Levi's POV

I am walking back to Y/N's room from the food court, getting my regular tea. I am shoved a little, by the doctors, who eventually do apologize after passing me. The security guards are following, and then I realize...

They are heading towards Y/N's room...

I start running with them towards her room. When we get there,I realize that no one was near Y/N, but rather holding down her step father and trying to help her mom.

She was knocked out, it looks like she hit her head, but why was her step father on the floor, being held down? Did he do this?

"What is going on??" I ask, quite panicked.

"Please Mr. Ackermann, we need all the room we can have right now. I will explain to you after we get her stable, ok?" The doctor said, and it made me feel a little worried, so I ran to Y/N's side, holding her hand.

Her step-father is glaring at me with the guards almost grabbing him, then pulling him away and escorting him out of the hospital and making him go home. He was yelling the whole way.

I run over to Y/N, grabbing her hand and asking what happened, but all she could do was stare at her mom, her eyes filled with terror.

Her mother stood up, she had a large bruise on her head. It looked like she was just in a car wreck. Part of her hair was messed up, but enough to know that it wasn't an accident. He hit her.

I stand up and walk over to her mother. I kneel down next to her. "Do you see what you need to do? To protect Y/N?" I look at her, calm, while inside I am fighting myself to not go to him and punch him to tomorrow until he is dead and gone.
