Lickers are the result of a further mutation expericed by Zombies as part of the same V-ACT process that transforms them into a Crimson Head. First encountered during the Raccoon City incident, they were named "Lickers" by the surviving officers of the Raccoon Police Department due to their notoriously large tongues which they used to hunt down their prey.

Tier: 9-A

Classification: Mutated Zombie, B.O.W.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, natural weaponry (Sharp tongue and teeth), can extend their tongues, can crawl on walls and ceilings, enhanced senses (Hearing)

Attack Potency: Small Building level (Can one-shot a human with ease and rip them apart, stronger than Crimson Heads)

Speed: Superhuman with Supersonic Combat Speed and Reactions (They can run twice as fast if not faster than a highly trained human)

Lifting Strength: Above Average Human (A suspended, which is a weaker, half-transformed licker, can easily lift a man with its tongue)

Striking Strength: Small Building level (Can rip apart bones)

Durability: Small Building level (They need several blasts from a shotgun to be killed. Don't even react to bullets from a Mac-10, bullets fired from a revolver only stagger it if shot in the head. Survived, albeit heavily injured, from an explosive being put in its mouth)

Stamina: Superhuman. A knife to the neck only affects it for a few seconds.

Range: Standard melee range, Several meters with its tongue

Standard Equipment: None notable

Intelligence: Animalistic (Does ambush)

Weakness: Blind, low intelligence. Can be detected from the sound of their flesh, claws, and hissing.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Tongue Attack: A Licker is capable of using its elongated tongue as a weapon with extreme dexterity and precision, it has enough force to twist a person's head off and pierce them as if it were a thrown lance, it can also be used as a whip with enough power to knock back multiple people at once.

•Claw Attack: Often coupled with their ability to leap large distances. Lickers use their enormous claws to slash at their targets and tear them to pieces.
