(A/n)2: also if any of you has ever seen the anime My Bride is a mermaid before any of you asks I turned up the age on Sun Seto she is now 18 years old instead of 14 so don't give me the gears.

3rd person POV.
Location: the new age Academy

Currently at the new age Academy Y/n L/n was sitting in the conference room of the new age Academy right now sitting on one end of the conference room table was Y/n L/n sitting on the other side of the conference room table was the angry merfolk apparently these guys were part of some sort of gang of mermaids who controlled a part of undersea crime world their leader was a very angry man with a scar on his face by the name of Gozaburo Seto.

Sitting sitting next to him on his right side was his wife Ren Seto she was wearing a purple kimono she was wearing sandals with white socks and she looked very benevolent.

Sitting sitting on his left side was the mermaid who saved his life but instead of having a mermaid tail and a seashell bra she was wearing actual human clothing.

Standing standing behind him was the glasses wearing individual who called him also standing behind him was another individual he was wearing a gray and white tracksuit he had razor sharp teeth and he looked like a less angry version of the Big Boss Man.

His his name was believe it or not Shark Fujishiro and finally there was a very tiny woman she was armed with what looked like a conch shell that have been modified into a powerful weapon.

Ozpin: so what brings you here to our humble Academy today?

Gozaburo: don't fuck with us we're here for the kid so Hand him over and we won't burn this Academy to the ground!!!

Y/n: how about this you make one more threat against this Academy and its students and I will personally rip out your skull and beat you to death with it and then I will use said skull as a fuckable ashtray!!!

Gozaburo: do you know who the hell you're talkin to?!?!?!? I am the boss of the Seto gang!!!!!!!

Y/n: trust me when I say this you don't scare me and I can kill each and every one of you with one hand tied behind my back blindfolded while hopping on one leg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The boss of the Seto gang growled he was ready to jump across the table and rip Y/n's throat out he was then calmed down by his wife.

Ren S: please calm down Gozaburo.

Her husband began to calm down but he still looked almost impossibly angry but I have a feeling that anger was his default emotion.

Ren S: let me explain the reason we're here basically mermaid law states that if a mermaid is seen by a human one of three things must happen.

Y/n: and what would those things be?

Ren S: number one the human who saw the Mermaid has to die number two the mermaid who was seen by the human Must Die.

Y/n: I know of these outcomes and I guarantee you neither of them is going to happen so what's option number three?

Gozaburo look like his rage was going to physically manifest and attack everyone in the room that's how angry he was but his wife on the other hand she looked almost Happy.

Ren S: option number three is if a mermaid and the human whoso said mermaid neither of them want to die then they have to get married~

Y/n L/n looked beyond confused the headmaster's behind him also looked confused just say that all of them were confused beyond all rational thought was an understatement but eventually Y/n L/n finally gathered his thoughts and said something.

Y/n: come again?!

Ren S: it's quite simple either one of you dies or you both get married~

Gozaburo's anger finally boiled over and he jumped on top of the table and started yelling at Y/n.

Gozaburo: THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I'M GOING TO LET THIS LITTLE PISSANT MARRY MY LITTLE PRECIOUS SUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He pulled out a katana and he was ready to decapitate Y/n L/n but unfortunately for the boss of the Seto gang Y/n L/n had amazing speed and reflexes he was able to reach for his own black blood katana and block the attack with little to no effort Y/n L/n looked at the boss of the Seto gang with A sly smile on his face.

Y/n: it's kind of funny really.

Gozaburo: WHAT'S SO DAMN FUNNY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!?!?!?

Y/n: it's the fact that you have the balls to attack me on my own home turf and to think that you'll survive to see tomorrow afterwards but after what you just did you've sealed your own fate~

Y/n L/n immediately jumped on top of the table grabbed his other black blood Katana and got into a fighting stance ready to take on the boss of the Seto gang.

(A/n): cue the music!

The two of them started clashing blades hacking and slashing each other both of them aiming to kill one another the boss of the Seto gang allowing his rage the guide him while Y/n L/n was calm collected allowing his battle instincts to take control over his body behind him the members of the Seto gang were cheering on their boss everyone except his wife and his daughter both his wife and his daughter looked at Gozaburo with disappointment on their faces thinking the exact same thing.

Ren S & Sun: he's such an idiot!

Y/n L/n and Gozaburo Seto were fighting like their lives depended on it the difference between them was Gozaburo was fueled by his rage allowing his battlefury to take control and guide his actions Y/n L/n on the other hand he wasn't really being all too serious he was treating this like a big game knowing that this mermaid could not kill him and he could not defeat him all he could do was struggle like a fish out of water the two of them continued fighting until eventually Y/n L/n got the upper hand and disarmed his opponent she kicked him in the knee so hard that it caused the boss of the Seto gang to fall to his knees Y/n L/n brought his swords together in a scissor fashion and he held his swords right at Gozaburo's neck ready to decapitate him at a moment's notice.

(A/n): stop the music!!!

Y/n: yield or die asshole your choice~

Sun: Dad just swallow your pride and give up I'd rather not have to see my dad get his head cut off today!

Ren S: seriously honey you're making yourself look more like an ass!

Gozaburo: fine I yield!

Y/n L/n immediately put both of his black blood katanas on his back he then jumped down from the table and took his seat along with the boss of the Seto gang once the two of them had sat down and everything calmed down they returned to Peaceful negotiations Gozaburo's wife proceeded to punch her husband in the back of the head.

Ren S: please excuse my husband and his stupidity.

Sun: yes I'm very sorry about my dad he's very protective over me.

Y/n: it's understandable any father would be protective over his offspring and if I may say I respect that but now Let Us return to peaceful negotiations.

Ren S: I agree

Y/n: so basically my choices are either I die your daughter dies or we get married, am I correct?

Gozaburo: unfortunately yes that is what mermaid law dictates and we cannot change this law if we were to disregard this law both of you would be killed by the mermaid government.

Y/n: well it's not up to me let's ask what the young lady wants.

Sun: well to be honest with you I'd rather neither of us die and personally I have no objections to being married to you.

Y/n: how about this let's go out on a date so that we can learn more about each other.

Sun: I think that sounds nice let's do it!

Y/n: yes let us go on a date and try to learn more about each other and by the end of it we will have our decision.

Sun: sounds good to me!

Y/n: then we should leave immediately.

Both Y/n and Sun left the academy and made their way to nearby town of Braveheart which was celebrating its annual founding Festival unbeknownst to the both of them they were being watched are the members of the Seto gang as well as Headmasters of the new age Academy the festival was rather beautiful and it was amazing there was wonderful games to play fantastic foods to eat amazing sights to see currently the two of them were walking down the road when something caught Sun's eyes it was none other than a giant stuffed plushie.

Sun: oh my God it's the cutest thing I've ever seen!!!!

Y/n: do you want it?

Sun: yes please

Y/n: then you shall have it!

Y/n put some money down on the counter and he received 3-balls to knock down the stack of cups the first throw was spectacularly unsuccessful so he picked up another ball and threw it again this time with more Force unfortunately he missed all together so this time he was going to go all out and he was going to really let loose Y/n L/n secretly started channeling the power of the Power Stone the ball became infused with powerful energy it wasn't destructive energy but it was enough energy and I would cause a powerful Shockwave to whatever it hit you then threw the ball like a professional baseball player the ball was so fast that it actually caused a small sonic boom they completely destroyed all the cups but it didn't stop going instead it punctured through the stand and kept flying it hit a tree and completely annihilated it both the stand owner and Sun was absolutely flabbergasted by what they just saw Y/n L/n looked a little bit embarrassed by what he just did.

Y/n: whoops my bad I think put a little too much zip on that.

The stand owner was absolutely shocked he didn't know what to say or do.

Y/n: since I won do you think my lovely lady friend here can have that green dog plushie please.

Stand owner: please just take it!

Y/n L/n took the Green Dog plushie and gave it to Sun she took it hugged it and smiled.

Sun: I love it thank you Y/n!

Y/n: I'm glad you're happy now let us continue.

The two of them continue to make their way down the road eventually they were pulled into an alley there were two men one was armed with a gun and the other was armed with a knife.

Mugger 1: now give us all your money and will let you walk away alive.

Mugger 2: I want the pretty girl~

Y/n: actually I don't think you're going to have either!

Y/n secretly summoned his black blood katana and he proceeded to chop off the arm of the mugger armed with a knife now disarmed both literally and metaphorically the mugger fell to the ground clutching his bleeding wound trying to not pass out from blood loss but successfully screaming like a little girl now that he was incapacitated and no longer a threat Y/n L/n immediately turned his attention to the other mugger who was armed with a gun he held Sun in a headlock and he had his gun aimed at her head.

Mugger 1: don't you fucking move I'll kill her!!!!

Y/n: just calm down look.

Y/n L/n dispelled his weapon causing it to disappear Into Thin Air once it was gone it appeared that Y/n L/n was now unarmed and completely defenseless but in reality he already had a plan set up he decided that he was going to go Robocop on this asshole.

Mugger 1: now just throw me your wallet and I'll throw you your woman!

The members of the Seto gang we're about to move in that was until what happened next happened.

Y/n: that's a good idea but here's my counteroffer~

Y/n L/n immediately summoned the dark Infinity Gauntlet and blasted the man right in the junk right between Sun's legs completely missing Sun but totally nailing the mugger in the junk disintegrating is manhood and causing him to drop his gun and Sun he fell to the ground clutching what used to be his privates he started screaming and crying like a little bitch Y/n L/n immediately dispelled the dark Infinity Gauntlet Sun looked at what happened he looked down at the mugger and she proceeded to kick him in the face knocking him out he then ran over to Y/n she wrapped her arms around his body and gave him a big hug.

Sun: Y/N YOUR MY HERO!!!!!!!!!!

Y/n: it's alright you don't have to thank me it's all in a day's work.

Y/n picked up Sun's plushie dusted it off and gave it back to her she smiled happy as could be.

Y/n: you better call the authorities we don't want these guys dying or resuming a life of crime anytime soon.

Sun: sounds like a good idea.

Y/n proceeded to call the cops the cops took the two mutilated muggers to the hospital in Chains with that all said and done the two of them made their way down the street again until eventually the two of them felt they're stomachs Rumble.

Y/n: you want to get something to eat?

Sun: yeah!

The two of them immediately went into a restaurant but today was special today the restaurant was having a very important special and it was Couples eat for free the two of them blushed when they were seated the two of them ordered they ate their food and afterwards Y/n L/n left a nice tip for the servers the two of them got up and made their way out of the restaurant and back into the festival the sun began to set and the fireworks were about to begin the two of them got some cotton candy but suddenly Y/n L/n got a spectacular idea.

Y/n: hey Sun I know a great place where we can watch the fireworks.

Sun: where is that just close your eyes and I'll take you there it won't take but a minute.

Sun: ok!

Y/n L/n channeled the power of the space Stone and within a second the two of them vanished in a blue portal they reappeared on a high cliff in the mountain range The View what was absolutely breathtaking you could see everything from that Cliff you could see the town of Braveheart you could see the academy you could see the whole island from that cliff.

Y/n: okay open your eyes~

Sun did as instructed she opened her eyes and saw the amazing view in front of her the moon was full in the sky the stars were shining like bright diamonds in the sky the lake was sparkling and the fireworks were about to begin.

Y/n: so what do you think?

Sun: I think this is the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my whole life!

Y/n: thanks I come here sometimes to think I've never showed this place to anyone else I thought you would appreciate it.

Sun: I love it!

Y/n smiled knowing that he had made this girl very happy The two of them Sat back and watched the fireworks the fireworks were absolutely stunning and spectacular the two of them watched the fireworks eventually the finale came and the fireworks ended Y/n L/n removed his cape and wrapped it around Sun.

Y/n: here you go it's going to be cold soon we wouldn't want you catching a chill.

Sun took the cape and smiled.

Sun: Thanks Y/n you really are the nicest guy I've ever met.

Y/n: thanks I really appreciate that.

Y/n L/n suddenly remembered why they went on this date they had to go on this date because both of them had to decide whether or not they wanted to get married if they got married both of them would get to live if they didn't one of them would have to die he realized that he didn't want to start a relationship that would last a lifetime based off of a falsehood Sun thought that he was just a plain garden-variety everyday average human but he wasn't human he was a powerful celestial and he had to come clean ASAP.

Y/n: Sun I have to tell you something very important

Sun: okay what do you have to tell me?

Y/n: I'm not a human

Sun: you're not a human? I don't understand you look like a human are you some sort of member of the three factions or something? Or maybe you're some kind of monster? Or perhaps you're something else that I don't know about.

Y/n took in a deep breath and slowly exhaled he decided that the best thing to do was lay all his cards on the table and hope for the best.

Y/n: have you ever heard of the darkness?

Sun: the Wha?

Y/n was genuinely confused never before had anyone he had met not at least heard about the darkness in some way shape and or form but this girl had no clue what the darkness was.

Y/n: okay I'm just going to take this from the top basically the darkness is a God it's on the same level as the light who is also a god the light is what created Earth and the universe the darkness is a powerful force of nature and that's what I am I am the darkness.

Y/n L/n immediately closed his eyes and got ready for her to call him a freak a monster or just scream and run away but none of the above happened instead Sun just smiled the reason she smiled was very simple she didn't know what he was talking about and she didn't care.

Sun: I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about but I don't care.

Y/n: Wha?!

Sun: I might not understand what you're talking about but I really don't care because during this whole date I've looked at you and you're everything I need and want in someone I want to share the rest of my life with.

Y/n: what are you saying?

Sun: what I'm saying is I love you Y/n L/n.

Y/n L/n didn't believe it he wouldn't have believed it if he didn't hear it with his own two ears but she actually said it she actually said the three little magic words that almost everyone in the world wanted to hear she just confirmed that he was indeed loved by someone couldn't believe it he just couldn't he actually smiled the two of them hugged each other and after a little while to shared a tender kiss full of love.
