Episode 34: A Wish Come True

*Starting Scene*

Nearing Earth 03 as planned, despite the difficulty that the Lacertas have constantly given, Virago's visibly slowing down from its power's depletion.

Lita randomly blurts out amidst watching both her and Zhi's screens, "We're cutting it really close! We've almost got to the 15 minute mark!"

Doyenne sharply nods while observing Earth 03 as it isn't that far away. "I imagine we need about 2 more minutes to reach its orbit, correct?!"

Zhi looks at Doyenne with sadness radiating. "I'm afraid so, Doyenne!"

In the meantime, Harper has his gaze towards Kairi thanks to recently listening to Orian's dialogue with Virgil as he thinks, "You chose not to jump into the conversation because you're aware that it was an important moment between father and son. You must be extremely hurt, sis."

Kairi, neglecting to mount her attention to her brother, stares at the floor and possesses both hands united towards the front of her waistline as she tightly clenches them.

Harper swiftly deviates his concentration to the large monitor before strictly ordering, "Shut off the Bridge's supply! We can go it blind now! Simply keep to a single course!"

The majority of the Victress personnel view Harper while seriousness is portrayed until recalling that they already agreed to his terms, no matter the danger involved, and return their focus to their respective post. Immediately after, darkness plagues the room with not even the display active as the crew feel Virago haphazardly shaking from the Lacertas' onslaught continuing.

Doyenne shuts her eyes as she plants her left hand onto the gem, causing it to shine.

Everyone else registers that and show intrigue as Eve hesitantly comments with worry included, "Doyenne... Are you trying to secure that we make it with the gem's ability? You've never applied it to Virago or anything of the same size though."

Doyenne bluntly responds. "No sense in not taking the risk since we're in a life-threatening circumstance anyway. Now, please be quiet. You're distracting me."

Eve recedes a tad from Doyenne, an apologetic demeanor established.

Harper observes Doyenne's effort while stating in an encouraging manner, "Good luck. You can do it."

As that transpires, the Lacertas' vessels use all of their current resources to not permit Virago's success while compelled to decrease their velocity, having been instructed by their commanding officers against entering Earth 03. The reason for this is due to the humanoid lizards waiting on an order from the leader of their species to conquer the planet and its residents, deeming that more of their armada are required so they could guarantee victory.

Virago's rear receives some damage from the Lacertas' cannon fire managing to make contact, forcing its speed to drop further. As a result, the brown machine's mechanics desperately scramble to neutralize the issue so Virago wouldn't stop its progression while Fey and Gabriela assist them, tinkering with cables to ensure they're functioning.

Back in the Bridge, Doyenne demonstrates a pained conduct during her effort to maintain Virago's trajectory, considering the Lacertas' assault could cause it to veer off.

Eve notes Doyenne's discomfort and is about to express her concern, however, remembers that she was informed not to break the brunette's focus as she retains her minor distance from Doyenne.

Mamori watches Doyenne from her station, worry also exhibited, while thinking, "Hang on a little more, Doyenne. Only a minute remains. We should be very close to getting pulled into Earth 03's gravity." The female shuts her eyes with her head lowered to internally pray.

Concurrently, Harper has his sight glued to the blank monitor ahead as he thinks with determination, "It's going to be alright. They've been waiting for us this whole time and are aware of exactly how they must react. I won't doubt that they'd recognize it, even though we're in a different ship from the one we left in."

With that thought completed, Virago suddenly experiences a huge sum of turbulence, frightening most of the passengers.

Marie analyzes the surroundings and quickly exclaims, "Dios mio, I think we just got hit!"

Ruchika instills her gaze towards Marie via shifting her head eastward while confronting the assortment of radars, holding onto them to not lose her balance, as she suggests in a somewhat optimistic manner, "Maybe we've arrived! That's the other option and it's much better in comparison!"

Tessa glares at both of her companions poised near her, stress overrunning the chick's being, as she whispers, "Zip it! Doyenne's working!"

Doyenne promptly collapses to the floor with a loud thud, garnering everybody's attention again prior to them yelling out her name in horror.

Eve strives to check on Doyenne, but another harsh vibration interferes and sends her to the terrain too as her right side slammed upon it.

Harper avoids suffering the same fate through his left arm clinging to Lita's post while the adult's moderately crouching and looks towards Doyenne out of the corner of his eyes with concern.

Following that, Eve grimaces amidst collecting her bearings as she intently stares at Doyenne and groans a tad. Then, the jacketed dame resumes her travel to Doyenne, despite her downed position, while regaining her fearful behavior for the Victress leader's health. Once she reaches Doyenne, Eve pulls her friend close to her with the silver-haired woman situated onto her knees, turns the beauty on her back and attempts to wake Doyenne up.

Virago keeps on shaking wildly for a considerable period, although doesn't appear to have ceased its mobility. This lets the crew know that the craft is within Earth 03's confines as they try to verify if there's anything they can accomplish to elude a crash landing that won't kill them. Unfortunately, none of the members' system is responding their effort while despair plagues them as they brace for whatever comes.

Abruptly, the turbulence halts after a final jolt from Virago, implicating that it struck something, and invokes confusion out of its personnel.

Eve depicts each of her comrades in search of an answer, but isn't even required to ask because of them instantly shrugging at her to display they're also lost.

Harper soon straightens himself while leisurely remarking with his vision onward, "They did it. I have to praise them later."

Eve navigates her concentration to Harper, curiosity emitted, as she questions in her normal volume, "Who and what are you talking about?"

Harper mounts his focus to Eve. "My team. I taught them to always rescue a spaceship entering Earth 03 that seems to be in danger. One is never sure if they're good or bad unless it's obvious, so it's best to do the right thing first and cautiously investigate second. That way regret won't be a factor."

Lita hurriedly joins the conversation. "Okay, but how did they save us?"

Oxford and Kairi chime in with confidence, both presently standing up, "The Bubble."

The Victress members tilt their head in unison while inquiring with intrigue portrayed, "What?"

*Scene Change*

Andrews gawks at the entrance of the control room as he shouts in delight, "Cap!"

Harper smirks, accompanied by Kairi and Oxford, before casually journeying towards Andrews.

Andrews swiftly rises to his feet while the rest of the crew witness their interaction with their own glee established. "When we saw you exit that brown ship, we were so glad to discover that you all are well!"

Harper chuckles. "We have you guys to thank for that, placing a force field that managed to prevent our collision and with no drawbacks dealt to the craft."

Oxford adds with a hint of joy, located towards Harper's right sector as she's a couple of meters behind, "It was as if we landed on an enormous marshmallow. Except the recoil didn't blow us away."

The dark-skinned damsel seated close to Andrews cheerfully declares, "It's the bread and butter of Earth 03 after all! The Bubble can be deployed in a moment's notice with a range that's extremely flexible, signifying that it doesn't matter how far a vehicle gets! It will be capable of blocking. We merely had to be fast at setting it up since it's not often active to permit guests into our planet!"

Harper keys onto the petite character. "Love the exposition. Great method to inform me that you understand what's needed from you."

The uniformed woman shuts her eyes and issues Harper a smile.

Right after that, Harper locks eyes with Andrews amidst swapping his personality to emanate seriousness. "Any word from the Board of Directors during our time away?"

Andrews imitates Harper's attitude. "They were having one of their meetings until the systems got infected. It actually returned a little while ago. If it hadn't, you would've been done for."

Harper nods. "Indeed." The male diverts his sight to Oxford with no difference to his conduct. "Oxford's persistence in verifying our contact with your end is what allotted us to survive a few troublesome situations. I'm deeply grateful that you tagged along."

Oxford warmly grins. "You're welcome. This old lady isn't out of gas yet." She giggles.

Andrews eventually alters the subject somewhat after briefly viewing Oxford with a smirk while attentive of Harper again, worry surfacing a tad. "What happened with Virgil and Anemone? We noticed that it's solely the three of you."

Harper demonstrates a somber demeanor as he glances at Kairi, who's poised towards his left.

Kairi contains her vision aimed westward, clearly depressed.

Harper promptly applies his gaze back to Andrews. "They're fending off the Lacertas at Andromeda's border. Orian is with them."

Andrews' significantly surprised prior to hastily asking with his concern escalating, "Shouldn't we do something to aid them?!"

Harper firmly rebuttals. "Certainly, however, there's an important purpose to why we came here ahead of them. I must speak to the Board."

Andrews partially stretches his left arm towards Harper. "Wait. I need to let you know about a couple of details that I caught listening to their conversations. They-"

Harper interrupts Andrews. "Tell me as we go. The faster I take care of the matter at hand, the sooner we can send help Orian, Virgil and Anemone. We wouldn't be able to achieve much unless we get authorization." The Captain steers his concentration to Kairi once more. "I understand you want to monitor how they're doing. So, stay here." Harper administers his focus to the bulky Asian normally stationed at the room's left area. "Assist with that, alright?"

The fellow sharply nods before setting his vision to his screen.

Kairi exhibits a hint of stress. "Are you sure you don't need me?"

Harper earnestly answers. "I believe it'll be fine. In case stuff looks dire, I'll have Lieutenant Andrews communicate with you. That's why I automatically implicated that he'll be going with me."

Andrews chuckles while slightly shaking his head, his lifted appendage currently hanging next to him. "Of course."

Then, Harper includes to his previous comment with encouragement presented, "Plus, you can manage the reigns if an issue comes forth. You chose not to bear at least the title of a Lieutenant, even though you oughta have a much higher standing with your excellent qualifications anyway, to be under the Board's radar. It permits you the liberty to advocate for me and Orian to our comrades when you're the best out of the 3 of us."

Kairi gives her brother a sheepish smile. "Perhaps, but your and his drive totally outmatch mine. Because of that, I selected a supporting role. Everybody has their own advantages."

Harper brims sincerity. "Hence my decision."

Kairi gingerly laughs until tenacity envelopes her. "Okay! Now, do your thing!"

*Scene Change*

Harper and Andrews travel through the hall that leads to the Board of Director's meeting room as the latter revealed what he learned about their animosity towards him. The Caucasian instantly informs his colleague that he was already suspecting that, especially following his discussion with Orian, as he assures Andrews that there is nothing to fret over. With that, the duo quickly arrive at their destination while Harper hacks into the security lock like he did in the past prior to both of them make their entrance.

The majority of the Board members glare at Harper with the dark-skinned man exclaiming in a hostile manner, "Don't be making a habit out of coming in here without permission!"

Harper instills his attention to the individual as he shows a nonchalant behavior. "Considering that the systems were offline not long ago, I doubt I disturbed a highly classified conversation this time. I wager you all were probably confirming the Global Defense Academy's condition."

The enraged guy's on the verge of retorting, although is detained by witnessing the German General mildly hoist his right arm towards him with his eyes closed. Doing that, the leader descends the limb upon the table as he calmly utters, "I honestly expected you to confront us earlier than this, Captain Harper. You are not the sort to surrender easily when your family's involved. Were you busy?"

Harper narrows his eyes while restraining his emotions and thinks, "Either he's aware that I wasn't around or he's trying to trick me into admitting it. He really isn't an idiot, however..." The gentleman delivers a verbal response to the General's question. "Yes, sir. If I wasn't, I'd randomly pester you until you'd want me dead." Harper glimpses at every Board personnel. "Though you folks already desire that. Orian too, am I right?"

The group of officials grow silent with a half of them emitting nervousness before the German General opens his eyes, veering his seat counterclockwise to depict Harper at a sideways angle, and solemnly remarks, "Tread carefully. You are insulting us with accusations that hold no evidence behind them. Slander is punishable, you know."

Andrews abruptly declares, position at a small distance from Harper's rear, as anger begins to radiate, "I heard you say that you wish for their death!"

The General coldly stares at Andrews, compliments of Harper moving aside a bit to allow their visibility of each other. "Even if that were true, the most you could do is testify in a court that tends to be in favor of those in power. It is your word versus ours, mine specifically. Success for you is impossible."

The rest of the Board of Directors arrogantly grin due to perceiving that they are untouchable.

Harper haphazardly displays confidence amidst altering his stance eastward from his perspective as he commences walking towards the wall beside the automated doorway upon finishing his rotation. After getting to that spot, the adult momentarily places his left hand on the object. "That is if we didn't have proof. Unbeknownst to you, we actually do."

The Board of Directors watch Harper with criticism portrayed, although are quite worried thanks to understanding that the Captain isn't the type to bluff.

Eventually, Harper faces the group of officials via commandeering himself to the right prior to exhibiting the small device in the appendage's possession, elevating it to the height of his western shoulder. "All of your recent chats have been transmitted to my microphone. It also stores it. Must I say more?"

Tension fills the air while some of the Board members hurriedly strive to come up with an idea to counter Harper. Without much delay, the German General lackadaisically talks as he detaches himself from his seat so he can confront Harper. "You are not the first to attempt to overthrow us. What makes you believe you shall fair any better? I am able to render that evidence of yours inadmissible since you did something as treasonous as spying on our discussions for your own gain."

Harper's attitude refuses to falter. "It isn't for me alone. You fear me and Orian because of the connection we have with the rest of our forces. Just them knowing what you're scheming will suffice with your defeat. None of you can afford to lose their trust."

The dark-skinned character's about to verbally convey his wrath towards Harper, but his leader prevents him by temporary bringing his right hand skyward during the General's continual observation of the subordinate ahead of him. Soon enough, the male drops his eastern limb while callously stating, "You would be putting everyone in a vulnerable condition. I doubt such a foolish act from you, considering you are showing how you are incapable of being heartless. This is why the Board of Directors are required."

Harper plainly inquires, "A necessary evil, right?" The redhead vaguely laughs with his eyes shut. "I think it's time we move pass that." Harper reopens his eyes to view the German, determination resonating. "In the case of there existing negative results from the revelation, you only have yourselves to blame. Merely comprehend that it won't be the end of our people. They may grow to despise the 8 of you, however, they wouldn't leave their home planet defenseless. I'll rally them if need be."

The brown-haired guy maintains his conduct. "So be it, Captain Harper. You have compelled us to increase our efforts in ridding you. From today on, sleep with an eye open."

Harper smirks. "Thank you for the warning, although I already sleep with both eyes opened anyway." He chuckles until deviating his person from the Board of Directors to go towards the exit. "Taking into account that myself and Orian aren't dead yet, I'm going to wish you all of the luck in the world. Let this mental battle between us decide who'll lead Earth 03 in the future."

Andrews arrogantly declares, journeying backwards to retain his vision towards the Board of Directors, "Spoiler. You're doomed." The fellow salutes at his superiors via his right hand, steers himself accordingly and follows Harper out of the room.

The Board of Directors share a glance with one another, doing their best not to emit the uncertainty that's dwelling inside them, before the German General grips his seat via his right hand to navigate it towards the doorway and sits down. In conclusion, the blue-eyed leader sighs while peering at the ceiling through leaning his rear against his chair. Afterwards, the General collects his composure, refraining from facing his colleagues, as he sternly comments, "Truthfully, a civil war is the last thing I desire."

The elder named Jefferson urgently suggests, leaning forth a little, "It does not need to resort to that, sir! We could use Harper's and Vigil's family as bargaining chips! They would never sacrifice them! On the off chance that fails, we wield the Galactic Government! Let us repeat what transpired with Earth 02, but at a smaller scale! That will allot us to dodge massive losses, tightening our clutches upon everybody!"

The German General draws his right arm up again to wave it. "We cannot." The uniformed gentleman lowers his appendage to his seat's armrest. "I am afraid that the Galactic Government are done for. The instance that the power returned, I made an effort of contacting them and I could not reach a single soul. I reason this entire issue's occurrence was so they would be attacked. Harper may have something to do with it as well."

The French man called Durand hastily asks, "How should we contend with him and the Lt. Colonel?!"

The leader demonstrates dissatisfaction. "It is possible that we are too late. We either gather sufficient pawns to defend our positions or the whole planet shall defect and lock us away until our final days. Simply killing us would be deemed as a courtesy. Harper wants the justice system to punish us. It cannot transgress over night, however, our end is looking prominent."

*Scene Change*

Alpha rapidly soars into a batch of Lacertas' ships, firing the aura accumulated at the emblem situated on its forehead right as it's about to collide with a vessel. This is so the Mech's speed doesn't become reduced from the interaction while the teal beam easily eradicates the foe. In addition, Alpha randomly veers its attack to the other enemies poised nearby and ultimately destroys them.

A strained expression ails Virgil during his piloting of Alpha, it being tough for him to keep his eyes from closing, while thinking, "I wonder if Doyenne... I mean, Hinagi. Is she dealing with this whenever she uses her gem? I gotta' check." The young man swiftly switches Alpha's mobility, compliments of targeting the Lacertas towards the western region, and performs a bit of multitasking through annihilating the giant machines that remain at where the Mech was formerly headed.

Simultaneously, Anemone has refused to speak any more due to Virgil's harsh words from earlier and thinks with her gaze idling, "Damn it, V. You oughta' know I'd never leave you. Even if you go off and marry somebody else." The dame focuses onto Virgil via slanting herself to the right while persisting her thoughts. "You're definitely mad." Anemone presents tenacity as she repairs her posture's angling, mentally uttering, "I'll chalk it up to that! So, I'm gonna' get over it and display that I always plan to support you!"

Suddenly, the aqua essence that's brimming from Virgil starts to expel out of Anemone, which immediately obtains the lad's concentration by pointing his sight eastward as concern establishes itself.

Anemone depicts Virgil's fear for her, not even taking a moment to worry over her getting affected, while valiantly smiling as she weakly says, "I'm with you..."

Virgil's relieved by that statement prior to snapping his vision to the Lacertas' fleet and quickly slams into each of their forces, despite them continuously launching their assault.

Not much after, the Lacertas' armada are down to their last handful of crafts until Alpha stations itself below them at an adjacent stance as it implements one more laser from the star-shaped emblem. With that happening, multiple eruptions eliminate the opposing vessels and soon dissipate to exhibit Jet 4 unprecedentedly back to its normal form. Meanwhile, the crimson machine flies towards the area that Suta was seen previously, although he appears to have vanished.

Anemone scans the perimeter with confusion portrayed while no longer glowing like Virgil and is significantly exhausted. "I can't find him..." The femme promptly notices an aqua light from her right as this causes her to be content and investigates while yelling, "There he-" Anemone cuts herself off upon discerning that the source of the radiance isn't Suta, but Orian's gold jet.

Orian, his space craft intact amidst it floating aimlessly, steadily opens his eyes since he had lost consciousness and emanates a look of disbelief at the fact that he's still alive before scoffing with a grin surfacing.

Excitement encompasses Anemone, however, replaces it with alarm thanks to her registering that the glimmering from the front of the cockpit as Jet 4 gradually stopped its progression. Because of that, the Asian rushes to administer her attention towards Virgil and learns that he's gone, only his helmet left behind, while panic consumes her as she releases a gasp.

*Scene Change*

Virgil blinks a few times from bewilderment, discovering that he's been transferred to Beta, while sitting within the lone chair that's atop the patch of land. Following that, the teen recalls how he arrived to the unfamiliar territory via submerging into his jet's seat. Virgil then departs from the wooden object as he searches the vicinity, turning his body appropriately.

Suta's voice haphazardly echoes, sounding fairly amused. "Over here, V!"

Virgil hurriedly confronts the section that was initially ahead of him and witnesses Suta standing on the water. This compels the spiky-haired guy to advance towards the star, however, ceases his movement upon reaching the liquid as he's unsure of how deep it is.

Suta chuckles, notably possessing Alpha on his right shoulder in its ferret form. "My bad. I'm going for a dramatic effect." The teal-eyed individual gestures his right arm a tad, causing the grassy terrain to extend towards him.

Virgil does a brief double-take until walking towards Suta's anterior as he glimpses at his new location. "What is this place? It's so bright and colorful."

Suta peers at the blue stars above. "Beta's the name I gave it. I normally don't tell folks this detail, but I did make a promise. Hence me orchestrating Alpha to bring you here through such an abrupt method." He resets his gaze towards Virgil, smirking. "Welcome to my real self. The Legendary Star that many have been chasing after."

Virgil's astonished while completing his travel towards Suta, viewing the entity again. "Wait, what?!"

Suta faintly laughs and nods. "You heard correctly." The shaggy-haired character stretches both arms while sustaining them at their corresponding sides. "This is me." Suta puts his limbs down.

Virgil rummages through his mind, partially diverting his constitution westward, as he raises his left appendage close to his face with its index finger pointed skyward. A couple of seconds later, the redhead reverts his concentration to Suta and attempts to communicate, although his speech fails him as he delivers nonsensical dialogue.

Suta smiles, teasingly remarking, "First time I've had the pleasure to see you in this manner, V. Confident and anxious are all I ever got from you, with very minor exceptions. It's reasonable that your composure wouldn't be able to handle it. Someone could guess that Beta is a part of me, but they'd never fathom I'm the piece instead."

Virgil slowly nods, his lifted hand now lowered, before managing to properly talk while intrigue is shown. "Of course... Though, couldn't you've chosen to name it Alpha? That way, you'd be giving a hint to the truth."

Suta issues a scrutinizing demeanor, Alpha moderately imitating his personality. "Defeating the purpose of me keeping it a secret."

Virgil grows quite embarrassed. "Totally, however, you could turn it into another step for those compatible with you to achieve."

Suta tilts his head to the left, restraining himself from laughing once more. "You wanna' make it way tougher for them?" The Caucasian restores his head's positioning. "I went with a misnomer and residing in a desolate planet as a back-up. Who knows what kinda' pain I gotta' overcome if anybody annoying figures that stuff out."

Virgil sincerely comments, "You're a star. I can't imagine you having a lot of difficulty with that."

Suta lets out a gleeful chuckles and temporarily shuts his eyes. "Yeah, but I rather not." He applies his focus to the surroundings. "I've fulfilled everything I said I'd do." Suta looks at Virgil out of the corner of his eyes, wielding his head shifted to the right. "Wouldn't you agree?"

A dumbfounded attitude exhibits itself upon Virgil. "Well..." The male pauses to reflect on the recent events he's experienced and how he currently feels prior to grinning at Suta. "Pretty much. The freedom I wanted is finally mine. There's no anxiety and nothing is forcing me anymore. I'm naturally doing what I yearn for." Virgil glances away from Suta. "I guess it's over."

Suta emits a mischievous behavior, crossing his arms. "Almost."

Virgil's instantly engulfed by curiosity with his eyes glued to Suta. "What's left?"

Suta wholeheartedly answers. "The sole thing I've yet to express! My affection!"

Confusion mixes into Virgil's conduct as he cocks his left eyebrow. "Really? I didn't know a star could fall in love."

Suta swiftly modifies his tone to sarcastically declare, "Oh, my apologies! I had no clue you were supposed to be aware of that already! It's not like I refrained from mentioning a minute ago that it was something I haven't told you!"

Virgil hangs his head a little while shaking it until making eye contact with Suta. "Sorry. That was dumb of me. Reminds me of Anemone."

Suta bluntly replies. "Unsurprising. I'm compatible with both of you. There must be a tad similarity held between you two for me to be smitten."

Virgil's jaw quickly drops, baffled, and bends towards Suta somewhat. "Huh?! You like me?! Then, that signifies you swing both ways!"

Suta mildly glares at Virgil, skepticism brimming. "You oughta' understand that isn't the case, V." The star directs his right hand in front of his abdomen, aiming his index finger southward.

Virgil glimpses at the water beneath Suta before realization sets in. "Ah..." The young man brings his sight towards Suta again, gesturing his eastern appendage forward as he straightens his posture. "Not a guy or a girl. Your present form is out of consideration." Virgil taps his right temple. "Just slipped my mind, which is easy to occur since it isn't every day a star admits they're crushing on you. I'm trying to process it."

Suta shakes his head. "It's greater than that, so it oughta' be tough for you to wrap your head around. You effortlessly put my desires at the same level as yours. That granted me a wish I've possessed for an extremely long period. I was scared that I'd come to the end of my lifespan without it. Thank you, V."

Virgil demonstrates worry. "Are you saying that you're gonna' die soon?!"

Suta urgently waves his left hand at Virgil. "No, chill!" The teal-eyed entity separates his arms from each other to contain towards their respective regions amidst calmly adding, "It'll be a while. Permits me the opportunity to help whoever else may require my services. They simply gotta' meet the necessary requirements."

Following Suta's instructions to relax, Virgil suddenly registers a previous detail as his intrigue returns. "If memory serves, you brought up that Anemone's also compatible with you. That's news to me, although I think it's more important that we address why she's not even here. Isn't this you preparing to bid us farewell?"

Suta invokes an earnest personality. "It is, however, I wouldn't be able to part ways with you if I saw Anemone. She might plead for me to stay and I'm certain I'd cave into her demands. I'm fawn enough of her to do that."

Virgil sharply nods. "I get what you mean. I'd be lying if I'd stated it's a cakewalk to deny her." The blue-eyed gentleman offers his right hand to Suta. "I'm not good at-"

Suta embeds his left hand onto Virgil's limb, forcing it to descend. "Not needed. What you gotta' do is allot me another pleasure. The thing I did to Anemone. Difference will be the intention it's done with." The aqua-haired fellow gradually draws himself towards Virgil, maintaining his western appendage atop the pilot's, as Alpha leaps off his shoulder and scurries to the side.

Virgil becomes frantic, hastily comprehending what Suta's referring, while stuttering, "U-Uh... S-Suta... I-I..."

Suta unexpectedly plants his right hand on Virgil's eyes to completely blot them and leans forth so his lips are an inch from the human's as he speaks in a feminine voice, "Does this help?"

Virgil promptly senses the texture of Suta's hands alter, being softer, until the limb covering his eyes is removed. This results in the redhead discerning the presence of a young woman, resembling both Anemone and Doyenne with Suta's attire. After that, Virgil receives a kiss from the damsel amidst briefly staring at her teal-colored eyes prior to depicting her shaggy, aqua hair while thinking, "Suta..."

The chick eventually detaches herself from Virgil as she displays a delighted smile. "Seems that I made the right choice, taking on a combination of the two girls you're attracted to. Still, I wanted to retain some of me." She emanates curiosity with her head slanted westward a bit. "How do I look?"

Virgil turns a vague shade of red, a shocked composition portrayed, while remarking, "Too good to be true, honestly. My problem is that I know it's you, Suta. It may put my sexuality into question. I liked it a ton."

Suta's male version randomly pops up next to Virgil's right and cheerfully chimes as he's slightly contorted onward. "This oughta' aid in diminishing that silly concern of yours."

Virgil's immediately frightened as he steers his vision towards Suta and then views the beauty ahead of him while rendered speechless.

Afterwards, fixing his angling to be upright, Suta locates himself beside the femme's left while continually facing Virgil. "Allow me to introduce to you Gamma. Obviously, she's me, but at the same time, not. My divisions can behave independently." He rests his attention towards Alpha amidst the fuzzy animal ascending to his right shoulder again, both radiating a content demeanor upon Alpha's arrival. "As you've witnessed during several occasions."

Virgil shows suspicion. "Definitely, although-"

Suta and Gamma firmly interrupt Virgil in unison, delivering a disgruntled expression towards him. "Quit overthinking it."

Virgil elevates both hands in front of himself as he closes his eyes and nervously grins. "Fine."

The two variants of the star are pleased before uttering with a hint of sadness noted, "Now our adventure together has concluded. Well done, V."

Virgil reopens his eyes, however, discovers that he's back inside Jet 4's cockpit while flying through space as his hands lie atop his lap, his helmet currently situated at his feet. A split second later, the individual keys onto a fleet of Lacerta ships dispersing from the perimeter that his machine's traversing as he's substantially awestruck and inquires, "Didn't we beat all of them?"

Anemone hurriedly peers over the left sector of Virgil's seat to gawk at him until blurting out with worry established, "V! Where were you?!"

Virgil veers his sight to Anemone, and right when he's about to rebuttal, is distracted by hearing his father's voice from his microphone.

Orian casually comments, "The Lacertas you're seeing are another batch of them, possibly waiting for their orders to assault our home planet. They're retreating though. Earth 03's defenses have returned. They dropped the ball on a perfect opportunity. It's terrible to be so reliant on their leaders to act at such a crucial moment, but that's the way it is sometimes. There exist mindless herds everywhere. Fortunately, I raised a son who tends to fit his own mold." The Lt. Colonel chuckles.

Virgil sheds tears of joy from finding out that Orian didn't die as he's also proud to have received his father's praise.

Anemone registers Virgil's conduct, growing silent to avoid ruining the atmosphere. Despite that, the Asian can't help remaining concern, although due to a separate reason as she thinks with her concentration pointed westward, "What happened to Suta? He's still gone."

*Scene Change*

Getting to Earth 03, Virgil rushes to the runway where Virago safely landed with Anemone accompanying him, ultimately entering the craft while recently notified by Lacey and the mechanics working outside that Doyenne has been taken to Virago's infirmary. Not long after, the duo reach the clinic, multiple of the Victress members gathered around, and are permitted quick access while the group of women exhibit their happiness in depicting that they came back.

Eve, Gabriela, Fey and Mamori instantly mount their gaze towards the pair as well, the quartet surrounding Doyenne's bed that's at the left corner of the sizable room.

Virgil steadily walks towards the four dames as Anemone stays behind to let her best friend have some space.

Eve's group soon does the same via receding a decent quantity while Doyenne looks at Virgil, striving to sit upright on the bed as she demonstrates a frail condition.

Virgil stands to Doyenne's left and gingerly talks, "Hey... You must've pushed yourself really hard."

Doyenne nods. "It's what I'm willing to do. I just need to sleep it off, apparently." The young lady directs her focus towards the gem attached to her prior to making eye contact with Virgil. "I'm glad that you two are clearly alright." Doyenne glances at Anemone. "How about your dad?"

Virgil smirks. "Though he tried sacrificing himself, he made it out okay. Him and mom are probably having a lovey-dovey moment right about now. Sadly, Suta's a different story."

Everybody else is enveloped by horror, assuming the worse, as Anemone can't resist from narrowing the gap between herself and Virgil a little.

Virgil swiftly assures his allies once he specifically saw Doyenne's reaction. "I responded similarly, but it's nothing awful. He merely finished granting my wish. That's all."

The Victress personnel persist their observation of Virgil with none of them speaking a word before Doyenne mentions while depression is brimming, "I didn't ask about him 'cause I've learned that he'd always be fine. It's unfortunate that we won't get the chance to say goodbye."

Virgil temporarily laughs. "Technically, I didn't either. He congratulated me and poof. I was back in my jet."

Doyenne and the others giggle until the pale female's dread somewhat resurfaces. "Unlike us. We'll be leaving after we stock-up our supplies and repairs are accomplish. That's how our time together will come to a close."

Eve injects herself into the conversation with pessimism, folding her arms, as she's eyeing Anemone and Virgil. "That's if we actually attain assistance from your people in terms of funds." The silver-haired chick glimpses towards Fey, who's at her right, and lightly blushes remembering the earlier discussion while deviating her vision forward.

Concurrently, Anemone confidently retorts towards Eve. "You will. Either from V's family or we'll give you the reward that's on A True Villain's head. We did kill him. With Captain Harper's testimony, we won't be rejected the payment. $2.5 billion oughta' suffice, right?"

The collection of women are baffled, their jaw hanging.

Virgil momentarily watches Anemone while smiling and then is attentive of Doyenne again. "Also, don't go neglecting our last chat. I wanna' discover more about you. If you're bailing from Earth 03 for whatever personal gripes you have, I'm tagging along."

Anemone and the Victress members snap their gaze towards Virgil, bewildered.

Doyenne's eyes widen as she softly states, "Virgil..."

Virgil includes sincerity to his attitude. "It's my wish. The freedom to pursue my desires. You're stuck with me, Hinagi."

Doyenne's companions are confused by Virgil calling her that, but hastily realize the reason while becoming stunned. In their leader's case, the beauty slowly grins out of glee as her grey eyes glisten.

Virgil sustains his behavior and gradually commences maneuvering his right hand to Doyenne's left appendage that's next to her person via bending his body accordingly, gently gripping it.
