Chapter 11: The Stalker's Note

Felicia and I spar outside on top of the lookout. Both of us are at full power, not holding back on bit of our energy. Even with the so called 'Saiyan Hunters' on our tracks, we have to train. I still haven't forgotten about the vision I had a while back. I'm not sure if Broly will actually return, but we can not take any chances. And we still have yet to figure out who this second incarnet is. I just hope we find out soon...Oof!

"Should have been paying attention Chelle!" Felicia yelled after she sent a knarly blow to the side of my face and sent me plummiting towards the tile at Kami's Lookout(our home for the past few weeks)

"Geez! are you sure your knuckles aren't made of iron!" I yelled back as I picked myself off of the floor. Once I got to my feet, I stumbled a bit but then regained my balance.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure." Felicia said as she walked over and rested her elbow on my shoulder, weighing my already tired body down. "Any news on the kid yet?" My friend yelled into the main part of the lookout. Dende and Mr. Popo walk out of the look out with serious looks on both of their faces.

"We've been looking all over, but we can't seem to track him down." Mr. Popo says as he stares us all down with his uaual poker face

"Yeah, but we are still looking. This kid is a slippery one. Once we find him, he disappears." Dende tells us.

If you are all wondering what Dende and Mr. Popo are telling Felicia and I, this is it is:

So you guys all know that Broly was so powerful and crazy that his power was transferred into 2 reincarnations. We know that I am the first incarnet, but we are still working in finding the second. However, this second incarnet is supposed to harbor Broly's crazy, evil side. So Dende, Mr. Popo, and I( along with the other Z fighters) have been working around the clock to find the second incarnet before he or she goes bizurck.

"Hey guys!" Two distant voices say as they grow louder and closer. I turn around, Felicia's elbow finally comes off of my shoulder, and see the two people flying towards the lookout. As the two come closer, I see the outline of two young males. Yeah, who else would it be?

"Trunks, Goten! Your Back!" Felicia and I yell towards our friends. The two fly towards the Lookout in their school uniforms (A blue button up shirt and kacki pants) and their backpacks on their backs.

You see, since the article in the newspaper came out, Dende and Mr.Popo forbid all of us to be out in public at once, but we must go with someone. So if one of us is to be caught by the Saiyan Hunters, we have the other to get help.

Trunks and Goten have been going to school and bringing Felicia and I out work. My parents and Felicia's parents had told our teachers that we would not be able to attend school for a while. So our parents made a deal that Trunks and Goten were to bring us our work and they were to hand it in for us. Since Trunks and Goten are the strongest out of the four of us, they are the ones to attend school while Felicia and I train.

"How was school boys?" Mr. Popo asked as the two touched down on the tile floor.

Goten let out a huge huff "Ugh, it was horrible! Mr. C just went on and on about how the Aztecs..."

"Alright Goten, I think they get the point." Trunks said as he swung his backpack around his body and onto the ground. He knelt down and opened his orange backpack and pulled out two textbook and a binder. "Here Rochelle, you have a few problems in Algerbra I and you have to reveiw for the chapter 10 test in Science." He handed me the books and binder.

"Thanks Trunks. I really do owe you for this." I tell Trunks as he zips up his bag.

"You don't owe me anything Rochelle." Trunks said in soft, caring voice. I smiled.

"And for Felicia," Goten started as he reached into his green messanger bag, "You have to take notes on Chapter 10 in science and write a 3 page paper on none other than...the Aztec's way of life. And it's due next thursday."

"Geez, For some reason I don't think my teachers like me very much." Felicia said as she was handed the two largre texts books and Goten's laptop.

"Man, these teachers are still giving you work even though you are training to save the world?" Dende asked as he walked up to see the amount of work piled up in our hands.

"Well, this isn't really a lot." I tell Dende.

"Yeah, for you it's not!" Felicia exclaimed as she shoved her work pile in my face.

"Alright you two, we all need to get started on our homework. So let's get a move on." Trunks stated as he began to push me the Lookout's main building.

"But I don't wanna!" I whine.

~~~~~~one boring hour later~~~~~~
We all decided to do our homework in my room today. I'm laying down on my stomach on my bed studying my science. Trunks is leaning up against the side of my bed on the floor doing his math problems. Felicia is leaning in the window cill doing her science homework. And Goten is laying on the floor with his laptop; probably playing games.
"Finally Done!" Felicia exclaims as she throws her science text book into the air, almost having it fall out the window.
"That may be, but you still have to write that paper." I tease as I finally look up from my science book. Then my neck makes a large cracking sound that startles everyone...well except Goten.
Felicia looked over from me to Goten. "Is he asleep or something?" She asks
"Not sure..." Trunks says. He moves his books off of his lap. Trunks then crawls over to Goten on all fours and peaks over his laptop. "He's asleep."
"Of course. That lughead." I comment.
"Well, he had a pretty rough day." Trunks says after he moves back to his spot and puts his books back on his lap.
"What happend?" Felicia asked sternly as she looked at Trunks with a worried glare.
"Nothing Serious," Trunks said as he finished up his last problem and closed his book, "It's just that Mark kid."
"Mark? You mean that guy that is in your and Rochelle's History class?" Felicia asked, "That kid couldn't hurt a fly!"
"Yeah, but he can get into your head pretty easily." I commented, "He is the same guy that saw my tail after it had grown back. Ever since then he had been stalking me. Even before that he always had an eye on me."
"Well now he is after Goten." Trunks informed Felicia and I. Felicia sat up straighter and taller, telling us she was all ears. I had finally sat up and swung my legs over the bed by Trunks.
"What is he doing?" I asked
Trunks let out a heavy sigh, then started to talk. "He was just watching for a while, but then soon Goten was getting notes in his locker."
"What did they say?" Felicia asked anxiously.
"Stuff like, 'I know your secret' or 'I know what you really are'." Trunks told us, but then his hands balled into fists ontop of his text book, "But he really crossed the line today. The note was just...I'm really not even sure how to respond...The point is that I was ready to punch a hole right through Mark's head!" A small jolt of energy was admitted around Trunks' arm. He was beyond mad. But I still needed to ask him one mire question:
"What is the note about?" I asked as I placed a hand on his shoulder in an attempt to calm him down. Trunks hung his head, he didn't want to tell us. But I could feel the battle going on in his head about whether or not to speak. But how could one note inflict this much damage; espacially on someone like Trunks.
Trunks relaxed his hand and reached into the pocket of his pants "You should just read it yourself." He pulled out the note and handed it to me.
I took the folded-lined paper and held it for a few seconds. 'Could this note really be that bad?' I thought to myself. I then carefully opened the paper and then the whole note was written out in front of me. I then began to read the note aloud.
"Goten and Trunks,
You know you can't hide from me forever. You know you can't perfectly blend in to society. I will find you...and your little girlfriends too.
Those little tramps are all you two have. And I know you wouldn't want anything to happen to them. Felicia and Rochelle, the two girls that mean the most to you two. I couldn't even imagine what it would be like if those two were to disappear...permanetly."
I wasn't exactly sure how to respond to what I had just read. Mark wasn't just watching anymore, he is out to get us...
"I'm so sorry you two. I tried my best to keep Mark away from you. But he just keeps coming back and I'm not sure how to stop him..." A small tear ran down my friends face. I moved from my bed and sat down right next to Trunks; wraping my arm around his shoulder and holding him close.
I rested my head against his shoulder; feeling the unsteady rise and fall of his chest from his breathing. "Trunks, you did everything you could. You shouldn't be upset with yourself." I could feel his breathing begin to steady itself, but he was still upset. I took the hand that was on top of his text book and held it in my own. "Please, Trunks..." I whispered into his ear. I felt his whole body relax and he nodded his head.
"Trunks, it's not your fault this is happening." Felicia told him.
"Yeah...It's mine." We heard Goten say. We all turned to the once sleeping teen with a questioning look.
"Goten, your awake?" Felicia asked as she got down from her perch on the window cill.
"Yeah, I've been up for a while." Goten told us as he pushed himself off the floor and sat back on his feet.
I unwrapped my arm from around Trunks' shoulders, but I kept my hand around his, "How much did you hear?"
"Enough to know that you two could be in deep trouble." Goten told us. "I have a gut feeling that Mark misleading us all from who he realy is."
"What do you mean?" Felicia asked as she sat down next to Goten.
"Well, it's hard to explain..." Goten said just as I felt my senses going numb. I must be having another vision.
I saw nothing but darkness. Except for one lone peice of black paper. I could see through the paper, there were words written in white letters. I saw maybe four or five words, then a name. Then my vision came back and eveyone was looking with a questioning glare.
I finally spoke, "Goten, let me see the other note." He looked taken aback by the suddeness of my demand. But he reached into his pocket and pulled out a black peice of paper.
"So you did see it." Goten said to me as he outstreched his arm to hand me the paper. I nodded my head and took the paper from his hand.
I could feel another vision coming on, only it wasn't a vision. More of a voice. I repeat every word I hear to my friends.
"You found this peice of paper at the end of the day. There was one nite that was in your locker hidden in your math text book. This note told you to go to my locker and retreive a second note. You did as intructed and found the black paper taped to the door of my locker." Everyone sat in front of me with their mouths agaped. Goten was most surprised at what I said. I knew what I said was correct.
"I didn't want anyone but Rochelle to see the note, seeing as though it was soecifically for her. I haven't opened it myself, so I am not sure what is written." Goten spoke in a low tone and hung his head to escape our stares. I wasn't exactly sure what he was feeling...
"There is one way to find out." I say as I look down at the tiny, folded up peice of paper with great intent.
I take one corner of the paper and carefully pull back the paper. Fold after fold, the paper slowly gets bigger. And then I see the whole page, but...
"This note isn't written in English..." I tell my friends as I try to process what language this note could possibly be written in.
"Let me see." Trunks takes the paper and begins to read it through, he knows what it says. I then see hus face grow pale. This can't be good.
"Rochelle, this letter is written in the Language that was used on Planet Vegeta." My stomach must have dropped straight through my butt and down to the earth's surface.
I grabbed the note right out of Trunks' hands and my eyes began to dart around the paper. Trunks was right, this paper is written in the language that was used on planet Vegeta. But how could anyone know this language(other than the obvious), espacially Mark?
"Can you read it?" I asked Trunks.
"I can try." Trunks took the note back. Everyone hudled around Trunks and we all listened to Trunks as he read through the note.
"It's time you learned my real name," Trunks read with a hint of confusion in his voice, "Benjiman Robert Oliver Lucas Young." Wha?
"What exactly does that mean?" Felicia asked as she tried to process what she had just heard.
"I have no clue." Goten said as he sat back against the bed next to Trunks, Looking at the note over his shoulder.
"But one thing is for sure, this kid has quite a name." Trunks said as he put the note down in the middle of the floor.
"His name... do you think that what ever 'Mark' is trying to tell us is hidden in his real name?" I suggest.
"Maybe, but let's not think on an empty stomach. I'm hungry!" Goten says as he gets up off the floor and stretches out his body.
"Yeah, I could eat." Felicia says as she out a hand over her rumbling stomach.
"Alright, we'll eat first, but then as soon as we are done we go straight back to figuring out this note." Trunks tells us as he pushes himself off of the floor.
"Aye Aye Captin." I say as I push myself off the floor.
We all exit my room an go straight to the kitchen where all of our food awaits us. Along the way, I tried to figure out what that note meant. It really doesn't make sense. As we enter the kitchen, immediatley we notice that there isn't any food. Only a note written on the kitchen table. I went ahead and picked up the small sticky note.
"Sorry I forgot to tell you all earlier. We are heading to West City for an overnight visit. I believe that we are close to finding the second incarnet. Pack and overnight bag and meet me at the bottom of the tower.
-Dende."
"Well, I guess we should pack." Goten commented.
"I guess so...last one to the bottom of the tower is a rotten egg!" I exclaim as I sprint out of the kitchen
"Heey!!"
"No fair!!"
Haha, suckers...
