Shaikh: Nurses are often called "angels of mercy." It is inappropriate to refer to nurses as "angels" of mercy and comes from the beliefs of non-Muslims. It is against the Islamic aqeedah.

Guy: They haven't met the nurses in my country! You wouldn't put nurses and mercy in the same sentence!
