CHAPTER ONE
Hi so i'm republishing this since i've had some people ask about this book n i feel like it's too good to die in my drafts
plus i love taejeon so he needs to be featured in another book (daddy issues readers will know exactly why)
I feel like the first time i was publishing this i wasnt warning too carefully. This book includes a lot of triggering content and i would not advice to read it to anyone who's sensitive with stuff such as abuse (sexual and parental violence), or things like kidnapping. (and NO the parental violence is NOT connected to taejeon, i'm not that cruel)
I will warn above the chapters tho!
Besides from that, this book will be filled with lots of crack, fluff and smut. But there WILL be angst so pls >:( no hate 😌
LET'S GET IT THOOO, ENJOYYY ❤️
and pls leave comments cuz the more u comment the more i update, just saying :)

"I want them all dead."
Taehyung's heart dropped down to his knees when Jimin pressed a tiny little picture to the younger's chest. "No mercy", he added, eyes piercing through Taehyung causing his tummy to turn upside down once he took a glance at the picture he now was holding.
There was a picture of a small family. A woman and her husband with a boy, probably Taehyung's age or a little younger.
"It's a family, Jimin-"
"I won't repeat myself", the older grunted and then handed him a gun. "You need to learn not to think about who you're killing, Tae."
The younger nodded, his face going numb as he turned around and made his way downstairs. They had already checked all of the rooms above, now all that's left was the basement.
The boy headed down the stairs, steps quiet as the ones of a deer. If he'd be too loud he might get them a chance to escape or to hide. Lucky him that endless years in his parents' house taught him quite well how to walk around a house without anyone noticing.
It's what you learn when you fear for your life once you unlock your door.
Taehyung should know by now.
What felt worse to him was that right now he was letting strangers feel the exact same way just because he had to kill them for no reason at all. Yes, they might call the police after Taehyung and his group broke into their house but in the boy's mind this wasn't enough to justify a murder.
In Jimin's it was though.
Taehyung opened the door slightly, glancing inside. His eyes met complete darkness and a smell of old furniture, probably not moved for years. The boy stepped in, gulping down the weird feeling he had been feeling all along.
It was his first time.
Little did he know it might be his last as well.
The boy moved slowly, eyes getting used to the dark while his eyes were glaring all across the room. He tried to find something. Even though he didn't knew yet what it was that he looked for. Probably the small family he was about to kill. But on the other hand he tried his hardest not to find them. If he'd miss them, there was nothing Jimin could do.
Maybe he could even tell him they escaped through a backdoor? Or that they took their own life before he even could.
Well, it didn't work out like that.
Taehyung heard a small whimper, followed by a boy whispering "Ssh, please be quiet." He could hear someone kissing someone else on their forehead or cheek or whatever while trying to calm the other person down.
"It's okay", the voice whispered barely audible, his own tone cracking as if he was close to crying himself.
Taehyung let out a sigh and then followed the noises, grabbing his phone from his pocket. He made his way to them, turned the flashlight on and took a look at who was crying in here.
What he saw there made his heart dwell up once again, throat going dry and his eyes filling with tears himself.
A kid, maybe 4 or 5 years old, cuddled to the boy he saw on the photograph earlier. The boy was holding him to his chest while the kid was sobbing quietly. It stopped now, holding his breath when he realized they were trapped.
"Fuck", Taehyung let out, mouth dropping when the kid turned his face and looked at the older with his big doe eyes that reminded him awfully much of a puppy. "No one told me there's a kid", he cursed under his breath, kneeling down as he held the kid's face between his hands, eyeing the small boy's tears that were still falling off his cheeks.
"Who are you", the older boy asked, gritting his teeth as he watched Taehyung holding the kid by his cheeks.
"None of your business", Taehyung snapped back. "Get up", he groaned and then pulled out his gun and held it to the boy's face.
"Hi None of my business, I'm Jungkook", the boy replied calmly, getting up from the floor. He didn't seem scared at all, eyes squinted as he stared into Taehyung's face. He saw all the insecurities Taehyung was hiding so well behind his poker face, saw the trembling lips he got after seeing a kid. Taehyung gave Jungkook a pissed off glance, "I have a gun and I'm not afraid to use it", he grumbled and then kicked Jungkook's ass so he would walk forwards, gun still pressed to his head.
"Doesn't look like it", Jungkook shrugged and gave the small boy another kiss to his forehead because he started crying again when he saw the gun and understood that it was something really bad.
"Do you have a back door? Any secret exit?"
"Why would I tell you", Jungkook lifted his eyebrows.
"Because I'm trying to save your fucking life you brat", Taehyung scoffed, ramming his knee into Jungkook's back once again to make him move faster.
"While holding a gun to my head?", Jungkook rolled his eyes and headed into the dark, going for a small door that led out in their backyard from where they could easily escape.
Taehyung followed him, not saying anything further. He glanced around nervously when they stepped outside, knowing way too well that what he was doing right now was ruining his whole future. He had one job. One fucking task to do. And he couldn't even do this one.
Nothing but a disappointment, Jimin was right with everything he said the last two years.
"Where's my parents?", Jungkook questioned, side-eyeing Taehyung awkwardly.
"Probably dead by now", Taehyung shrugged.
"Why is there a kid. We didn't know there's a kid."
"He's my son", Jungkook grumbled, giving Taehyung a death stare when his eyes widened and he looked at Jungkook in disbelief. "You're his father? You look like a kid yourself."
"Says the one who's probably still a virgin", Jungkook snapped. "I got him when I was 16. I'm 21 now."
"21?", Taehyung watched him in surprise. "Sweet."
"Hi", a voice suddenly popped up which draw Jungkook and Taehyung's attention towards it immediately. The small boy had stopped crying and wiped his tears away, now eyeing Taehyung with an angry stare. "Bad guy!", he yelled out and punched Taehyung on his nose.
"What the fuck?", Taehyung growled, holding the kid by his fists and gave him an angry stare back. "I just saved your life, say thank you!"
"Fuck FUCK fuck", the kid repeated Taehyung's words with a wide grin on his face, nothing left of the fear that was written all over it for the past 10 minutes.
"Great", Jungkook sighed, "Good job, idiot. Now he's not going to stop saying fuck."
"Your child, your responsibility", Taehyung shrugged and let go of the kid's fists. "What's your name, kiddo?"
"I'm Prince Taejeon the IV."
"Ah well", Taehyung bowed down, "Nice to meet ya, Taejeon."
"He's not an actual prince", Jungkook sighed, "He watched too many barbie movies, that's why he keeps saying he is a prince. Don't mind him."
Taehyung chuckled and nodded slowly, "Shouldn't he watch shit like Star Wars or Avengers-"
"Shouldn't you be killing us instead of running away?", Jungkook lifted his eyebrows, fighting back immediately after Taehyung dared to judge his son's behavior.
"Maybe I will if you won't stop being so cocky all the goddamn time-"
"I'd love to see that", Jungkook's eyes glittered through his dark lashes, catching Taehyung in awe when he recognized all of the younger's features. His cheeks were puffy like the ones of a kid, his eyes as big and puppy-like as the ones of his son. Hair was neatly put in place, dyed into a light brown-ish that matched his eyes pretty well.
He was wearing a huge blue hoodie, matching with the ones Taejeon was wearing.
And that's when Taehyung stopped breathing for a second, noticing that it was freezing outside, probably below zero degrees Celcius which was basically proven by snow all over the streets they were walking on. They took the empty side streets which weren't cleaned up at all and therefore filled with snow. "Shit, aren't you cold?", Taehyung flinched, pulling off his jacket to put it around Taejeon's shoulders to keep the kid warm.
"Wow", Jungkook rolled his eyes, "For a second I thought you'd give it to me because you're worried over me."
Taehyung only gave him a weird glance and then pulled up the zipper of his winter coat after Taejeon had his tiny arms pushed into the sleeves.
"This cool. My style", Taejeon nodded happily, throwing around the sleeves that weren't filled out by his arms. Jungkook lightly smacked Taejeon's head, shaking his own head amused. "This is cool. This is my style", he corrected his son's language which wasn't using any form of verbs at all.
"Blah", Taejeon stuck his tongue out and then stopped to point onto a bakery that was already opened even though it was pretty early in the morning. It was barely 6am, sun not up yet and the air still freezing cold by the night air.
"Taejeon want cake."
"No you haven't brushed your teeth last night", Jungkook grumbled, not allowing the kid to eat sugary things already that early in the morning.
Taehyung chuckled and pulled his cap down into his face to cover it from any security cams. "Let's get the kid some cake", he winked and then grabbed Jungkook's purse from his pants pockets. "The fuck?", Jungkook scoffed, slapped the boy's wrist after he got a little flustered from his touch on his ass.
"I'm kidnapping you, did you forget? Do you think I'll use my own money?", Taehyung grinned and then pushed his gun underneath his shirt and grabbed the kid. "You better don't run away", he hummed towards Jungkook and then walked inside with the kid pressed to his chest. If he had the kid, he'd have the boy too.
"What cake do you want?"
"Cheesecake."
"We do not have cheesecake here", the guy behind the counter answered, watching the boy and the kid softly.
If only he'd know that he was standing face to face with a kidnapper, holding one of his victims right in his arms.
"Fuck", Taejeon blurted out. "Cheesecake yummy. Taejeon want cheesecake."
"We don't have cheesecake. What about chocolate cake? Or how about strawberry cake?", the guy asked, eyebrows lifted.
"I want cheesecake", Taejeon yelled out, balling his fists angrily.
Taehyung let out a sigh.
"He's just like his Dad, sorry", he smiled innocently and then pointed onto the chocolate cake, "Three pieces of that one", he hummed to the guy behind the counter and then paid with Jungkook's money.
Taejeon wasn't happy with all that.
He started biting Taehyung's neck and slammed his fists against the older's chest, yelling angrily that cheesecake was the only thing ever.
-
"Next time you go and get the cake", Taehyung grumbled, handing back the kid to his father and then pushed Jungkook forwards so they'd continue walking. "I bought you cake too", he added in a small voice, "I have no food stored where we're going, so that's breakfast."
"Well-, where are we going?", Jungkook asked, still unimpressed by Taehyung.
"I have a friend on the other side of the town. We'll hide there for a while until I'm sure that my boss stops looking for me."
"Oh you have a friend that hides a kidnapper and his victims? Great friendship", Jungkook laughed out, shaking his head. He hated this guy he was walking in front of in so many ways yet he had something about him that oddly amused the younger. He was soft yet he was holding a gun. Caring of a kid instead of doing his job which probably get him lots of money.
"He's dead", Taehyung smiled innocently, "But I still have the keys to his apartment."
"Usually apartments of dead people get renewed and then sold to new owners", Jungkook hummed, confused by Taehyung having keys to the apartment of a dead person.
"No one knows he's dead", Taehyung added quickly, letting out a sigh. "And actually you're going to pretend you don't know as well."
"Did you kill him?"
Jungkook got no answer to that.
They kept walking in silence for a while now, the only noise audible the squeaky sound their shoes made on the fresh snow. It was still snowing, Taejeon having fun catching snowflakes and sticking his tongue out to feel the ice on it.
The boy didn't get the seriousness of this situation, he didn't know how guns work and he had no idea that Taehyung wasn't about to let them go back to their usual life ever again.
The kid didn't know he wouldn't see his grandparents ever again.
Neither did he could imagine what they were about to go through.
If only he would have known that someone he loved dearly would end up dead soon.
