Applejewl POV:
Did I really just kiss my best friend? I had so many thoughts swimming around in my head, did Skyla like me. I knew I liked her.

"AJ." It was Skyla and she sounded scared.
"Yea?"
"I-I had a nightmare, can I come sit with y-you?"
"Sure." I said.

She climbed up onto my bed and snuggled up to me. I could feel my cheeks beginning to heat up.
"It was so terrifying." She trembled as, clung onto me like I was her only chance of survival.

"Hey, it's ok." I whispered trying to comfort her.
"A-Applejewl?"
"Yea?"
"Did y-you like that kiss?"
"Yes." I mumbled quietly.
"You sure?"
"Ye............" I was interrupted by Skyla pressing her lips against mine for the second time this night. I was surprised at first, but I soon started kissing her back.

When we broke apart I couldn't help but stare at her.
"Skyla?"
"Yea."
"Do y-you wanna be my girlfriend?" I asked blushing.
"Yes." She hugged me tight.
