I just realized this was requested 3 years ago...

I'm sorry for the person who requests it.

Valt is always intrigued by BC Sol Ace's mysterious trips into the forest at night. He knows that Free loves to train in the forest during the daylight, but he can't help but feel curious about his friend's nighttime activities. Why? Does he also train at night? He doesn't think that was the case. So unable to suppress his curiosity any longer, Valt decides to follow Free one evening, eager to uncover the truth.

Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, Valt enters the depths of the forest, determined to stealthily trail Free. His heart beats with a mix of resolution and nervousness. As he walks, Valt can't help but observe the forest. While he is used to visiting during the day, the forest takes on a different mysticism at nightfall. Under the blanket of darkness, the moon radiates an ethereal glow, casting a delicate, silver luminescence on the trees. Towering figures with knotted roots stand like guardians, watching over those who enter this sacred sanctuary. Valt's skin tingles when a chilly breeze brushes past him, and he can't help but feel a sense of foreboding in the air.

(Well. That just makes him more nervous)

As Valt ventures deeper into the heart of the forest, he finally reaches an isolated clearing after a long walk. Taking cover behind a cluster of Sessile Oak trees, he hopes to avoid being spotted by Free.

His eyes widen in shock as he catches sight of an unprecedented sight. Free, his friend, stands before a hidden cave entrance - one that Valt was not even aware existed. Free's features have transformed into something supernatural. His usual black void eyes, which always seemed to hold a secret, now shine with a piercing golden light, similar to when he resonates with his Beyblade. However, this time the golden eyes possess an eerie deep amber to a glowing yellow hue, emanating an unsettling aura. Free, the enigmatic lone wolf, has always exuded both vicious glamour and a haunting allure, but what surprises Valt the most is the sight of elongated fangs glistening in the pale moonlight.

(WHA—!?)

But the surprises do not end there. Valt watches, unable to tear his eyes away, as Free gently catches a brown chicken and cradles it in his arms. In a sudden, shocking moment, Free sinks his fangs into the chicken's neck, drinking its blood.

For a moment, Valt forgets how to breathe. His entire body shakes with the weight of this newfound revelation. He always thought that his friend is inhuman but this is way too insane. Free is a vampire!

At that moment, Free's piercing golden eyes lock onto Valt's hazel brown eyes. Valt flinches, realizing he has been caught. What surprises him, even more, is the vulnerability he sees in Free's gaze. If he didn't know any better, he would say that Free looks worried.

Valt takes a deep breath, trying to calm his nerves. He clenches his fist tightly, steeling himself for what lies ahead.

It's time to face the music.

It had been a week since Valt discovered that his friend, Free, was a vampire. Initially, he struggled to accept this truth, but eventually, he came to acknowledge it. Valt made a promise to keep Free's secret, as he knew that regardless of his nature, Free would always remain his friend.

Because he accepts him.

To his surprise, Valt learned that Kristina was also aware of Free's secret. As she's the one who secretly ordered and placed chickens in the forest for Free to drink their blood.

Additionally, Silas also knew about Free's true nature, no wonder they seemed getting along.

Curiosity consumed Valt, and he questioned why Free's eyes were golden instead of red, and how he had managed to avoid being harmed by sunlight. Free promptly dismissed the old vampire tales as inaccurate and explained the truth to Valt.

Valt felt a sense of relief that his bond with Free had grown deeper.

💛

One fateful night, Kristina had left for a business trip, unfortunately for Free, there are no more chickens in the forest to quench his thirst. His longing and thirst for blood grew unbearable, and he feared that he would lose control and go on a rampage if he didn't drink any blood. Free turned to Valt for help, pleading with him to find some chickens. However, Valt knew that no stores would be selling chickens in the middle of the night.

Helplessness washed over Valt as he watched his friend's distress, his heart aching at the sight. He couldn't bear to see Free suffer any longer.

Gathering his resolve, Valt took a deep breath and adjust the collar of his shirt to expose his bare neck, surprising Free.

"Free, please drink my blood," Valt said, genuinely concerned for his friend's well-being.

Free was taken aback by Valt's selfless offer. He observed Valt with admiration, always surprised by his compassion and kindness, just as when he forgave Kurenai despite the pain he had caused.

("Friends always have each other's backs")

Valt's words echoed in Free's mind, filling him with happiness and respect.

Searching Valt's eyes for any doubt, Free found only determination. He finally agreed, letting go of his hesitation. As Free moved slowly closer to Valt, his sharp teeth gently grazed his skin, and he began to suck his blood. To Free's surprise, Valt's blood tasted like honey.

Though Valt winced at the pain, he endured it for his friend's sake, tightly shutting his eyes. The world seemed to hold its breath. Finally, Free withdrew after having enough blood and licked the remaining traces.

Valt exhaled in relief, grateful that his sacrifice had helped his friend. Concerned, he asked, "Are you okay now, Free?"

Free nodded, a rare smile appearing on his lips. "Yes, thank you, Valt. I am indebted to you."

Valt smiled back, their bond was strengthened by acceptance and trust.

I'm sorry if it looks like a rush
