Everything falls in place!
I sank into the plush armchair in the grandiose study of our home. It was late, the room illuminated only by the soft glow of the fireplace. The warmth soothed the ache in my muscles, though the adrenaline from the day still pulsed in my veins.
Across from me, my father, the infamous All for One, sat in his usual throne-like chair. His posture exuded dominance, his piercing gaze fixed on me as he swirled a glass of wine in his hand.
"Well, my boy," he began, his voice smooth and commanding, "you've certainly made quite the spectacle today. The news is buzzing, and even I can sense the ripple in society. Tell me—was it as successful as you hoped?"
I leaned back, a smug grin spreading across my face. "Father, it couldn't have gone better if I'd scripted every moment myself. And, well, let's be honest... I sort of did."
He chuckled, a low, approving sound that echoed through the room. "Go on. Tell me everything."
I steepled my fingers, letting the weight of my victory settle between us. "First, let's talk about the explosives. Overhaul and his cronies didn't stand a chance. Your men placed them precisely where I instructed—hidden in plain sight but subtle enough to only go off when the timing was perfect. The chaos they caused was... poetic."
His expression darkened with a hint of amusement. "And the heroes had no idea they were dealing with my handiwork?"
"Not a clue," I said, the arrogance in my tone unmistakable. "They were too busy scrambling to contain the mess and protect the civilians. Overhaul was so focused on me—on trying to eliminate me—that he didn't realize he was dancing to our tune until it was too late."
My father took a sip of his wine, his sharp eyes glinting with pride. "And your role in all this? I assume you didn't disappoint."
I laughed softly, shaking my head. "Oh, Father, you should have seen it. I taunted Overhaul to his breaking point. I let him think he had the upper hand, let him believe I was just some naive kid. To be fair I stole some valuable information which is why he came after me. Then, when the time was right, I turned the tables. The best part? I didn't even need a quirk. Just my brain, a little charm, and a lot of strategy."
"All while making the heroes dance on the same stage as the villains," he mused, his tone filled with admiration. "Tell me about them. The League, the heroes—how did they react to your masterpiece?"
I smirked, leaning forward. "That's the beauty of it. The League of Villains and Class 1A actually worked together. I mean, can you believe it? Shigaraki and Bakugo didn't even kill each other. They worked as a team, and the public saw it. The seeds of doubt are planted, Father. If villains can act like heroes, what does that say about society's labels? About their precious system?"
All for One leaned back in his chair, his laughter rumbling through the room. "Oh, my son, you've outdone yourself. You've not only proven the flaws in their system but also set the stage for something far greater. And the League—do they suspect your intentions?"
"Not at all. I think by now they know what I want from them... to be my little puppets in both sides. " I admitted, my grin widening. "Shigaraki especially. He knows me too well. But that's fine. Let them think I'm just scheming for the fun of it. The truth is, I've integrated them with the heroes so well that there is no escaping it by now. They're no longer just villains in society's eyes. They're something more... something in-between."
"And the heroes?"
I shrugged. "Oh, they're eating it up. They're too blinded by their own self-righteousness to see the strings I'm pulling. They think they're guiding the villains toward redemption when, really, I'm the one guiding all of them. Heroes, villains—it doesn't matter. They're all just pieces on my board."
He raised his glass, a wicked smile playing on his lips. "And now, my boy? What's next?"
"Now?" I said, standing and pacing the room, the firelight dancing across my face. "Now, I sit back and watch as they dance to my tune. With the League integrated into society and the heroes unwittingly helping me, I have control of both sides. I know their strengths, their weaknesses, their every move. And when the time comes and I ever need it, I'll pull the rug out from under them. They'll never see it coming."
My father laughed, a deep, resonant sound that filled the study. It wasn't just amusement—it was pride. The kind of pride only a villain like him could feel for a son like me.
"Ah, Izuku," he said, shaking his head in admiration. "You truly are my greatest son. The world doesn't stand a chance against you."
I turned to him, my grin sharp and full of mischief. "And it's all thanks to you, Father. You taught me that power isn't just about quirks or strength. It's about control and money. About understanding people and bending them to your will. And now? Now, I'm unstoppable."
We stood there for a moment, the two of us, the fire crackling in the background. Two generations of brilliance, united by ambition and a shared vision.
He raised his glass once more, and I mirrored the gesture. "To the future," he said, his voice filled with conviction.
"To our future," I echoed, our laughter mingling as it filled the room.
