"Ahhhh I'm Lost!"

A whining voice echoes through the place and it belongs to the famous beyblade world champion: Valt Aoi

Who set on a journey to find the legendary BeyTrainer - Taiga Akaba to upgrade his bey into Turbo

But unfortunately, luck wasn't on his side that causing him to be lost in the middle big wild forest

Big trees on the right. Big trees on the left. He is surrounded by tall trees and he doesn't know where to go cause it looks everywhere he goes, it looks like it's just the same.

He sighs in hopelessness until he spots a small cut-off tree log which gives him the idea.

He grabs his partner Valkyrie from his bag then handle it and places from above

"Wherever you go I follow you" The bluenette sighed and chanted to the blue bey and start to spin it with his bare hands

But he should remember that luck wasn't really on his side when Valkyrie spun and jump off and then start to roll away

"What! Valkyrie come back!" The bluenette was taken aback but quickly recover then to catch his partner before something will happen to her

Until someone catches it

Valt stop in his tracks and look up to see the savior of Valkyrie which took him by surprise

It's a young boy shorter than him with maroon hair tied up in a blue hair tie band. He has a red "A" mark symbol on his right cheek and a small multiple bandage strip around his ace. The boy was wearing a black striped white collar with a short long sleeve red jacket

But what surprised him wasn't his appearance...

It was his eyes

Innocent Hazel brown eyes meet dead turquoise eyes and at that moment Valt knows something Is off

Those eyes don't have any trace of emotion like a deep void, it looks glassy that he can even see his reflection but overall it has no light like-

(This may sound overreacting but his guts told him that)

-there is no hope for the future in those dead eyes with overwhelming loneliness

And it looks worrisome that his stomach starts to feel cold and it feels uncomfortable just by looking

He has already met a lot of people whose eyes are like a deep void. For Example, Daigo is an edgy/emo person but he is a caring and nice person then we have Free who looks emotionless and always looks bored but if you look more closely, you can see the softness despite its looks and it is enough to say they were a good person

But this guy in front of him is different. He had never seen that kind of eyes before

But at the same time, he believes that kind of eyes should be not like that

The bluenette wonders why.

Then he suddenly snap out of his thoughts when he realized that he staring at the kid for too long - and who knows he might see him as a weirdo and the kid might freak out

Ok start to show some good manners

"Hello, there thank you for saving my Valkyrie" the champion's grin was so bright that could rival the sun to show his gratefulness.

Then Valt attempt to hug the little boy by launching himself-

-But at that moment something unexpected happens

Valt thinks the boy dodges him and that's the reason why his face hit the ground instead with Valkyrie lying in front of him

He swears at the moment he can feel himself freeze in shock with shivers running through his body and it's weird like his whole world stop for a moment while staring at the unknown

(Why would he shiver when it's not cold?)

The beyblade champion blinks in confusion and slowly looks over the maroon boy whose reaction is not what he's expecting

The maroon boy's eyes stark a new kind of emotion and it's... confusion and shock and at the same a hurt one?

Uh oh. Did he do something to make the maroon boy make him uncomfortable?

Maybe he's not used to physical contact and wants some personal space. If that's the case then Valt needs to apologize

So the bluenette quickly stands up to dust himself and walks over to the kid who still acting different in Valt's opinion

"I'm so sorry if I shock you. By the way, my name is Valt Aoi and I happen to be lost here so may I ask your help to find Taiga Akaba" Valt introduce himself to the maroon boy who got this calculated gaze shot upon him

"M-my name is Aiga Akaba and Taiga Akaba is my dad"

And finally, the bluenette hears him speak although it's sound so breathless and doubting it's more than enough

So Valt smile brightly with a hint of shock "Ohh nice to meet you Aiga so can you help go to your house" he asks

Aiga looks like having a complicated moment from Valt's perspective and he's not sure why.

"S-sure"

And again he got shuttered but it's ok at least he can hear his voice and finally can get out in this forest

"Neh?"

"Yes, Aiga?" Valt ask and look over to see the maroon boy looking at him with some kind of small sparkles of hope in his eyes which looks different before

"C-can we run over there cause I want to see how fast you are"

Oh. That sound like a challenge and Valt love challenges

"Sure!"

Seconds later, Valt finds himself running so fast to catch up with Aiga who is surprisingly so fast

They sprinted so fast in the clear pathway of grass - with a leaf leaving on their face and hair and, jumping over the hallow rocks on the clear blue crystal stream of the river and then there is this small rock clip and they both fell down

Under the river, they start to make funny weird faces with bubbles blowing up and they start to get some air by getting out of the water and they both laugh loudly and happily at the same time

"That was fun!" The maroon boy say cheer with full fondness and euphoria while grinning so big that it could reach his ears. And the sparkles on his eyes have become so bright unlike what they looked like before

Valt's heart almost melt in happiness seeing how little things can make him so happy like he just receive the best thing in the world

But something telling him something is off

And he is so confused why?

We're here" Aiga pronounced showing a farm behind him

Valt enter the white fences and look around in aww to see those amazing metal craft sculptures with amazingly detailed design

"Woah those things are amazing" Valt wonders out loud

"Yeah! Dad made them all except this one made by yours truly" Aiga then lean on different metal sculpture only to be disassembled causing him to fall with smoke and dust pop out

"Hey are you ok" then the bluenette helps the poor maroon boy

But the boy quickly stand and turn around as his face start to change into a different expression which Valt couldn't tell cause he can't see his face properly

The champion swallowed a lump in his throat when the previous warm atmosphere have become heavenly cold and it was so hard to breathe properly

He can't stand it any longer so he tried to change the topic

"Woah t-this one looks cool" Valt says while shuttering a little but quickly hiding it with another emotion of astonishment while pointing at a life-size Knight sculpture with a sword and shield with cool carvings and amazing detailed shape

Aiga's eyes then glimmer in excitement as if all the things happen earlier were nothing "I know right? This is my dad's present to me: It's Achilles! The greatest warrior in Greek mythology and the mighty hero! Isn't he the best!"

"Uh huh" he agreed

Valt can see the fondness in those turquoise eyes and his own opinion is that kind of eyes bring nostalgic feelings to a person

"Uhmm who are you, young boy?"

The champion turn around his back to find where the soft voice belong to find a woman with chestnut-colored braided hair with another younger girl with short aqua blue eyes same goes for her eyes, standing on the young woman's side

And for some reason, they look wary at him

But he dismisses that feeling to show some respect "Hello Ma'am my name is Valt Aoi and I was looking for Taiga Akaba" he then bows

The said woman pique in interest "Oh I see well I am his wife and my name is Kana Akaba" she introduced

The little aqua girl who look hesitating for a moment finally decided to talk "A-and my name is Naru Akaba, nice to meet you" then a small smile appear on her face

Valt smile in appreciation "Nice to meet you all"

Kana then spoke "If you want to find Taiga then he is just inside" she pointed to a small house but at the same, a man show up

"I heard my name, what's happening here?" His deep voice boom with those green eyes start to dilate in caution as he looks around

Valt doesn't sure but he can feel big darkness surrounding this family

But he ignored it and walk towards the man with dark blue hair and wearing a cowboy hat

Hello sir nice to meet you, my name is Valt Aoi" he introduced

"Pleasure," he said in a flat tone

"I'm here cause old man Raul said you're the one who make the first turbo bey and he also send his regards," The bluenette says excitedly

Aiga who's been listening conversation looks lost "What's a Turbo bey?"

"We're close to the turbo ages so-" Valt then grab Strike Valkyrie then blue aura illuminated with the Valkyrie avatar showed behind Valt that only Taiga could see and his eyes dilated at the scene and could feel the raw power behind it

"I'm asking you to upgrade Valkyrie to a Turbo bey cause me and my partner will battle countless rivals in the heated stage," Valt says with full of energy

Taiga stays silent with darken face and finally made his decision "Turbo bey huh very well then follow me"

And they both enter a house made of stones

Aiga blinks still not understanding what's happening

"Valt Aoi, I've known you and Valkyrie for a while, you've been hailed as the Undisputed Champion with a winning streak for 2 years now"

"The specs of your bey are impressive and since Valkyrie is an ultimate attack type, you might pull this out" the legendary BeyTrainer narrated while guiding Valt to make a turbo bey who is very determined

"Thanks, I will sure to achieve a dream of mine," Valt said happily while welding out his future turbo bey

Aiga and Naru, who's been peeking into the corner don't understand what's happening

Back to our spiky bluenette after hours had passed where the Turbo Bey has been finished

"Nice to meet you Winning Valkyrie" Valt grinned at his upgraded partner and his bey shimmered in response

"It's still not finished, you must know how to control your bey and you could try that on the bey stadium" Taiga remind him

Valt nod enthusiastically and start following him

Aiga and Naru then noticed another thing is happening inside so they watch over

Valt saw them and waved at them "Hello guys! glad you could watch Winning Valkyrie" he then show it to them

Aiga, raise an unimpressed eyebrow, uninterested in the display

Valt take a deep breath and position himself "Valkyrie, show us what you got"

"3!...2!...1!.... Let it Rip!!!" Valt then proceed to make a strong launch that emit a strong whirl of a small tornado causing the wooden planks roofs to be destroyed

"Yikes!!!" Aiga and Naru were taken aback by the strong gust of wind that make them astonished at the new supernatural scene in front of them

Meanwhile, Valkyrie is spinning rapidly with an electric aura behind it

"Woah! Go Faster! Valkyrie!" Valt shouted in encouragement and his bey obey by pulling a stunt of hitting the walls and bouncing back leaving a crack

Taiga looks impressed too

Aiga then looks closely with big sparkling eyes "I've seen by battles, But this one may look different, which I can't take off my eyes" he smiles widely

Valkyrie flies over the stadium and Valt catches it easily

The bluenette then turns around to the legendary BeyTrainer "Thank you very much for upgrading Valkyrie to a new level" he grins expressing his gratefulness and the man nodded in acknowledgment

Kana then enter the house " I've seen a small tornado is everyone ok?" she asks

"Speaking of the tornado" Valt then look up to see a big hole in the roof and chuckle nervously "Sorry about that"

Taiga smiled "It's ok, I can fix that later and you should get going now, it wouldn't be nice to walk in a dark forest" he reminded

Valt nodded "Right" then ha face them all once again "It's nice meeting you Aiga and the whole Akaba Family, but I need to go now-"

"Hold on what did you just say!?"

Valt was taken aback at the high voice of authority coming from the legendary BeyTrainer Taiga

And the burning green eyes staring at him directly make him feel uncomfortable

The champion then hesitantly talk "I-its nice meeting you Aiga and the whole Akaba Family, but I need to go now?" He repeats

Taiga, Kana, and Naru look at him as if he grow another head

"Is something matter? Did I say something bad?" Valt ask trying to hide the fear growing on him

"How did you know Aiga?" Taiga asks in a harsh tone that Kana need to go on his side to calm him down

Valt blinked "Uhmm I meet him in the forest earlier and help me to go here" he explained honestly but the looks on their face is enough to tell him that they don't believe him

"What does he look like?" Kana asks next

And the reaction he gets is not what he expected

"How is that possible?" Naru asks in disbelief while clutching her chest

"Possible what?" The champion asks in pure confusion

Kana spoke next with visible pain in her voice "My son... is in a coma right now and still hasn't waked up for a year now" she barely whisper out loud

"Ehhhhhh!?!" Valt outburst in shock

Naru looks down and looks like wants to cry. Taiga's face is dark and no one knows what his thinking

Then Valt looks over at Aiga who is fidgeting his hands while looking down at the floor as if that's the most interesting the world

"Is that true Aiga?" Valt ask the maroon boy and his next answer make his reality shattered into pieces

"It's true. I'm just a ghost and that's why my family can't see me but you can and you are the first person I came in contact with act for almost a year"
