Hange rubbed your back soothingly, you had just finished vomiting into a bin. 

"Haa..." You were heavily embarrassed. 

Having the Section Commander stand by your side in a situation like this. 

'I'm sorry.'

"Don't apologize. I don't mind." They smiled slightly at you. 

"Do you need some water?" 

You nodded. 

"I'll make sure to get you some once we meet up with Commander Erwin and the others." Hange continued. 

"Hey, Y/n. Does your captain know he's pushing you too hard?" They asked. 

'I think he does.'

"And these flashbacks have been happening ever since you started your training?" They asked. 

You nodded again. 

'It's strange, I don't remember anything before living in Wall Maria.' 

"That is strange indeed. Were you possibly affiliated with thugs or something?" 

You shrugged. 

No, it wasn't thugs. 

It seemed more like, a military training camp. 

"I'll try talking to Commander Erwin. I'm worried about you, Y/n." 

"I don't want you to end up in a situation where you could end up getting hurt. Or losing your sanity for this." Hange placed a hand on your shoulder. 

"It's okay to live up to your expectations, but you can't be pushing yourself too hard for the sake. Is Captain Levi pressuring you? Or are you pressuring yourself."

You pointed to yourself. 

'I don't want to let everyone down. I don't want to let the Commander down.'

"You're not letting anyone down. You're doing great."

You smiled weakly at them before looking off to the side. 

You wanted to believe that, you really did. 

"Well if you ever need some advice. I'm here to help. By the way, your communication skills are improving. You're a natural!" They beamed at you. 

"Ha, ha..." You gave her a slightly offended look. 

Was that supposed to be a joke?

Eren was now sent free and put under the custody of the Survey Corps. He was now getting treated for his wounds by Hange while you sat beside him, head resting against the couch and holding onto your cup of water. 

You were spacing off into the distance, tuning out their conversation. 

"Does it hurt?" Hange asked. 

"Yeah." Eren replied. 

"Well, we were able to get you placed under our custody." Commander Erwin answered. 

Eren turned to you. 

"You alright? You look pale." 

"She's alright. Just shaken up from the whole experience. She didn't take you getting beaten up in the court room all too well. She was worried about you and...seeing that all happened brought back some bad memories." Hange explained, glaring at Captain while speaking. 

Captain noticed the glares but decided to say nothing in response. 

"But the way, I've been meaning to ask. Has Y/n ever acted strangely or did something that concerned you a bit?" Hange asked. 

You almost reacted at the question but managed to keep it together. 

"..!!" Once Hange asked that question, Eren remembered something.

"Agh...oww..." Armin cried. 

"Armin! What happened!? Where'd those bullies go!?" Eren yelled. 

"Y/n... we were just walking, and they came up on us. They started picking on her and I tried to stop them but--" Armin choked on a sob. 

"They started hitting me and they took Y/n away!"

Both Eren and Mikasa's eyes widened. 

You were in trouble...

"Where'd they go!?" Eren asked. 

"That way..." Armin pointed down the alleyway. 

Eren and Mikasa wasted no time running to that direction. 

"We'll be back!" Eren shouted back at Armin. 

Eren pleaded in his head, hoping you were okay, and they weren't doing anything to you. 

Suddenly, they both heard a yelp. 

"Y/n!?" Eren called out. 

Mikasa increased her speed, obvious worry on her expression. 

She turned a corner and gasped. 

"Y/n...?" She spoke. 

Eren quickly came to her side to see why she looked shocked. His eyes widened at what he faced. 

It was you, punching the living shit out of one of the bullies. The main leader. 

The other two were on the ground, crying as one of them was covering his left eye as the other was covering his nose. 

The main bully was crying, begging you to stop, but you didn't. 

"Y/n!!" Eren called out, rushing to your aid. 

Hearing your name snapped you out of your state as you turned to see Eren grabbing ahold of you. 

He took you off from the bully and began pulling you away. 

Mikasa quickly rushed to your aid. 

"What happened!?" She asked you. 

You just stared at her, tears brimming in your eyes as you hugged her. You began to cry, fearful of what you just did. 

Eren looked back on the damage you've just done. 

What was that...?

"No. Never." He lied. 

 "This is the first time actually. My friends and I basically looked after her ever since we were young, we knew her long enough to know that she never acted like so violently before."

"...I see."

Eren turned his head toward you, you were still spacing out. Your eyes growing heavy and beginning to close. 

"Is she gonna be okay?" he asked. 

"She'll be fine. Maybe resting is what she needs, considering the amount of pressure she has."

"Huh? What kind of pressure?"

"Oh right, you don't know."

While Hange was speaking, you were fighting sleep. Your eyes threatened to close before giving up. You nestled towards Eren, putting your head against his shoulder. Eren slightly smiled as you got more comfortable. 

Commander Erwin spoke. 

"I gave an order to Captain Levi to train L/n."

Eren's eyes widened. 

"Wait! Really!?" 

"I guess that's not a surprise, Y/n has always been strong. I never exactly got to beat her during sparring." Eren admitted. 

"Then you are aware of her potential." Commander said. 

Eren nodded. 

The atmosphere grew tense as Hange cleared their throat, their expression changing to that of serious. 

"But I'm worried this training is becoming too much." 

Commander Erwin's eyebrows twitched a bit before drifting his gaze onto the ground. 

"What are you implying--?"

"I'm saying this training is pushing her too hard. It's to the point where she's becoming scared of herself!!" 

The room went quiet. Eren's eyes widened. 

"Levi, don't tell me you don't notice it either! She won't tell you anything because she--"

"Hange if there's something you'll like to discuss. I suggest we talk about this later." Commander Erwin ended the argument. 

Erwin watched the two of you intently while Levi kept his eyes on you. 

"Eren, you must be concerned right now. But everything is alright. After learning about Y/n's strength, I made the order for Captain Levi to train her in order to live up to her potential. But as of right now, I seem to have added pressure onto her. Which is something I don't intend to do. But with you joining the Corps, it might help bring ease to her."

Erwin smiled and held out his hand. 

"With that, I'm sure it would be a pleasure to work with you two. You both have my respect."

Eren slightly gasped. 

"Yes sir. We'll do our best, sir." Eren replied while shaking his hand. 

Levi abruptly came and sat down next to you, causing Eren to flinch. 

"Eren..."

"Sir!?"

"You don't resent me now, do you?"

"No sir! I understand that what you did was necessary sir."

"Good so you understand."

"But don't you think you went too far! I mean, you knocked his teeth out! Not to mention, you almost made Y/n vomit and feel worse about herself!" 

Levi's eyes glanced at you. Eren noticed this. 

"I'm sure you didn't mean it sir!" Eren quickly said, hoping it would make things better. 

"Y/n doesn't resent people so easily...I mean--she might but--I'm sure she understands why you had to do it!" Eren explained. 

"We'll see..." Levi muttered. 

"Besides, Hange? Why the hell did you pick up Eren's tooth?"

"For research of course!"

"Eren, just be glad that people like them aren't dissecting you."

"Hey! I would never do that!" Hange argued. 

Eren's eyes widened, his tongue rolled over his teeth. A confused expression came on his face. 

"Let's see. Open wide, Eren."

Eren did as he was told, and Hange's eyes widened. 

"Your tooth...it grew back..."
