Lloyd was on one hand and was holding up, all the other Ninja, Misty was balanced precisely on the tip of Wu's hat. And Wu said while drinking a cup of tea, "In order to bear the fate of Ninjago on your shoulders.... you must first learn to bear the weight of all of us Misty your next after Lloyd." Wu said

"Marvelously" Misty muttered sarcastically

"Focus," Wu said

"Uh, Sensei, I'm starting to think this was a Bad Idea," Jay said

"Yeah Sensei, he's just a kid," Cole said

"In order for him to succeed, we must all trust one another," Wu answered seconds later there was a crash and the wall behind them was bashed open by a wrecking ball and the ninja all fell to the ground.

"What was that?" Cole asked as they sat up.

"Someone of Something that needs to be prepared to be destroyed!" Misty said she sounded annoyed

The Ninja then walked overtook the hole in the wall and saw a contractor standing on the other side looking confused.

Darreth came running into the room and shouted, "Whoa, Whoa! This wasn't supposed to happen tomorrow!"

"Tomorrow? Let me see that order" The contractor said and the person with him gave him a piece of paper.

"Oh, yeah, my bad. Sorry 'bout that, we'll be back in the morning" and the man walked away.

"Uh, Darreth, what is this all about?" Cole asked

"Well, I fell behind on some of my payments, and some developer named Darnagom Enterprises is buying the entire block to put in some stupid frisbee golf course. They say if I don't come up with 50,000 by tomorrow, the dojo is gone." Darreth explained

"We already lost the Bounty we can't lose the dojo now!" Jay shouted

"My trophies all my fake trophies." Darreth sobbed and he cradled the dented pieces of metal that had been knocked off his shelf.

Zane looked at the billboard and said, "Wait a minute. Darnagom. When rearranging the letters, it spells-"

"O, Grandma?" Jay said sounded confused

"No! Garmadon!" Kai shouted

"Right, that would make more sense," Jay said

Misty noticed Lloyd at the sound of his father's name looked down looking upset.

"My dad is behind this?" Lloyd said Misty reached out her hand and placed it on Lloyd's shoulder as if to say, "It's going to be okay, we're going to figure this out."

"If he destroys the dojo, where will we train Lloyd?" Cole said

"Any chance you got 50,000 in that teapot of yours?" Darreth asked Wu

"Worry not Darreth we are not in this alone we're all with you," Wu said

"Well find a way to save your dojo." Mist said smiling

Just then Nya's voice said, "Did somebody say 50,000?"

Jay gasped and said, "You didn't happen to win the lottery?"

"No, but I heard about Ninjaball Run," Nya said

"Ninjaball run?" The ninja said confused

"It's the biggest road race in Ninjago, with a prize of 100,000 big ones, and it's tomorrow!" Nay explained

"Thank you, little lady fighter, but you're talking about the most dangerous race, known to man. Only the most serious of racers even stand a chance." Darreth sighed

"But didn't you do upgrades on our Ultra Sonic Radar? Maybe we might stand a chance." Kai said

"And I can enter with my Dragon." Lloyd said, "I could convince Shine to enter as well." Misty said thoughtfully

And Lloyd smiled and added, "You did say I need the practice."

So it is agreed. You will all enter this Ninjaball Run to save the dojo." Wu said

Darreth was crying and Nay walked over and said, "Are you still crying?"

"Yes...but these are happy tears," Darreth said

-Time Skip-

The Ninja were at the race and Misty landed Shine down beside Lloyd and the Ultra Dragon.

Cole looked up at Lloyd and said, "You look nervous Lloyd, You okay?"

"Nervous? Ha, ha, ha. Maybe for you guys." Lloyd said

Misty sighed and said, "well I'm going, to be honest, I am a little nervous."

She reached down and patted Shine and said, "We can do this."

Misty then saw Cole's father and Jay's mother and Father at the starting line. "Hm... practically everyone's entering," Misty said

Just then a portal opened and the skeletons came through with their own car.

"ON YOUR MARK, GET SET. NINJABALL.... GO!" the announcer shouted

Shine shot forward, and Misty took off.

Shine followed the other cars, and Misty looked behind her to see if Lloyd was there and saw The Ultra Dragon had veered off course and was going the wrong way!

Misty let out a shout of frustration and made Shine fly after the Ultra Dragon.

"Lloyd! Lloyd! You have to turn back around!" Misty called after the boy

"Tell the dragon that!" Lloyd complained

-Meanwhile The Ninja-

"Oh, Great, We're already out of the race!" Shouted Jay

"We can't quit now, not with everything that's on the line!" Cole shouted and then ran over the wheel, and said, "Help me lift this thing."

The Ninja fixed the tank and got back inside. "And took off down the track."

-Misty and Lloyd-

Misty pulled Shine up next to Lloyd's Dragon and said "You have to take control!"

"Hold them steady Lloyd." Misty said and she shakily got to her feet, on top of Shine, and she jumped onto the dragon behind Lloyd and shouted to Shine, "Shine go back home! Thank you for your help, but I have to help Lloyd."

The dragon nodded and flew off back toward the apartment building.

"You have to feel confident when you tell the dragon which way to go!" Misty shouted and then added, "Hey, Ultra Dragon we need to get back on the course!"

As she said and they got back on the route just in time too because up ahead they saw the Bounty,

"Up!" Misty shouted "Go up!"

"Ah! Out of the way!" Lloyd shouted but it was too late and the dragon slammed into the Bounty, causing it to miss fire a cannonball that had been aimed at the Ninja.

"Nice going, Lloyd!" Cole said

and Misty saw Lloyd and let the reins go was standing up trying to reach them and they end up falling and so did him.

But he caught the reins and hung in front of the Ninja and Cole said, "You saved us!"

"I did? I mean, I did! Hey, what do you say we work together? Misty and I have already teamed up!" Lloyd shouted

"Yeah! I say let's show them what we Ninja are all about!" Jay agreed

"Ninja go!"

Misty managed to pull Lloyd back up and close enough that he could climb back and they followed the Tank from above.

Cole saw that his father and their team had ended up in a snowdrift and said, "Oh, man..."

"We'll never get through those trees to catch up." Kai said

"We'll find a shortcut," Lloyd said

"Up boy!" Lloyd said and the dragon flew up.

"Whoa! Ha, ha! You actually went up!" Lloyd said and laughed he spotted one and swooped down in front of the Ninja and said, "follow me!"

And they made it onto the shortcut. Lloyd cheered and Misty could see he was getting the hang of riding the dragon.

Just then the Dragon was jerked out of the air and slammed into the snow, tossing both Lloyd and Misty into it.

The skeletons had caused the crash.

The Dragon lay on the ground and Misty and Lloyd walked up to it.

"You okay there, fella?" Lloyd asked the Dragon

"We got them back in the race," Lloyd said happily

Once the dragon recovers we need to make it to the finish line even if we don't win we need to reach it for a different reason.

-Ninja-

The Ninja was in the lead, and they had reached the snowy terrain, Kai looked into the review monitor and said, "finally Nothing can to us now."

Zane then looked at the fuel and said, "Oh, no! We've used up all our fuel! We're not going to make it to the finish line."

"Aw! I don't wanna say it, but I think our goose is cooked" Jay said

Just then they hear a horn and saw it was Jay's parents and his father said, "You guys look like you could use a hand there. We heard on the radio you're trying to save Darreth's dojo!"

Then his mother shouted, "Oh, yeah, we're so proud of you son!"

"Thanks, Mom! But we're out of gas!" Jay explained

"Oh! Then take ours!" His mother offered

"But how? If we stop we'll lose the lead." Jay said

Ed then led up a tube and said, "Then we'll just have to do this the hard way, son."

Ed got out of his car and placed on the end of the tub into his car, as the two cars drove alongside each other.

Once Jay had gotten out and made it to the gas cap his father gave him the other of the tub and Jay placed it into the tank and said, "Ready Dad!"

Mr. Walker nodded and pulled the lever and the gasoline started to begin transferring.

Cole had gotten out of the tank and noticed there was some serpentine, and shouted, "We've got company, boys!"

Jay used Spinjitzu and knocked off one of the snakes that landed on the tank.

"Need some help guys!" Jay shouted

"We've got your back!" Zane said he and Cole had come up on the roof.

The snakes started leaping onto the Walker's car and Jay used Spinjitzu and landed on his parent's car and knocked the snakes off.

One of the snakes that were knocked off grabbed the wheel of the Walker's car as he flew past and jerked causing the car to skid knocking into the nInja and then the Serpentine bus also ran into the Walkers' car and skidded as well. Finally, the ninja stopped sliding and got out to fix any damage to the tank.

"Wait Stop!" Jay shouted

He ran over and saw that his parents were okay and said, "Oh, thank goodness you're okay."

"oh, we're fine, son." Ed Walker said and turned to his car and said, "Just wish I could say the same for the Jalopy."

"Yeah, shame she didn't get to the finish line." Jay's mother sighed

Jay spotted a broken headlight and grabbed it and turned to his parents and said, "I'll make sure a part of her will."

Just before he jumped back into the tank he attached the headlight and said, "Let's go, we've got a dojo to save."

And the ninjas speed off and Cole said, "looks like it's just us and Garmadon."

"This time, let's make sure the good guys don't finish last," Kai said and sped up soon passing Garmadon.

Just then right before them, a huge chasm split open forcing the ninja to stop. No doubt Garmadon's work.

"Argh! That's totally cheating!" Jay shouted

"Guys there's no way to cross the divided," Zane said

"Aw, we're not going to win now." Jay said

the Ninja had back the tank up a few yards, and Kai said, "Wait a minute this ain't over! Everybody hang on!"

And the Tank sped forward toward the cliff.

"you sure that's a good idea?" Jay shouted

"I haven't had time to think it through. What was it that Sensei said? You gotta have trust." Kai shouted

"Yeah, in each other not in miracles!" Cole shouted

"Nya, don't fail us now!" Kai said, "Alright Now!" Kai shouted and he pulled the lever that Nya had told them about

and the part that Kai as in detached and it fly up into the air and became a small flying ship.

The race ended in a photo finish, and the crowd was cheering "Ninja! Ninja!" and they lifted them into the air.

Garmadon jumped down from the Bounty and shouted, "I won, I won! Clearly, I passed the finish line first."

The announcer came on the PA and said, "Ladies and gentlemen we have a winner! The ninja! The Ninja have won it!"

And they saw on the screen the headlight that Jay had placed on the tank had crossed over the line.

"yeah! I knew it would bring us luck." Jay said and he took off the headlight and held it into the air

"No that's not fair! That wasn't even a part of the vehicle in the first place. It's not even street legal! My ship was...." Garmadon ranted but was cut off by a voice that said, "Your ship? I believe this belongs to us." Lloyd said and both he and Misty were standing on the deck of the Bounty behind them was the Ultra Dragon gazing down at Garmadon.

The police arrived but before they could take him away the Serpentine called scales pulled up in the bus, and they got away.

"Somehow Sensei, I don't think that will be the last we're gonna see of him.

"We did it! We did it!" Darreth shouted, "Whoo-hoo! We saved the dojo! Look what I can do! Cannonball! and he jumped into the trophy filled with money.

The Ninja laughed, and Misty smiled and turned to Lloyd and said, "See everything worked out fine."

Lloyd smiled back at her and said, "Yeah, I guess you were right."

"It won't be the last time that I am, so you better get used to saying that to me." Misty teased and Lloyd laughed.

Misty had to admit she knew one day she and Lloyd would have to come to a decision on which one of them would save Ninjago, but for now, they were just kids.
