Misty was running through the jungle jumping from tree top to tree top branch to branch, in desperation to keep up with Lloyd and Harumi who were running from what appeared to be T-rex.

But the T-rex was breaking the trees as he went making it hard for Misty to keep up, she watched as Harumi tripped and Lloyd grabbed her hand and helped her up and they continued running. Panic rose in Misty when she saw Lloyd and Harumi tumble off a cliff she dived for the vine and was able to whip out just enough to see Lloyd and Harumi fall into one of the deeper crevasse but not too deep, they seemed safe and Misty swung herself back into the trees just as the beast back crashing through them.

Misty held her breath when the monster stopped right over the place Lloyd and Harumi were hiding, Misty swallowed hard but she knew what she had to do, she jumped forward and landed in front of the T-rex and took off running with the beast in chase. "Hopefully Lloyd and Harumi can keep themselves out of trouble for now." Misty muttered as she ran but she hit a dead end and the dinosaur began closing in on her, but Misty wasn't going to let that be her end, instead she turned around and smashed both her fist into the ground, White crystal streamed from them and up one of the T-Rex's foot and leg. But it didn't stop it just yet It slowed it down though. Misty locked her eyes onto her target and she let all her anger, frustration, jealous along with the feeling of her broken heart flow through her. More crystal streamed from her hands and it climbed up the other leg of the beast. This time stopping it, but Misty wasn't ready to be done yet... The more she thought the more the crystal grew until it covered the animal whole, and then Misty stood and turned her back on her crystallized statue though and her emotions took to much control before she could stop it the crystal turned to black and it imploded... fully destroying the once alive creature inside. Misty felt colder... one side of her was horrified at what she had done while another side of her realized it was her life of the beasts.

Misty couldn't and wouldn't allow herself to dwell on the guilty feeling she now somewhat felt instead she hurried off back toward Lloyd and Harumi. But as she ran she felt a pain in her chest and she stumbled but kept going.

Once she got back she saw Lloyd climbing out of the hole he seemed to be in pain, and Harumi climbed up after him and asked, "You okay?"

"Yeah, Just....need a second." Lloyd said and he tried to moved the arm what was in a sling up, but groaned in pain.

"Here, let me help." Harumi said she came up behind Lloyd and helped him fix his sling.

Misty could tell Lloyd was blushing though.

"Oh, um good very close.. I-I-I mean, snuggly, I mean snug!" Lloyd stammered obviously embarrassed

A small smile crept onto Misty's face, as she remembered she had once been the only person that could make Lloyd that flustered, but the smile soon faded. as she murmured, "I guess I don't even matter anymore..."

and a small voice inside Misty's head whispered "then why are we here watching him taking care of him? Just leave and return to the Bounty...already"

"No... because I promised, I would protect him and watch over him, I promised that I'd come running if he needed my help." Misty whispered back

"And didn't he promise he wouldn't find another girl... that you'd always be the one for him? How did that turn out for us?" The voice hissed back.

Misty stayed silent but she stood up and found herself walking toward the direction of the Bounty, she had only gone s few steps when she heard, Harumi say, "Are you sure we're heading the right way?"

"I'm pretty sure If this map is right, there's a river that runs through Primevil's eye.. that way." Lloyd said and pointed his sword in the direction of a even darker and more thick patch of the Jungle.and he added, "The river leads straight to the hidden Oni Temple that holds the third mask."

"Uhh. I don't know Lloyd. Maybe it would be smarter to turn back and try to find the others, I mean, your arm is still pretty bad, and we're all alone out here." Harumi suggested

"I'm doing okay, and anyway we can't take the chance if the Sons of Garmadon get the mask first, they'll have all three." Lloyd said grimly

"Okay, but I want you to rest that arm for a while and let me take a turn." Harumi said and she took Lloyd's sword and began cutting a path through the vines.

Lloyd looked surprised but smiled and followed Harumi...

The voice in Misty's head came back and now a louder whisper and it said, "He didn't even mention your out here too and all alone... How doesn't he know your not dead in pit somewhere...he doesn't even care. Go back and forget about him."

"Your right... he didn't even say anything about me..." Misty whispered and she slunk in the shadow's following the couple dressed in green. and she added, "but I refuse to give up on him, he's still my friend..."

"Your right... your a friend, to him but for you he's still so much more...isn't he, your feelings for him is what holds us back your making me weak..." the voice said

"Uh you mean us right?" Misty muttered back...and added, "I am just talking to myself.. your know I'm the little angel me and your the little Devil me that sits on my left shoulder.. right?"

"You got half that right...but your no angel but sweetie some have called me what I am a demon before." The voice said back this time a little louder

"What do you mean? What I am?" Misty asked

"You will see... but just know I'm not evil, but merely trying to do what I think is best...for us. we are one after all.." The voice said

Misty didn't know how to respond.. was she going crazy? Or was there something about herself she had never known before.
