Lucy's P.O.V

Ruki glared at me causing me to cautiously put my hand up. " I'm being honest. If anything I want you to come because I would feel more comfortable." He blushed before he grabbed my hand and helped me off the table. 

"Come on" When we were leaving the nurse's office, I went in the direction of the classroom but stopped as I felt someone pull me the other way. I looked at the owner and seen that it had been Ruki. 

"Ruki I can't leave."

"Nonsense I will tell your teacher that you didn't feel good and Ruki took you home," Quinn said as she came in. Well, today was my lucky day, wasn't it?

"Okay," We left school. As we did I couldn't help but think about what happened a few months ago.

Flashback

Four months ago

I woke up and seen Ruki asleep. If the mission said that I had to stay in Tokyo then I didn't have to be with him. I stood up and quickly got dressed before I quietly left the room. I speed-walked down the hall. When I reached the front door someone grabbed me and pinned me against the wall. 

"Ruki" 

"You tried to leave."

"No Ruki I was-"

"You're lying"

"Ruki I'm sorry" He let go of me before he looked to be in thought. "Ruki?"

"We have not finished with the mission. How do we know if you're even pregnant?" 

"Huh?" I blushed, that pervert! How can he even be so emotionless while he said this?

"I guess that means we have to try again."

"Try again?" He began to pull me back upstairs. "What! You pervert you know already!" He dragged me into his room.

Now

When we arrived at the hospital, Ruki made me sit while he checked us in. As I looked at the exit I realized that this could have been one of the only times I had the possibility to escape but what would happen to me next? Would he find me? Would I get hurt? I jumped as I heard someone sit next to me. I looked next to me and seen Ruki.

"They are finding out the gender at this appointment. " I looked at him and nodded before I looked at my lap. I could feel him closer to me before he whispered. "I know you were thinking about leaving." I looked at him while he looked away from me and started to sign the paperwork. "You looked at your lap because you felt guilty right?"

"I am not going to leave." 

"You said that four months ago"

"I know but-" There was no use in debating him. I looked away from him. "I'm sorry" 

"Mother and Father, you never told me your parents' names." 

"Neither did you."

"I told you about them." I looked at him. 

"It's not always easy to talk about them."

"I will not talk about it anymore if you do not want me to but I want to I have to know their names."

"Layla and Jude Heartfilia" 

"The baby, do you want them in his/her life." I arched a brow.

"Ruki" 

"Oh," I sighed.

"Their deceased," I said causing his eyes to widen. I stood up. "I will be back, I have to find the bathroom."

"Lucy"

"Believe me I will not leave." When I came back I had seen Ruki speaking to a nurse. The two looked at me and she smiled.

"So this is Lucy? Wow, she looked really pretty," I looked at the nurse with a blushed.

"Thanks"

"Lucy, my girlfriend." He dared call me that? The nurse smiled at me.

"How far along are you?" He asked as he walked us ahead while we followed.

" I am four months along." Once we arrived I sat on the nurse's bed while Ruki sat in the chair.

"Oh yeah, you are finding out the gender today. Well, I am leaving you two alone for a bit to inform your doctor of your attendance. " The nurse left.

"Something is not right " Ruki stood up and went near me. 

"Huh?" He lifted my face to make me look at him in his eyes.

"There has to be more than one baby." My eyes widened.

"W..what do you mean more than one?"

"Why do you look surprised?" He moved his lips closer to mine.

"Ruki wait-" The doctor knocked on the door before he walked in. I noticed that he had some striking features in him. From his short white hair to his gold eyes. As I looked at him in his eyes I knew that he might have been dangerous. Then a memory appeared in my head.

Flashback

As I sat in the nurse's room for a new uniform a man walked inside. He sat in the chair complaining that he had a headache. The nurse checked if to see if she had any aspirin but didn't see any. 

"I will be right back, I believe there is some in the office." She left the room while he walked near the other nurse's bed. Before he could sit down he looked at me. His purplish-blue eyes met mine, striking fear in my heart. 

"You are pregnant with Ruki's child."

"Huh?"

"Karl Heinz, he is the one who gave you that mission. "

"Why?" He laid on the bed and put his arms behind his head before he spoke. 

"He wanted to make you apart of his experiment. If a woman and a half-vampire had a baby, then there would be a chance where you would have a full vampire."

"I am not normal, I am a mage." He looked at me again.

"That means he wanted more than just that, but I do not know what else he could have wanted. " He stood up and handed me a paper. "When the nurse comes back in the room, tell her that I felt better." He left the room. This was him. I froze as he smiled at me. "So this is Lucy. She is quite the beauty. "

"T..thanks" He pulled his stethoscope to check my heartbeat but I quickly jumped back. "S..s.sorry" She sat back up and let him check her. When he finished the check-up he started to get her ready for checking the gender of their baby. "Shouldn't there be a nurse in here?" He chuckled at her.

"Our nurses are all busy and I could tell you guys have to leave soon, so I am going to check for you now." He started to check and all three of their eyes widened at what they had seen. "Congratulations you are having twins, One boy, and one girl."

So I am thinking of naming the twins Mitsu and Tora.
