Lloyd, Misty, and Zane were flying through the sky on Lloyd's new jet. Unfortunately, Lloyd was proving to be quite the novice at controlling the jet. As he accidentally caused it to do a barrel roll in the sky.

"Ahh, I have no idea what any of these buttons do! And it doesn't come with a user's manual." He shouted as the jet jerked back and forth in the sky.

Misty looked pale and also slightly green, and was wondering if she should have road with Cole and Jay instead. Zane then said, "On it. PIXAL please do a vehicular spec analysis. Oh, that's right she's still offline. I'll do it myself." He took a cord and plugged it into his head. And then explained what he was observing, "The Destiny Shadow had four offensive weapons, seven defensive systems, five transformative reconfigurations, and one mini-fridge."

Zane then opened the mini-fridge and took out a drink and held it out to Misty and Lloyd and said, "Beverage?"

Misty let out a small groan, she didn't dare look over the side of the jet or anywhere else for that matter.

"Uh, maybe later," Lloyd said

Luckily for her, they landed at the museum a few moments later. When getting off the jet Misty stumbled but was luckily caught by Lloyd. Who laughed a little awkwardly and said, "Come on my flying can't be that bad right?"

Misty shook her head and said, "Nope... it's worst." after finally regaining control over her legs and stomach.

Lloyd let out a huff and pouted slightly as they entered the museum. They then searched the place for anything that looked out of the ordinary.

Lloyd lifted something up and said, "Nothing."

Zane looked under a nameplate and reported, "Negative."

Misty gently lifted a painting off the wall and said, "Nope... I was sure that's where a secret passage would be."

Jay meanwhile walked over to a large vase and knocked on it while saying, "Oh, this is a waste of time, there's nothing here but old junk." The vase he had knocked on rocked and Zane rushed over to save it from falling over.

Jay went on to toss aside smaller vases too, all that Zane desperately somehow managed to catch. Then Jay tossed a plate that Zane also dove to catch after setting down the vases.

"Jay, You wanna take it easy?" Lloyd shouted and added, "I know that's Krux's stuff but some of it's priceless."

"Bill me! That guy went after my parents! If he was here I'd be breaking more than his pottery!" Jay snapped and he picked up a huge blue bowl and flung it trying to make sure Zane didn't catch it. Luckily Zane did manage to catch it though. Lloyd walked over and took it from him and placed it gently back on the ground and said. "Looks like you're fully functional again."

"Except for my inability to interface with Pixal, yes it is highly frustrating," Zane said

"How about you Cole? Earth Punch under control?" Lloyd asked turning to Cole.

Cole meanwhile was assisting Misty by helping to lift her up onto one of the statues so she could get on top of it.

"Oh, yeah, I am totally dialed in!" Cole said and he activated his earth punch only to shatter a wall.

This also caused Misty to topple from the statue. Cole though managed to catch her before she hit the ground and said sheepishly. "M-mostly totally dialed in."

"Guys there's a secret room!" Lloyd said and pointed to the hole Cole had punched in the wall.

"Yeah, heh, cause obviously I meant to do that!" Cole said and he gently lowered Misty back to her feet.

"I'm sure you did," Misty said sounding slightly sarcastic as she patted Cole on the shoulder reassuringly.

The ninja then entered the room and what they saw was shocking, to say the least. "I don't believe it!" Lloyd shouted

They walked over to what appeared to be a tank filled with liquid, and Lloyd said, "What is this?"

"It appears to be a breeding tank for snake eggs," Zane explained

"Fantastic..." Misty muttered as she gazed into the tank with a look of disgust on her face.

Jay then waved around a sheet of blue paper and said, "Look plans for armor, weapons, and a bunch of I don't know what."

"What's interesting is what is not here, no computer, no modern equipment of any kind. " Zane said

"Got something," Cole said and he opened another hidden door, which led to what looked to be a sewage tunnel.

"Whoa. A hidden door, inside a hidden lab? This must lead to someplace important." Lloyd said

Jay laughed and said, "Hopefully not to a bathroom, that Krux really didn't like to share."

"We're going down there, aren't we? It looks pretty gross." Cole said

"What other choice do we have?" Lloyd asked

"Not to... that's always an option..." Misty said she received a "are you serious look from Lloyd" and then the other ninja stepped past the threshold. Sighing Misty said, "Expect for now... apparently that's not an option this time.." and followed reluctantly.

As they made their way through the sewage system Jay offered, "Uh, maybe Nya and Kai got the scanners back online."

"No, we'd have heard from them by now." Lloyd countered

Just then green gunk fell from the ceiling and onto Cole's shoulder. Cole groaned and said, "I just had my suit cleaned!"

They looked up only to see what looked to be a large spider. Instantly they all took off running Misty in the lead and ran around a corner. Jay laughed awkwardly and asked, "Um, ha-ha you wouldn't happen to have, a reconfigurable amphibious vehicle with you, would you?"

"No" Lloyd answered deadpanned and not amused.

"Actually, we might Let me access those specs again, Reconfiguration three of the Destiny Shadow is the experimental amphibious, multi-terrain assault vehicle, E.X.A.M.T.A.V. " Zane explained

"Ah, what a catch name. E.X.A.M.T.A.V. sounds like a laxative. No wonder Kai was so jealous." Jay said and then the tunnel began to shake and seconds later the ship was waiting for them just around the corner.

"I took the liberty of using the museum Wi-FI to Interface with the Destiny Shadow and bring it here," Zane explained

"Uh, beats walking," Lloyd admitted with a shrug.

"I hope you've got a little better at piloting. "Misty muttered to Lloyd, as they all piled into the jet.

"Ah, does anyone have any idea where we're going?" Jay shouted

"Not, really!" Lloyd admitted

"I'm trying to track our progress, but these tunnels are confusing," Zane said.

"What is with Villains and their total lack of signage?" Cole said

"Zane, any chance the Destiny Shadow has a temporal scanner?" Lloyd asked

"Unfortunately, not but it does have a collision-avoidance system that indicates multiple targets ahead!" Zane warned

"How convenient, not at least we'll know we're about to hit it when we're flying right at it!" Misty said

"It's an ambush!" Cole shouted

"Finally some payback!" Jay shouted

Lloyd pulled up and stopped the ship when they arrived at where the two figures were. Immediately Cole and Jay jumped on the two figures.

Lloyd meanwhile ran to turn the lights on to illuminate the people Jay and Cole were hitting. Shouting " Lights, lights, LIGHTS!" Misty then reached over and quickly pressed a button and the lights flashed on.

"Wait! Zane! Cole! Let them go! That's Scales'!" Lloyd shouted

Jay and Cole fell off the snake and onto the ground. As Scales said, "And my son, Scales Jr."

"Imaginative Name, Take you long to come up with that?" Jay said Scales Jr. then shoved Jay and shouted, "out of my way Blue Boy!"

"What're you two doing down here?" Lloyd asked

"Don't you know Lloyd? They're sewage experts!" Jay shouted

"I meant what're you doing down here now?" Lloyd asked

"Tracking the Vermillion Warriors along with these Constrictai." And Scales motion to three Constrictai who came around the corner.

"Why? You looking to join 'em?"Jay asked

"No, to avoid them," said Scales Jr. and he pushed Jay again. Scales then pulled his son off and said, "Son, no they don't understand."

"We don't understand what?" Lloyd asked

"You don't know what you're dealing with, do you? The Vermillion Warriors are the pure first generation progeny of The Great Devourer." Scales explained

"I have never heard of them," Zane said

"Because we do not speak of them. They have the same singular drive as The Great Devourer to consume everything in their path." Scales said

"We fought' em they aren't so tough." Jay countered

"In small numbers no. But if Krux and Acronix are able to raise and equip enough of them they will be an unstoppable horde, a swarm of a million that no one can stop." Scale shouted

"We did see breeding tanks in Krux's lab," Zane said

"That's sufficient to start the growth process for a few warriors, but creating a large army requires a very specific environment. A s-swamp, they are using a swamp." Scales said

"Can you tell us where it is?" Lloyd asked

"I can." Scales said

"Can you take us there?" Lloyd asked

"I cannot. I have a family to protect. But I can give you a map." Scales said and handed a map to Zane and explained

"The Constrictai are reconnaissance experts. I must warn you. There's more going on there than just raising eggs. They're readying them for war and they have your Master with them."

"We know. Thank you, Scales." Lloyd said and got on the jet again with the other ninja.

"Uh, sorry if I jumped to conclusions, Junior," Jay said

"Don't call me "Junior" Scales Junior shouted

"I kinda like that kid," Jay said to Cole

"Don't call me "Kid" either!" Scales Junior shouted

Jay laughed again and said, "Now, I know I like you."

"Goodbye Scales and Scales Junior, thank you for your help, and sorry," Misty called as the ninja took off.

"Good luck, Ninja." Scales said.

The Ninja finally arrived at the Swamp they got off the Destiny's Shadow and gazed at the landscape before them. It was filled with eggs and a giant building also stood there. "That's a lot of eggs," Cole said

"And a lot of armors, er, ers?" Jay added

"Wu's gotta be down there somewhere," Lloyd said,

"and Cyrus Borg," Zane added

"One thing's for sure, we're gonna need the whole team," Lloyd said and he pulled out his phone and called Nya. Once he was finished he hung up and said, "Kai and here will be here soon."

"Awesome, cause I'm ready to blow this place apart," Misty said gazing at the terrible view before her.
