Background:

Cliaria Vystein is the pilot of MBV-747-a8 Temjin a8 White Knight and a member of the Ghost Task Force. His parents died during the Bloody Valentine war, and he was picked by a Ghost Task Force member named Simon Crueger. Simon raises him as his son and trains him to be a soldier, Cliaria survives the training and gains his humanity self, becoming the new member of Ghost Task Force and pilot of Temjin White Knight.

He and his squad fight the Earth Alliance and ZAFT to bring freedom for the Coordinator and Natural. He meets Mu La Flaga and becomes best friends during their fight, he also fights Rau Le Creuset and sees Rau similar to Mu, which causes Rau to laugh and attack Cliaria but he leaves Rau, he also hates Blue Cosmos for being corrupt to people.

He heard Temjin's pilot name Sosuke join MARZ Task Force, he decided to test Sosuke in a battle, after Cliaria defeated Sosuke, he trained Sosuke to learn the Moveset of Temjin's skills. He found Sosuke as his student and help Sosuke overcome his anger.
