From the far distance of the Delta Halo were unknown ships and Giant machines known as mobile suits.

Ra Cailum-class and 2x Clop-class and mobile suits of Londo Bell: RX-93ff ν Gundam piloted by Amuro Ray, RGZ-91 Re-GZ piloted by Chan Agi and 10x RGM-88X Jeddah, 11x RGM-89 Jegan of Londo Bell forces led by Captain Bright Noa.

And the other side is the enemy forces to Londo Bell, known as Neo Zeon, led by the notorious red comet known as Char Aznable, piloting his red Mobile Suit known as MSN-04FF Sazabi among side his Fleet and mobile suits: Musaka-class, 2x Rewloola-class, 29x AMS-119 Geara Doga and 1x MSN-03 Jagd Doga.

Both factions from the Universal Century were confused about where they are, seeing that they are far from Earth.

Inside of Bridge of Ra Cailum-class, Captain Bright Noa, among the side of the crew, discussing where they are.

Meran: (to Captain Bright Noa) Do we have any idea where the hell we are...?

Captain Bright Noa: (to Meran) To be honest, I have no idea on our location...

With Neo Zeon side also had the same shocked and surprised reactions on their face of soldiers, operators and Pilots of mobile suits.

Char Aznable watching the images of the Ring shape structure including the unknown vessels especially at singular one at certainly seems human like however the others were more like alien like.

Chars second in command, Nanai Miguel, a female officer, walked up to him.

Nanai Miguel: (to Char Aznable) Commander Char: What exactly is our next move on this situation of ours..?

Char Aznable: (to Nanai Miguel) To be honest, I'm quite astonished and also have no idea what is going on...

Nanai Miguel: (to Char Aznable) So what is your orders..?

Nanai Miguel: (nodding) Understood, Commander. What about the Londo Bell forces?

Char Aznable: (thinking) They're not our enemies, Nanai. We need to work together if we want to survive in this strange new world.

Nanai Miguel: (surprised) You're suggesting we form an alliance with the Londo Bell forces?

A feminate voice was heard over the speakers from the UNSC Amber Clad it however Neo Zeon for not the only ones that heard this the Cruisers of Londo Bell have also heard about this as well.

In Amber Clad's bridge, where Keyes studies a hologram of the Index.

Commander Keyes: But from what I understand, the Prophet will need an object, the Index, to activate the ring.

Commander Keyes changes the hologram to the Library.

Commander Keyes: I've located a Library similar to the one you found on the first Halo. If the rings work the same way, the Index should be inside.

Sergeant Johnson (Video COM): I'll bet the Covenant are thinkin' the exact same thing.

Commander Keyes: Then, we'd better beat them to it, Sergeant. Extract your men, and meet me at the Library.

Sergeant Johnson (COM): Yes, ma'am.

The view changes back to Master Chief and Cortana.

Commander Keyes (COM): I'll secure the Index, Chief.

Has about Mobile Suit factions heard about this this over the ship's Communications which led them to more questions and answers about the index and the profit.

Char Aznable: well now this is a rather interesting situation..

Char Aznable: (to Londo Bell soldier male #4) That's why we need to be careful. We don't want to provoke them into attacking us.

As they continued to observe the UNSC and the Covenant, the Londo Bell and Neo Zeon forces began to work together, sharing information and resources. They knew that they needed to form an alliance if they wanted to survive in this strange new world.

Captain Bright Noa: (to Londo Bell soldier male #6) This is a strange new world, indeed. But we need to work together if we want to survive.

Londo Bell soldier male #6: (to Captain Bright Noa) I understand, sir. But what about the Covenant? They're not exactly friendly.

Captain Bright Noa: (to Londo Bell soldier male #6) That's why we need to be cautious. We don't want to provoke them into attacking us.

As they continued to work together, the Londo Bell and Neo Zeon forces began to learn more about the Halo universe. They discovered that the ring-shaped structure was a weapon of mass destruction, and the "Index" was a key component in activating it.

Char Aznable: (to Neo Zeon operator male #1) do we have any idea where this index could be...?

Neo Zeon operator male #1: (to Char Aznable) you see sir there is some good news and bad news on the location on where this index is on this ring shape structure known as Delta Halo...

Char Aznable: (to Neo Zeon operator male #1) what is the good news....?

Neo Zeon operator male #1: (to Char Aznable) well you see Commander the index is located somewhere in Delta Halo located in a place known as the Sentinel wall a place called The Library ....

Nanai Miguel: (to Neo Zeon operator male #1) and the bad news of the situation...?

Neo Zeon operator male #1: (to Nanai Miguel) However, it's heavily guarded by unmanned machines known as Sentinels. However, there is also been an outbreak of my group of parasitical creatures known as the flood, some kind of alien virus that can actually bring back the the dead to life like some zombie alien virus...

Char Aznable: (to Neo Zeon operator male #1) The Flood, huh? That's a new one.

Nanai Miguel: (to Neo Zeon operator male #1) So, how do we deal with these Sentinels and the Flood?

Neo Zeon operator male #1: (to Nanai Miguel) Well, we have an idea. We can use our mobile suits to take out the Sentinels, and our troops can deal with the Flood.

Char Aznable: (to Nanai Miguel) That's a good plan. But we need to be careful. The Flood are dangerous, and we don't know how to stop them.

As they continued to plan their strategy, the Londo Bell and Neo Zeon forces began to prepare for battle. They knew that they needed to work together if they wanted to survive in this strange new world.

Captain Bright Noa: (to Londo Bell soldier male #6) We need to work together, soldier. The Covenant and the Flood are dangerous enemies.

Londo Bell soldier male #6: (to Captain Bright Noa) Yes, sir. I understand.

Location - Delta Halo's Library,  Sentinel Wall

Delta Halo's Library, with the Sentinel Wall in the foreground. The Phantom flies towards the Sentinel Wall and stops over a landing platform. A battle has been fought here recently, as evidenced by Aggressor Sentinel wreckage and Covenant bodies and blood on the ground. A Sentinel Enforcer closes in on Thel 'Vadamee at the Library's outer perimeter. 'Vadamee drops from the Phantom, which then flies off. 

Vadamee drops from the Phantom, which then flies off. Behind 'Vadamee, an Enforcer rises up and slowly advances. 'Vadamee whirls around and fires three shots (seven in the Anniversary) from his Carbine, to little effect. Suddenly, the Enforcer is hit by a sustained burst of plasma fire and loses its right-back leg. The Phantom flies by, and the Enforcer chases after it.

On the first room, there are some repairing an entrance. If the Arbiter destroys one, some will appear (if on Legendary difficulty, the Sentinels will appear automatically) and will only stop spawning if the Arbiter destroys the that create them.

After the Arbiter jumps into the passageways moving downward, and the first room, he meets a , who greets him.

After the Arbiter enters the next room, he finds a group of and fighting Sentinels. After he defeats the Sentinels and cuts off any more from entering, a Grunt might speak to him.

Grunt: Arbiter... our savior!" (pause) "Stupid , say thank you!

When the Arbiter moves into the next room:

Tartarus (COM): You're getting close to one of the shield generators. Many of my have fallen attempting to take it down. Let's see if you fare better.

When the Arbiter stands near the running toward him

Grunt: Big, scary thing! Run away! Please! Don't make me go back!

When the Arbiter reaches the Shield Generator

Tartarus (COM): You've reached the power source, Arbiter.

An descends from above

Tartarus (COM): It is useless to attack the Enforcer at the front, especially when its shields are up. Stay in the shadows, wait until it loses interest, then strike the beast when its back is turned.

After the Arbiter destroys the Enforcer

Tartarus (COM): You've reached the power source. Overload the locks holding it in place.

After the Arbiter overloads (or pushes them to save ammo) the first three locks

Tartarus (COM): One more, Arbiter.

After the Arbiter overloads the last one:

Tartarus (COM): Release the power source. Now, find a way to remove it from its cradle.

The Arbiter uses the holo-panel. The platform starts moving and the door in front of him opens.

The Arbiter looks up, and sees the bright-green shield surrounding the Library fading away, followed by Tartarus' Phantom flying lower towards the other side of the wall.

Tartarus (COM): Our path to the Library's clear. I'll pick you up on the ledge ahead.

The door of the approaching wall opens to another Enforcer firing on the Phantom.

Tartarus (COM): (growls) "Blasted machines! Make your own way through the wall, Arbiter!"

The Phantom leaves, followed by an attack by Sentinels, Sentinel Majors and a break-out of Flood Combat Forms.

Once the Arbiter gets through the wide-opened door in the wall, he reaches a piston at the other end.

As 'Vadamee proceeds through one of the hallways below, his COM link picks up a Marine's transmission.

Marine Sergeant (COM): Proceed to the objective, we'll hold out as long as we can! (screams painfully) Get it off me!

Marine (COM): Suppressive fire, suppressive fire!

After 'Vadamee reach the next bottom floor:

Marine Sergeant (COM): Negative, ma'am! They are not Covenant!

Marine (COM): Cover that doorway!

The Arbiter fights through hordes of Flood, Sentinels and Enforcers. He finally drops down to a long tunnel, and reaches the bottom of the wall.

As soon as the doorway opens, an airborne Sentinel manufacturing facility can be seen in the distance as it is shot down by Wraith mortars and crashes into the Quarantine Zone.

The Arbiter proceeds through the snow. Orbital Insertion Pods land across the canyon.

Elite: Forerunners be praised, the Arbiter!

With the Elites' assistance, the Arbiter defeats small waves of Flood.

Elite: This Quarantine Zone has been compromised, we must do what we can against the Flood. Our Commander has landed further in, let us join him.

The Arbiter crosses a bridge and through a tunnel, and meets the Spec Ops Commander, Rtas 'Vadumee.

Rtas 'Vadumee: Arbiter! What are you doing here?

Rtas 'Vadumee is interrupted by screeches of the Flood.

Elite: The Flood is upon us!

Rtas 'Vadumee: We must hold this camp until reinforcements arrive.

After the fight has gone on for a while, a Phantom descends from above, firing on any remaining Flood in the zone.
