Jerome's POV:

I sigh and go to the next village. Going through the wooden gate and I get greeted by a kid tackling me down. My eyes widen and I smiled. The little girl gave me a hug and cuddled me.

"Teddy bear! Teddy bear"she shouted.

"Yep. I'm a teddy bear".

I gave her a teddy bear hug back and she smiled and gave a soft laugh and when I pulled back, she did also.

"Emily"!

I looked confused as the women ran and picked up the little girl, Emily up. I stood and brushed myself off. She smiled nervously at me while I guess holding her daughter.

"I'm so sorry sir".

"That's okay. I get that alot from kids. I need to ask you something though. Have you seen a boy come by. Checkered jacket, blue jeans, dog tag, red sneakers?", she nodded and before she could leave, I put a paw on her shoulder and turned her back around ,"Can you tell me where please".

"I saw the boy riding with the Prince of the Lapis kingdom. He kept yelling some boys name and yelling at the Prince to let him down"she mumbled.

"What name"I said quickly.

"It....it was...um....Jerome. That's it. It was Jerome".

My eyes widen and I ran out of the village and to the Lapis kingdom. He's here somewhere. Just where!?

Mitch's POV:

He turned around and smiled at me. I narrowed my eyes and crossed my arms. When he started walking torwards me, I looked at the ground. I looked back up when he was right in front of me. The smile was still on his face. He grabbed my chin gently and gave me a soft kiss. I narrowed my eyes and pulled back roughly.

"Don't touch me"I mumbled.

He sighed and continued smiling.

"Like your accessory"?

He poked the metal ring around my neck.

"You know this won't continue. He'll find me".

"Your boyfriend", he laughed until he was in tears which made my heart drop in determination ,"He won't find you. We're gonna get married my darling. One way or another. He's probably not even looking for you".

"For the last time! I'm a b-".

"Prince!", I turned to the doors to see a guy standing there ,"Your father. Come please sire"!

He gave me another quick kiss and ran past me. I looked confused and looked torwards the girl that brought me here.

"What's going on"?

"The wedding will now most likely be two or three days now. Something must be sever with the king. Death or heart attack maybe"she mumbled.

I sighed and looked around. Everything was beautifully decorated. Crystal chandeliers, tables on the floor and a large blank space for dancing. The floors were marble and the walls were a cream color. The tables had nonlit candles in the middle of the white velvet table cloth.

"He's actually serious about this huh?"I whispered.

"Of course. He wants to for real get married. Not only just because he's being forced to at the moment. He really loves you. He wouldn't pick a girl of this land randomly. He actually loves you".

"I'm", I looked at the ground ,"I'm a boy. Not a girl. I-Ive been trying to say that this whole time".

I looked at her. She had a eyebrow raised.

"It's true"I spat.

She tried to hide her laugh.

"Yeah. And I'm a boy with man boobs. There's flat chested girls and your one of them. Don't make that an excuse because you don't wanna be married", I went to speak but she continued ,"What's your name"?

"It's Mitch! A boys name"I yelled.

Not loud enough for it to echo through the room. She bit her bottom lip.

"There's one way to find out. You know that to and I'm not doing it. And wait. If you claim to be a guy? And you have a boyfriend...your gay"!?

"Yes. That's my boyfriend. I'm gay, and I'm a boy. I wanna go home. Tell him that!"I yelled.

"He won't listen to a maid like me. If he knew your were a boy he'd flip out! We can't let him know".

My eyes widen ,"Your telling me to go through this anyways"!?

"Um. Yeah".

I rubbed my eyes and sighed deeply. Where are you Jerome? Please hurry.
