She was interrupted by a knock.

Avu: Mai ab jaati hu, sir. I'll go now, sir. 

He nodded and she went. She saw Tanya as she came out. 

Tanya: Avu, kya tha yeh? Avu, what was this? 

Avu: Kis baare mein baat kar rahe ho? What are you talking about? 

Tanya: Maine tum dono ki baat suni. I heard you both.

Avu: Hum baad mein baat karenge is baare mein. We'll talk about this later. 

Tanya nodded. They both got back to their work. Later during break, 

Avu: Ab bolo kya bol rahe the aap. Now say what you were saying. 

Tanya: Mai bas pooch rahi thi kya chal raha hai. Jaha tak mujhe pata hai tu Siddharth se pyaar karti hai. I was just asking what is going on. As far as I know it is Siddharth whom you love.

Avu left for home. Avu was scrolling through insta when she saw something. 

Avu: Aaj Tanya di ka birthday hai? Ab toh mai gift bhi nahi la sakti. Office time ke baad call kar lungi. It's Tanya di's birthday today? I can't get her a gift also now. I'll wish her after the working hours. 

Jai: Kisse baat kar rahi hai? Who are you talking to? 

Avu: Kisise nahi, aaj meri dost ka birthday hai aur mujhe pata hi nahi tha. Abhi kuch der pehle hi meri unse baat bhi huyi. No one, it is my friend's birthday today and I didn't know only. I even talked to her sometime back.

Avu: Mai unko baad mein wish kar dungi. Abhi chale? I'll wish her later. Let's go now?

Jai had half day today and even their mother wasn't home so they thought of going out for sometime. They went to a mall. After around an hour Jai got a call. 

Jai: Avu, tu idhar hi rukh, mai paanch minute mein aata hu. Avu, you wait here, I'll come in 5 minutes.

Avu: Thik hai bhai. Ok bhai. 

After keeping the call he turned around and almost shouted in shock as he was about to bump into Siddharth. 

Jai: Tune kya koyi tracker ya kuch laga rakha hai? Jaha mai hota hu pahuch jata hai. Have you fixed some tracker or something? You always reach wherever I am. 

Sid: Mujhe kya milega aapka har jagah peecha karke? What will I get by following you everywhere? 

Jai: Tu na kuch bhi kar sakta hai bas mujhe pareshan karne ko. You can do anything to just irritate me.

Sid: Shayad. Maybe. 

He shrugged. Jai held back the reply that had come to his mind, not wanting to escalate the argument. 

Jai: Tu is wakt par yaha? Tera college nahi hai? You here at this time? Don't you have college?

Sid: Mai dopahar ki classes attend nahi kar raha kyunki mujhe yaha aana tha bhai au... I am not attending the afternoon classes because I wanted to come here with bhai an...

Abhi: Waise hairaani ki baat hai tum dono saath the par lad nahi rahe the. Btw it's a surprise you both were together but not fighting.

Sid: Lad rahe the, yaha aane se pehle, kyunki aapke dost lade bina nahi reh sakte. We were, before coming here, because your friend can't stay without fighting.

Jai: Tu toh jaise kuch bolta hi nahi hai. Like you don't speak anything only. 

Avu: Bhai, aapko yeh bolna zaruri tha abhi? Dono chup chaap khade the na. Bhai, you had to say this now? They were standing quietly no.
