Part 1, Knock-knock

My phone buzzed with a message saying 'Knock on your door, count to four; who's behind will change your life." Just then I heard a faint knock at my door followed by a louder thud. As I opened the door I found a girl, unconscious on the floor. The carpet around her was damp, smelling of blood. A small bag is resting next to her. She must have been just holding it. Her shirt is stained on the back with blood and rips across the hem. The only thing I could think of was to call help.

I'm pacing in the waiting room after being in an ambulance with the girl. . I hear a news program saying some princess was missing, but I took no notice. A nurse comes over to me with a letter in hand. It's half stained with blood, just the thought of it makes my stomach do a flip.

"Sir, the girl is stable and this letter was on her. You should read this." With that she left me with the letter and my thoughts. I was careful to open the envelope and pull out the small sheet of half white half red paper, it said:
'To who finds me,
If I'm still alive, thank you, I need your help. I will need a place to stay once I walk up. Since you dear reader, found me your life will change ...'.

The rest is unreadable, smeared with blood. Just then my phone buzzes, I jump to get it. It's another text like the one from this morning, 'She'll need what's in the bag." I look from my phone to the little bag that I found resting next to her. I contemplate opening it to see what's in it but I'm interrupted by my phone buzzing yet again, 'Open it.' A chill goes down my spine, am I being watched?

I carefully walk over to the bag, it smells of blood, I tried hard not to gag. The zipper slides over the teeth fine even with the dry blood coating them. Inside are a few jars and bottles. I thought to walk over to the front desk tell them about the bag and weird texts I've been getting but thought otherwise.
