This happened before the first war against the red sea and Sal used to have blue eyes. I hope the one who requested this is satisfied.

You were a beautiful, slender, female shark. You are walking to the Sea God Castle to meet with your childhood friend, Sal. You kept on imagining how he'd look like now ever since you went to a vast sea and got separated somehow.

There you were, right infront of the gate. Along your way inside the castle, you were greeted by a relieved Tatsumiya and an ever so grumpy Old. "(Y/n), Sal was very excited to see you again ever since he heard of the news you were coming back," Tatsumiya joyfully informed you, "Where is he?" You asked. "He's somewhere at the top floor," said Old. You thanked the two and went your way.

You opened the last door, revealing the Sea God and his two daughters, Uomi and Mikotsu. "(Y/n)! You're home! Welcome back!" Said Mikotsu while giving you a hug. "Welcome back, (Y/n)," said Uomi. "Hello girls," you said and looked at the Sea God. "(Y/n), I'm quite surprised regards to your arrival," said the Sea God.

"Have you seen Sal anywhere?" You asked as a tall, white shark entered the room, "(Y/n)?! You're back!" Sal said with shocked blue eyes. "Sal!" You hugged your childhood friend as he was blushing a light shade of pink. "Alright you two love birds! Time to go to the Sea of Stars!" Said Mikotsu with a playful grin.

-At the Sea of Stars-
"You've changed a lot, (Y/n)." Sal said looking at your (e/c) orbs. "You changed too Sal! Seriously, you look absolutely handsome nowadays." You replied with a smile while Sal's blush worsened. "Whatchya blushing about Sal?" You asked the male as he looked at the stars, "I-it's nothing!" He replied shakily. "Hey Sal, wanna go to Star Isle?" You elbowed his shoulder. He said yes.

It was turning dark, and there was a full moon today. It was a good timing. You and Sal swam to the island of stars with your hearts content and arrived laughing about your childhood with Sal. He refused to laugh, but couldn't hold back and laughed.

"Remember the time when---" you were cut by Sal himself, "(Y/n)! There's a rock!" He warned you. "Huh?" You said as you tripped and was caught by Sal himself, "(Y/n), you should be extra careful next time." He said as your eyes met, it was like a trance for you and Sal. He snapped out of it and helped you up and held your hand protectively as you were both walking to the star tree.

The two of you arrived and gazed at the beautiful moon. "(Y/n), I have something to tell you." Sal said as his pure white hair flowed against the wind. You nodded as he held both of your hands, you and Sal blushed. "I-I love you, (Y/n)" he confessed as he was hoping for a reply. You hugged him and said,"I love you too Sal." His blue eyes widened at your answer as he hugged back.

"And I'd love to be your girlfriend." You said as he was about to ask you that. "Thank you (Y/n)." The two sharks kissed as the moon glowed gently upon them. You enjoyed your time with Sal as time went by.

---Extended ending---

"Sal, join us." said the now-evil princess, Mikotsu, as she was reaching out her hand. Sal was silent as he held your hand protectively like the time in Star Isle. "No, I'm sorry Mikotsu." He said to the evil princess as he carried you to the castle at full speed and went to the room where Princess Uomi, Tatsumiya and Meikai were staying.

"(Y/n)! Sal!" Tatsumiya embraced the two of you and healed your wounds. "Mikotsu is fast approaching, Tatsumiya, take (Y/n) and Sal to the room." Said Meikai as he gently patted the round object on a navy blue pillow.

-meanwhile at the safe room-
"S-Sal, I was scared you'd join Mikotsu." You said as Sal was gently stroking your hair. "I'd rather be here with you (Y/n)." He replied as you were hugging him tightly hoping that the war would be all over once and for all. He caressed your cheek and kissed your forehead as you leaned on his shoulder sleepily.

"I understand now, I'm here to protect (Y/n) and my sea."
