Mistletoe - Part 6

"Damn women and their bony feets," Gary muttered when May stepped on his toes for quite a while as he twirled May around.

May snarled,"What did you just say?!" And she purposely landed on his left foot. Gary hissed and muttered some more incoherent words as he lead May backwards a few steps and sideways.

"You should be glad that I'm complimenting you for your bony feet," Gary retorted.

May scowled,"And you should be glad that I'm actually following your lead."

"Why? So you can be the guy?"

This question resulted in another step on the feet. Well...stomp on the feet, in this case.

Once the lesson was finished, May missed her 1st and 2nd period.

May's eyes widened,"I missed my period..."

Gary choked on his water,"Did you check?" He managed to spit out.

May gloomily nodded, and stared off to space. Gary on the other hand, ran around the room like a chicken caught on fire. "When was your last period?!" He cried.

May checked the time,"5 minutes ago."

Gary stopped,"Hold up."

"Do you mean your period period. Or your classes period?"

May stared at Gary horrified at his question,"Class period!"

"What did you think it was, pervert?!"

Gary covered his ears as May growled,"Hey. In my defense, you said period not periods!"

She stopped with a confusing look,"Does that even matter?"

He nodded,"It does in this household."

May scoffed,"What household? All I see is a dance instructor who couldn't even instruct properly." She says with a grin.

Gary looked up slowly with a smirk on his hooded face,"Oh really? Wanna say that to my face?" He says slowly and darted towards May.

May yelped and ran out the room, pushing pass maids along the way.

"Sorry!" She quickly apologized and passed 2 butlers.

"Come back here, missy!" She heard Gary say and quickly entered a room without knowing whose it was.

She hastily closed the wooden oak door and leaned against it, breathing heavily from the running.

"For a ballroom instructor he sure has quick footsteps."

"Yeah and for someone who couldn't even walk without tripping, runs faster than a cheetah when caught." Someone snorted, his breath fanning her neck.

May turned so fast towards the voice that her neck almost snapped. "What are you doing here?!" She shrieked finally noticing how close they were and backed away.

Approximately 2 inches apart. Yes, that was how close they were.

If she were to lean in more their lips would probably brush against one another. But she backed away until they were exactly 3 meters apart.

Drew sighed at her actions. He was hoping to tease her while being in such a close atmosphere. But it seems like she didn't want that.

He walked towards her, and May walked backwards continuing on and extending the space between them. But Drew looked as if he doesn't want to cooperate, he insisted on closing the space between them.

And soon he had May pressed against a Crème colored wall. May sucked in a breath before saying,"U-Uh I have t-to go now," she stuttered and tried her best to push him away,"So if you would excuse me..." And she continued on pushing him away. But he didn't budge, instead he pressed her against the wall even harder.

"Now why are you in such a hurry?" He asked his breath fanning her cheek. May blushed at the close proximity and turned her face to the side,"I need had make up work to do." She says softly, true she did.

After being absent for so many days last month, everyday she had to make up missed work. To say that's she was exhausted would probably be an understatement.

Drew narrowed his emerald eyes and leaned in a bit closer,"Oh really?" 2 inches, May thought. As her eyes started to widened to the size of saucers.

She answered him breathlessly,"Yeah."

Her breath is hot. Drew's breath itself hitched and allowed a light amused smile to appear on his face.

He's amused, May thought and frowned. Am I just his entertainment once again?

Suddenly the sound of the door being opened echoed in the silent room.

"Uh...what are you guys doing?"

It was a confused, stern, and kind of disapproving like voice. Probably directed towards our position currently as our expressions mimicked a deer caught red handed.

Oh great, I just found out that I haven't updated anything in around 2 weeks. Sorry.

But I'm sad today ;-; my parents didn't allow me to go to a friends birthday party. We were going to the skating rink...and I wasn't there. Yeah, I'm still mad at them.
