The gentle tap-tap of the keypad filled the room as Kavei continued to focus intently on his laptop screen, his fingers moving with purpose as he navigated through the digital labyrinth of information.
"This is the first time I ever visited your house, Kavei-kun," Ryu remarked, breaking the silence with a touch of curiosity in his voice.
Kavei's response was absent-minded, his attention still captured by the task at hand. "Go have a tour then," he replied, his eyes remaining fixed on the screen, not even sparing a glance towards Ryu.
Ryu's surprise was evident as he turned to face Kavei, a glimmer of excitement dancing in his eyes. "Oh? For reals?" he asked, seeking confirmation.
"Yes. For reals," Kavei affirmed, his voice distant as he remained engrossed in his work.
Undeterred by Kavei's lack of engagement, Ryu turned to Himeko, Sebiki, and Kai, a bright smile lighting up his face. "Let's go have a tour. Permission granted," he declared, his enthusiasm infectious.
Sebiki nodded eagerly, her excitement bubbling over as she eagerly followed Ryu's lead. The prospect of exploring Kavei's apartment unit was too enticing to resist.
"Yeah. You guys go ahead," Kai said abruptly, his voice tinged with a hint of hesitation as he waved them off with a forced smile.
Ryu glanced at Kai, puzzled by his sudden change in demeanor. "Aren't you coming?" he inquired, a note of confusion creeping into his voice.
Kai's response was hesitant, his smile strained as he struggled to find the right words. "Oh... haha... s-sure," he stammered, his unease palpable.
As his friends departed for their impromptu tour, Kai's thoughts turned inward, a sense of guilt gnawing at him. "I don't think I should tell them I have been here since yesterday, looking after Kavei and Daichi," he mused silently, his eyes flickering towards his friends' retreating figures.
Meanwhile, the four of them embarked on their tour of Kavei's apartment unit, marveling at its beauty and intricacies as they wandered through its halls like curious explorers in a museum of secrets.

Excitement rippled through the room as Kavei's voice cut through the air, his proclamation drawing the attention of everyone present.
"Bingo," he declared triumphantly, his eyes alight with a newfound sense of accomplishment.
"Found it. Misa," Kavei continued, his fingers flying across the keyboard as he unearthed the vital information they had been seeking.
"Address: Naha. Some apartment complex. Uh... cherry blossoms. The phone number is also mentioned," he rattled off, his voice tinged with disappointment at the lack of substantial leads.
"Naha?" Kai questioned, his brow furrowing in thought as he glanced at the screen, processing the newfound information.
"Yeah. Quite a scratch," Kavei conceded, his disappointment evident as he leaned back in his chair, his gaze fixed on the screen before him.
As the group contemplated their next move, Himeko interjected, her voice cutting through the silence with determination.
"Listen, guys. If we take the train, then it will take at least thirty-two hours, with a ferry, that is. The only easiest way is to take Narita airport or Haneda airport," she explained, her tone practical as she assessed their options.
"Yeah, train alone, along lines of Osaka will take forty to forty-one hours, and if it is a direct train, it will still take thirty-five hours or so," Kai added, his voice echoing Himeko's sentiments.
"You're telling me that we need to board a plane?" Ryu exclaimed, his eyes widening in disbelief at the thought of such a drastic measure.
"Yeah. There is no other simpler way," Kai confirmed, his expression serious as he weighed their options.
"But how do we do that?" Ryu pressed, his voice tinged with uncertainty as he turned to Kavei for answers.
Kavei bit his lip, his mind racing as he considered their predicament. However, before he could respond, Kai interjected with a smirk, his confidence unwavering as he turned to Himeko.
"Don't worry. That can be arranged," he declared, his tone brimming with assurance.
"Let's take Haneda then. It will only take four hours. I will arrange it all," Himeko offered, her voice calm and resolute as she took charge of the situation.
"Kavei is free of permission, so no issues, yeah?" she continued, turning to address the group.
Then, with a reassuring smile, she turned to the others, her tone warm and inviting. "And as for the rest of you, my father will talk to your parents. He is good with mincing and playing with words... it's a compliment, though, okay? We can stay at my relative's there if stay comes as an issue," she explained, her words laced with kindness and understanding.
"Ah, thank you so much, Himeko," Kai chimed in, his gratitude evident as he offered her a grateful smile.
With their plans falling into place, the group began to feel a sense of excitement building within them.
