Backstory: She was created from stained glass. Her creator begged a local witch to bring her to life, but this came with a terrible price. To keep Frosted Rose alive, others would have to die. Frosted Rose creates many beautiful things, and her creator sells them in their shop. Frosted Rose doesn't know what her creations do to others, and her creator doesn't want to tell her.
