Steve is so so so cute not even in a take me to church way but in a little puppy way. (I'm sorry that's my first thought here but that's just how it is.)

Max didn't get to do as much as the first installment but she's still season 4's MVP. Eleven is always consistently good. Lucas killed it especially in *that one scene.* And Gaten Materazzo feels like he was classically trained in acting decades ago.

Robin's character was better in season 3.

The SOUND of Dustin crying physically affected me, like I felt my chest twisting.

Episode 8 was fine but in episode 9 you never got to breathe or even fully comprehend what all was happening. I remember being in middle school and paying attention to pacing for the first time, and noticing how Lord of the Rings would be super intense, but then you get some calm moments to collect yourself. The finale was nothing like that. You honestly can't breathe. It's one thing after another after another after another.

I don't really know Argyle's purpose but he's hilarious.

I still adore how Eleven talks, like "I piggybacked in a pizza freezer" and Max's blank stare in response.

Erica is so grown up now but she's still the cutest thing and I love her being part of the gang.

Will and Eleven largely cried the entire season and it got old.

Why did they play dress-up to go back into the Upside Down

The Russia scenes might be slower but I love the Russia crew.

JOYCE AND HOPPER ENDGAME PLEASE

There were three big things I wanted for season 4 and relatively speaking, I got all of them.

I'm really worried for season 5.
