Sakura stared at her bedside table.

"No," she kept repeating out loud as she stared, transfixed at the small note.

'I found the truth about Itachi.
Konoha is not safe.
You're not safe.
No one is.
Liars never win.'

Sakura quivered and shook, liars never win? But who are the liars?
Just as the door opened and Naruto entered the room, Sakura's breathing stopped.

"Sakura!"

~The Hospital~

"She's had a mild cardial infarction from increased stress and an unknown virus entering her body," Tsunade looked down in anger and heartbreak.

"What?" Naruto asked.

"A heartattack."

She stared at Naruto who was holding Sakura's limp hand,"Do you know the cause of stress?"

Naruto racked through his brain.

'Think, think!'

"The notes."

Tsunade looked up,"What?"

"The notes that Sakura's been receiving! She said it was nothing," Naruto growled, his obliviousness made one of his loved ones-

"Naruto!" Tsunade narrowed her eyes,"Here are her apartment keys, go fetch all the notes that she has been receiving and bring it to my desk."

"Hai."

~Sakura's Apartment~

Naruto opened the door and ran upstairs, opening the closets, the bathroom cabinets, and her bedside table cabinet before finding a selection of notes.

He grabbed them quickly, shutting the cabinet and rushing out the door.

~The Hospital~

After reading through all of them, Tsunade stared at the last note, gears turning in her head.

Naruto's eyes widened, as he stared at Tsunade.

"What?"

"Sasuke."
