Lloyd, Misty, Nya, and Zane had been flying over the city still searching for Aspheera, "Great, the whole city is under attack, and we have no idea where Aspheera is." Lloyd said

Just then Cole's voice came over the radio and he said, "Lloyd. Nya. Zane. Misty,"

"We are here. But we have bad news. We have lost Aspheera." Zane reported

"That's okay. We found her. She's attacking the temple!" Cole shouted

"What?" Lloyd said

"That place just can't catch a break," Misty muttered

"Yeah, that's not all. We found out who the Deceiver is, and um, well, I'm just gonna say it. It's Wu." All of them gasped upon hearing the news, "What?!" Lloyd asked Misty groaned and covered her eyes with her hand muttering something under her breath. "It's a long story. But the good news is, we have a plan. We know how to defeat Aspheera. There's another scroll out there somewhere, and we think Clutch knows where it is." Cole said

"Great. So where's Clutch?" Nya asked

"The hospital, go there and see if you can get him to tell you where the scroll is. We'll try to hold down the fort as long as we can here," Cole said

"Right sounds light a plan!" Lloyd said

"Be careful Cole! Tell the others to hang on!" Misty said

"You as well, I'll see you soon," Cole said and he hung up.

Misty's face was etched with concern, not only that but she looked livid. "You okay, Misty?" Lloyd asked.

"No, how could he keep something like this from us, from me!" Misty scowled

"He raised me, he taught me everything I knew. We've gone above and beyond for him and he still can't bring himself to tell us the truth," Misty shouted her expression was furious, and her eyes were visibly glowing.

Lloyd was silent, he understood why Misty was so angry. Wu had taken her in and had raised Misty when she was just a baby. She had also trusted him and followed his orders without question and had been overall a model student. "Perpahs he had his own reasons..." Lloyd said

"You mean excuses?" Misty muttered with a scowl and said, "Whatever let's just focus on getting to Clutch..."

Shortly after they arrived at the hospital and burst their way through the doors. They found the room Power's in and Lloyd shoved open the door and rushed in shouting, "We need the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu!" Followed by Zane, Nya, and Misty. They stood at the foot of Clutch's bed and Zane shouted, "It is logical for you to comply."

"Time for you to earn your keep, Explorer-Boy!" Nya shouted

Misty noticed that the explorer's foot was in a cast and was being held up in a sling and in front of him was a type-writer.

"What? No. No, no, no, don't tell me. I don't wanna know. You wanna know why I don't wanna know? Because it sounds like you want me to go on an adventure, and no thanks!" Power's shouted

Misty scoffed and said, "Much help you'd be if I remember you left us in a pyramid to die!" She took a threatening step toward the explorer. Zane grabbed her arm and pulled her back. Lloyd spoke up and said, "You're an explorer. All you do is adventure!"

"No, all I did was adventure." Powers corrected Lloyd and then added, "Now, all I'm gonna do is cash big checks for writing books about those adventures. Cha-ching!" Powers said and he grabbed the paper from the typewriter and threw it behind him.

"Dr. Powers, all of Ninjago is at stake!" Zane said

"Can I tell you something about Ninjago, Its fate is always at stake. Besides, I've got a broken leg. I couldn't help you even if I wanted to. Which I do not." Powers said and he gulped down a bottle of soda from his bedside. There were many empty bottles scattered on the ground beside the bed.

"But without the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, we'll never---" Nya started to say but was cut off when Powers said, "Oh, the second Scroll? That's what you're looking for? Ha, no problem. It's at the Explorers Club."

"Great, you're a member. You can help us." Lloyd said hopefully.

"Yeah, no. You see, that's the thing. Sounds like the beginning of an adventure. So, uh, how should I put this..." Powers said and then took a slurp from his soda bottle and then shouted, "Nein!" and pointed to the door. He laid back down in his bed with a pleased look on his face.

"That's it!" Nya shouted and she moved passed Lloyd and grabbed Power's arm and shouted, "You're coming with us whether you like it or not! Misty grabbed his other arm!"

Before Misty could grab Clutch's other appendage. Powers started frantically pressing a button on a remote control with his hand. It was setting off a beeping alarm, and he started shouting, "Oh, my! Oh, Doctor! I'm feeling woozy." Lloyd looked unimpressed and Misty scowled and said, "You're about to feel nothing here in a second. But a nurse arrived and she said, "Oh, no. Your visitors will have to leave!" Two other nurses rushed in and escorted the ninja out. "But we--" Lloyd said

"Come on. We don't need his help anyway." Nya said

"Not like he was going to be very useful..." Misty muttered. They trudged out of the hospital and made their way to the Explorers Club. Nya, Lloyd, and Misty were in the mobile base, and Zane was in the copter.

Lloyd and Misty were standing on the roof of the mobile base while Nya was driving.

Lloyd glanced at Misty and said, "Uh, Misty you're eyes are still glowing..."

Misty scowled waved her hand as if trying to dismiss the topic and muttered, "Nothing new!"

"What do you mean nothing new! I've never seen them do that?!" Lloyd said

"You've been busy lately..." Misty said and then added after a long sigh, "They've started doing that when I get angry, another after-effect of the Oni I suppose,"

"Our powers have changed too haven't they," Lloyd said

Misty nodded, and she looked away. "Why didn't you tell me?" Lloyd asked

Misty scowled and said, "Like I said you were busy..."

"With what?" Lloyd asked

"Still thinking about, Harumi," Misty said

The expression on Lloyd's face was a mixture of pain, frustration, and anger and he said "I-I cared about her..."

Misty slammed her hands down onto the railing and shouted, "Just admit already! You loved her! You're still in love with her and You've been still in love with her!"

"I-I..." Lloyd stammered

"Don't lie to me! I at least deserve to not be lied to!" Misty shouted and she shoved her finger into Lloyd's chest and said, "I watched you dig through the rubble of the building calling her name and looking for her!"

"If you knew why did you agree to get back together with me during the March of the Oni!" Lloyd asked

"Because I love you! People do stupid things when they love someone!" Misty shouted she then lowered her head and she muttered, "And I thought you loved me too,"

"I'm sorry," Lloyd said

"Sorry doesn't really fix this..." Misty said softly and she went back inside the base. Leaving Lloyd outside.

When she entered the base she slumped down into the chair beside Nya. Nya then spoke up and said, "So you finally confronted him uh,"

"You heard?" Misty muttered

"Yeah, so did Zane. We were listening in through the intercoms, we were concerned, I'm sorry Misty." Nya said softly as she kept her eyes on the road ahead of her.

"It was bound to happen. I'm just glad it wasn't in front of the whole team," Misty said with a sigh.

"Still I'm sorry," Nya said and she looked over and, Misty. She reached out a ruffled Misty's hair and said "As soon we get Aspheera sorted out, you and I are going out for some ice cream, my treat alright?"

Misty managed a small smile and said, "Sure thank you Nya,"

"Anytime, Misty." Nya replied with a kind smile.
