Sakura woke up at her usual time.
She did her morning routine and went to eat breakfast. "good morning Sakura " , Laura greeted while serving her breakfast. Laura is thier maid and also Sakura's friend. "good morning Laura " , she greeted Laura then asked with a disappointed look on her face , " he left again , right? " , Laura looked down and hummed in response. Sakura was really sad.

Sakura's pov

He did that again , I don't know what's wrong with my brother. He's been ignoring me from weeks , he started to get angry on me for no reason . At first I thought he's stressed and stuff but now I think it's not the reason. "umm kura, are you ok? " , Laura's words brought me back to reality.

Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. Hi I'm Sakura. Sakura Hiwatari. Younger sister of Kai Hiwatari. I'm just a year younger then him and we share the same birth date, amazing right. My dad left us one day and no one tells me why, my mum died a few weeks after he left. My grandpa send my brother to Russia a few years later and I was left alone . I only have a few friends Laura (my maid) , Sara and Rex. (images below).

Now back to the story.

I finished my breakfast and went in my room to get my laptop and blade , after getting my thinks I went to our meeting place that is river side.

At meeting place....

"Hey Sara , hey Rex", I greeted as I reach there. The waved their hands and gestured me to sit with them . "so , what's new " , I asked , " a beyblade match I going to be held at 4 between two local bladers and I think blade sharks will surely show up , I think we should go there to get more info about them " , Rex said looking at us , "yeah, we need to know more about them in order to stop them " , Sara joined , I sighed "ok , I'll go there and you two can practice here you both have to participate in the beyblading tournament this year, remember. I'll research more about blade sharks and other bladers " , they both nodded and they went practicing .

I was running to the venue of the match as I was late. I was so into my thoughts that I forgot the time . I was almost there when I bumped into someone and fell on the ground. " ouch! I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going " , I said and started running again , I saw the person I bumped into running past me , I think he's going to the match too , I thought. I shrugged it off and continued running as I reach the destination , I was panting really hard when I reached the top of the building. I think I missed everything , everyone was staring at me with a confused look , " umm hi , can anyone tell me what just happened here " , I asked feeling very awkward. " who are you? " , the blue haired boy I bumped into before asked me. " oh my apologizes , I forgot to introduce myself. I'm sakura nice to meet you all " , I said with a smile, " I'm tyson " , the boy . I smiled at him.

After a bit of introduction I again asked them what happened there , " I think it's better if you see it yourself " , the guy now I know as kenny told me showing something in his laptop. My eyes widen when I saw how easily the yellow blade defeated the blue one. I turned my head towards kenny. He exhaled sharply before speaking, " the yellow blade belong to carlos and the blue one is Andrew's " , " Carlos is a member of blade sharks right? ", I asked , "yeah he is and I'm going to have a match with him tomorrow " , tyson said with determination in his eyes.
"well then all the best . I need to leave now " , I said before leaving .

I was back to our meeting place , " hey kura , how did it go? " , Sara asked. I sat in front of them , " well I was late but I saw the bey battle video and that carlos guy defeat the other with so much ease." , "who is this carlos? " , Rex asked " he a member of blade sharks " , I said and they nodded "they are really strong " , he said , " and we don't even know who is the leader " , Sara added , "yeah " , I sighed " we'll find out soon but for now let's get back before it's late " , Sara said getting up , me and rex nodded " ok , see you tomorrow " , I waved my hand and they did the same and went our ways.

At home

" hey kura how was you day " , Laura asked as I entered the living room , "it was good , I'm so tired I'll be in my room " , I said with a small smile and headed to my room. As I entered my room I layed on the bed and started thinking , who could be behind this all? Why do I have a bad felling about this team? , " agh stop over thinking sakura hiwatari " , I said out loud and started thinking about something else . I started feeling sad and disappointed when I remember how my brother is reacting towards me now-a-days , what's wrong with him? Maybe grandpa have said something to him to create misunderstandings between us, yeah possibly , afterall he hates it when my brother is with me , I sigh , " I'll find out soon what's wrong " , I said out loud again just then I heard a knock on my door , "sakura dinner is ready " , Laura said , I got up and literally sprinted out before she could leave " is he back? " , I asked with hopeful eyes , " yeah he's waiting in the dining room " , she said with a smile .

I ran towards the dinning room happily. I slowed down as I reached the room , I was a bit annoyed to see my grandpa sitting there too . I sat across Kai and the maids served the food , the dinner was silent as usual so I decided to break it , "how was your day big bear? ", I asked kai with a smile, yeah I call him big bear since I was small , he looked up at me with a angry and disgusted look , " stop calling me with that stupid name, and it's none of your Business how my day was " , he snapped at me , I felt bad , I looked towards my grandpa and he was smirking , he had done something to make kai angry at me, i thought and looked back at my plate , I've already lost my appetite . I took a few more bites and got up , "I'm done " , I said before leaving ," no one asked you " , I heard as I was about to leave the room.

I ran to my room and locked my door, I changed into my pjs and layed on my bed , I was really sad after what kai did and I'm damn sure it's something to do with grandpa. I closed my eyes and tears started to roll down when I remember the good old days with my family , with mom and dad. How happy we use to be, how caring kai use to be , but it's all ruined .

Morning

I got up and did my morning routine , I can't sleep last night. I changed into my outfit and went down for breakfast. " good morning kura " , Laura said giving me some freshly made pan cakes , "good morning to you too Laura " , I said with a smile
"so what's the plan? ", she asked
"what plan? ",I asked confused by her question, "it's your birthday next week stupid girl " , she said lightly hitting my head , "Omfg it slipped out of my mind , I have to get something for kai " , I nearly screamed , she hit me again this time a little hard, " no swearing ms. Sakura Hiwatari " , she sighed before saying, "it's your birthday too kura, you should have a party with your friends and enjoy , I don't want your day to be ruin by kai again " , " I-" , her words made me speechless, I think she is right, he'll only yell at me and will make me upset but he's my brother I can't just celebrate my birthday when it's his too, just then an idea popped in my mind, "I'll give him a surprise party and I'll invite my friends too " , she smiled before sighing , " as you wish " .

I went to the river side with Sara and Rex. We stood there with everyone waiting for tyson. After sometime he came and the match started. I was amazed by his technique , the match ended and tyson won. Everyone was happy , finally there is someone who can defeat blade sharks , I thought , just the Sara grabbed my arm and started running , " Sara , what's wrong ?" , i asked running with her , " you should not stay here now " , was all she said before running even faster
"but why? " , I asked curiously, she slowed down and now we were walking, "you told us that Kai hates it if you do anything related to beyblading right? " , " umm.. Yeah" , I said looking down , " so he'll not like it if he'll see you watching a bey blade match " , my eyes grew wide in shock , " you mean-" , "yeah I saw him coming in the direction that's why I brought you away and I think you should go home " , she cutted me off. " but-" , I tried to protest but it was of no use , "no buts cheery blossom ", she said strictly and I gave up, it's of no use to argue with her. "okay, take care " , I said waving goodbye to her, she's really caring .

The match ended and tyson won , everyone was happy except of Carlos. Just then Rex noticed someone coming in the direction, he immediately recognised the person as Kai , he whispered in Sara ears that he just saw kai , she looked at him then Sakura and then in the direction he was showing. She immediately grabbed Sakura's hand and sprinted off. Now Rex was standing in the crowd watching everything happening , his eyes grew the size of a saucer when kai said he is the leader of blade sharks. He saw the whole incident when kai broke Carlos's balde with just one attack. Rex ran away from there , he was too shocked , his best friend's brother is the leader of blade sharks. He ran home and called Sara

On call

Rex : S-Sara, I have a shocking news.

Sara : what is it?

Rex : it's about blade sharks

Sara : ok wait let me add kura to the call

Rex: NO don't, first listen and then we can decide when to tell her.

Sara : what do you mean Rexy ?

Rex : just listen

Rex : when you guys left Carlos tried to escape but was stopped by kai -

Sara : that's good , it means he's on the same side as us.

Sara : okay .

Rex : I don't know Sara I don't know.

Sara : she'll be so disappointed.

Rex : that's why I don't want her to know.

Sara : but she'll get to know one day , but I don't want to spoil her birthday .

Rex : omg it's her birthday next week. I totally forgot.

Sara : and you call yourself her best friend.

Rex : so what should we gift her?

Sara : I've already planned everything.

Rex : that's osm. *sad* and we'll tell her the truth the next day.

Sara : *sadly * yeah.

Rex : ok then , see you tomorrow.

Sara : ok, bye.

And then they hang up.

Tomorrow is Sakura's and kai's birthday , Sakura was very happy, she'd told Sara and Rex about her plan and they agreed.

Meanwhile.......

"what are you doing here Carlos? " , Kai asked angrily , "B-boss, I have an important information for you , there is this new group called venom and they are trying to stop our mission , I've also heard that they have some information about the most powerful blade , and their leader is -" , carlos was rudely cut by kai, "I don't care who's the leader bring him here and get every information out of him anyhow and make sure he'll not be able to try anything to disturb us ever again once he leave this place .", kai said with an evil smirk , "But boss -", carlos was again cut by an angry Kai, "I don't want to hear anything just get him here by tomorrow " , " it's a girl boss, their leader is a girl named - " , carlos said , " then get her " , kai said and left.
