Misty felt a hand grab onto her's and then she felt herself be pulled up through the code, and then she was free, the ninja were saved and they looked to the robotic arm and Pixal's voice came through it and she said, "I temporarily altered the corrupted code. Hurry I can only resist him for so long!" And then it exploded

"We have to get to that activation port, quick!" Cole shouted

"It's all downhill from here!" Jay shouted

"Just because your friend thinks she can change the rules doesn't mean I can't play the same game! This is my world!" The Overlord's voice roared through the digital world around them.

And then the building started moving to cause the ninja to fall to the ground. "What's happening!" Cole shouted

"I spoke too soon!" Jay cried out

As the world around them literally turned upside down, the ninja ended up begin able to fall into a room and were now looking out of the window, "That gave us a new perspective," Kai said shakily.

"I really wish it hadn't," Misty said weakly the flip had caused her stomach to do a twist.

Jay stood up and said, "Hey, we're not thinking big enough!"

And started running for the window and shouted back to the others, "Why climb when we can do this!" he held up his techno Blade and then leaped out the window, and it transformed into a vehicle, and after a u-turn, he drove up the side of the building.

"That kid plays way too many games," Kai said

"Jay's right! Forget this!" Cole said and then held his hand out to Misty as he stood on the window ledge.

Misty grabbed Cole's hand as he jumped pulling Misty with him and soon his mech materialized, Misty hung on for dear life as Cole started his climb up the building.

"Okay, you can do this Kai. You can..." And he jumped for a split second it seemed to work but then his jet eventually vanished once more, and Kai was left falling down, down, down. screaming, "I can't do it! I can't do it! I can't do it!"

Just before he fell into the void he was caught by Zane who was in his hover copter.

"Let's get to the top," Cole shouted

"You mean bottom!" Jay corrected

"Let's just get there!" Misty said

"Ninja Go!" They all shouted in unison and charged toward the bottom of the tower, destroying enemies that tried to get in their way.

"The data filters into the ground the heart of the system must be behind it!" Cole shouted to the others

"Then let's be surgical about this!" Jay said and then they blasted the ground with rockets creating a hole and then they entered the land beneath the code.

When they landed the vehicle disappeared suddenly, and they saw a bright blue tower with a sparkling star-like thing on top of it.

"The reboot activation port! It can't be that easy, can it?' Kai asked

"I'm not gonna stand around to find out!" cole shouted and took off running toward the tower the others were close on his heels.

Misty stay on the ground watching the ground as the four ninjas jumped and stood around the port holding the techno blades, "Let's hack this thing!" Kai shouted and they placed the blades in the slots and they glowed brightly and started spinning. They jumped back toward the ground only to see blue dust start to rise and form a monstrous shape that shouted, "ENOUGH!" and it turned on the ninja and added, "You may have beat my program, but you can not beat me!"

And a beam of light was shot from the tip of the tower but the figure of the Overlord caught the beam of light and flung it back at the ninja knocking them all to the ground.

"He's blocked the reboot signal! We have to complete the circuit!" Zane explained

"We have to move him!" Jay shouted in disbelief

"We can try!" Kai shouted and the ninja got back to their feet and all ran at the Overlord, who grabbed them with his tentacles, and shouted, "And you can fail!" He threw the ninja away like they were rag dolls, all except Jay who he still had in his clutches.

"Fools! All your existence, you have been powered by a lie," he shouted

"I got him! I got him!" Jay assured the group

As the Overlord continued to taunt them by saying, "That the good guys always win."

"He's too big!" Kai shouted

"Sadly, they don't," The Overlord taunted

"We cannot fail," Zane said

"I have the power now, technology has made me infinite!" The Overlord shouted

"You let me go, you Overgrown-" Jay shouted but the Overlord flung Jay at Zane knocking them both to the ground, and shouted, "The Golden Ninja is Mine!"

"No!" Misty cried and before any of the others could stop her she rushed at the Overlord but was swatted aside like a bug, only to climb to her feet again and try a second time, only to get the same result. When she again rose to her feet although slightly unsteady and started forward again, Cole reached out a grabbed her holding her back.

"I know you want to save Lloyd we all do but getting yourself killed isn't going to help us! This isn't the way to save him!" He said and he shook Misty's shoulders trying to reason with her.

"I Don't care I can't give up!" Misty shouted

Zane stood and shouted, "Your Wrong Overlord, Good Guys may not always win, but they never give up!" And then Zane started glowing golden, and he said, "If we can't move him, go around him."

"What? Zane, you're gold." Kai said shocked

"Exactly, Even in the darkness, we have the choice to reflect the light!" Zane shouted and he ran and managed to get on top of the Overlord's head, he caught the beam of light and shouted, "Cole get into the light!"

Cole then let go of Misty and dodge the swing tentacles and got into position and shouted, "You're a genius. Catch the light, Jay!" He too had turned golden.

Jay made it into position and turned gold and reflected the light to Kai and shouted, "Kai run to your position!"

"I'm too big to fail now!" The Overlord shouted

"Come on Kai you can do it just believe!" Jay shouted

"How can I? This is not my world!" Kai shouted

"Now, too little too late!" The Overlord gloated and shouted, "I won't allow it!"

Misty rushed toward Kai and was busy shaping a Crystal shield as she ran toward him the Overlord was looming over him.

And then Kai stood and shouted, "I allow myself! and he turned golden and shot the light toward the port, but one of the Overlord's tentacles tried blocking the shot and Misty lunged forward and slammed the shield right side up just before the light was blocked and the light passed through the shield and straight into the activation port,

An electronic voice then said, "System reboot initiated,"

"No! NO!" Screamed the Overlord and disappeared

When Misty opened her eyes she was back in the real world, and she saw, Pixal cry out with Joy and hug Zane tightly as Zane finished saying, "I'm just Zane."

"You're so much more than just Zane," Kai said smiling

Nya then came running into the room off the elevator and shouted, "You did it! and hugged her brother.

"You all did it." Came another voice,

"Sensei, you're back!" Jay shouted

"I knew you'd be back," Kai agreed

"Sensei!" Misty said and hugged Wu who smiled kindly and patted the girl on the head.

"So the system is completely clear?" Zane asked Pixal

"There is no evidence of the Digital Overlord, he is erased," Pixal confirmed

"What about Lloyd?" Garmadon asked

It had turned to nighttime as the team stood in front of the communicator.

"Lloyd are you there? Do you read me?" Pixal asked and then Lloyd's voice came through and it said, "I'm here. I'm all right."

Garmadon stepped forward and shouted, "Son, where are you?"

"Dad? You're alive! Uh, I'm not alone. I'm in a remote village," Lloyd said

"Stay where you are, we're picking you up," Garmadon said

"Ah, good, because, uh, my golden power's, uh a little spent," Lloyd admitted

The rest of the team laughed relieved to hear their leader's voice once more and Misty hearing Lloyd's voice again felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders. He was safe... he was okay and they would see each other again soon.
