the pace of the fight and spacing out the target to where he needs them to be.
•Combination Attacks: He has access to several hand-to-hand attack combinations that he can use to overwhelm his opponent.
•Mutations: If his limiter is severely damaged, it can no longer seal his mutations, causing him to grow significantly larger, stronger and more feral; the mutations are aggravated even further if he is severely damaged after the first transformation due to his constant regeneration.
•Roar: Nemesis can let out a powerful bellow that can stun and move back his opponents.
Notable Losses:
Guts (Berserker) Guts Profile (End of Golden Age Guts was used, both started at opposite ends of Central Park and speed was equalized)
