Chapter 45
Just when Chan and Jisung were about to fall asleep again, Minho and Changbin came back home.
Both had expected Chan and Jisung to still be in bed and had sneaked up to surprise the two, but the picture they expected was just incredibly cute to look at.
Jisung lay in Chan's arms and one hand of the older was clearly visible under Jisung's T-shirt while he pressed the younger against him with the other. Jisung's legs lay between Chans and Chan had buried his face in Jisung's hair. Jisung's arm lay on Chan's hip and it didn't look like even a leaf would fit between the two, so tightly cuddled they lay there.
Minho quietly pulled his phone out of his pocket and took pictures of the two before they cuddled up to them on the bed at the same time.
Both looked up surprised. They hadn't noticed that Minho and Changbin had come home. But instead of moving away from each other now, they remained so snuggled together, while Minho and Changbin simply cuddled up to them.
Minho and Jisung began to speak at the same time.
"Baby-"
"Honey-"
Laughing, Minho meant Jisung to keep talking.
"Honey, Channie and Binnie would like to move in with us... What do you think of that?"
But instead of looking at Jisung, Minho looked at Changbin with a grin.
"Well, seems like you both had the same thought," he said with a grin and then turned to Jisung.
"Baby, Changbin also told me about it earlier and I just wanted to ask you exactly the same thing."
Chan and Changbin looked at each other in amazement.
"So?" Chan asked impatiently.
Minho nodded with a crooked grin and that was the moment when Jisung almost flew into his arms. He kissed Minho exuberantly and shortly afterwards they all lay across each other on the bed. Chan tried to hug Minho while Changbin tried to squeeze Jisung against him and kissed him on the forehead. Jisung squeaked happily and Minho couldn't help but laugh happily. Chan and Changbin couldn't help but smile happily. They were incredibly happy that their idea had been so well received by Minho and Jisung.
"I assume that means that Chan has to call his parents," Jisung finally said a little out of breath.
"I'll do it," Chan said and smiled happily. His parents were very loving and supported their son as much as they could. They had taken Jisung so often when there had only been fights at his home again. Actually, Jisung was almost already their son. They wouldn't mind if the four moved together.
Minho sat up and watched the bustle on the bed happy. He felt light and free and knew that it was the right thing to accept the offer of the two.
"Binnie, do you remember that we brought food?" he finally asked.
Changbin tried to free himself from Jisung and Chan, who both lay on him and stretched out his hand to Minho with a suffering expression on his face so that he could help to free him from Chan and Jisung.
Laughing, Minho grabbed his hand and tried to pull him out. But Chan and Jisung held him tight and weren't handicapped by a gunshot wound like Minho.
Finally, Minho gave up and left Changbin to the other two.
"I guess I have to go to eat alone then," he said, got up and was about to leave the bedroom when he was grabbed by Chan and pulled back to bed.
"Nope, you're not going anywhere!"
Before Minho knew what happened to himself, he lay under Chan, while Jisung, instead of helping him, kept Changbin in check.
"Baby," he looked at Jisung reproachfully, but he only grinned, quickly leaned towards him, kissed him and then concentrated again on holding Changbin.
Triumphantly, Chan finally sat on Minho and Jisung on Changbin.
"Did you say anything about food?" Chan finally asked, jumped down from Minho and went into the kitchen.
Minho shook his head.
"It took a long time for the information to reach you Hyung...," he called after him.
"Be quite you little brat back there, you've lost before. Don't put it on a second round...!" shouted Chan from the kitchen.
"You know very well that you would have lost if my shoulder were healthy! Little brat yourself...!"
Laughing, he pulled Jisung down from Changbin and then pulled the two with him towards the kitchen.
Chan was already unpacking the food.
"Mmmh, that smells good," said Jisung and went over to him curiously.
Together they carried the food to the table and sat down.
"It's insanely unusual to have so much free time and spend it with you," Chan said with a crooked smile and looked at the other three.
"As if you otherwise spend so little time with Ji and Binnie," said Minho and snorted lightly.
But Chan waved it off. "That's something completely different. In the studio it is often hectic and exhausting. Here at home with you feels very different."
Jisung and Changbin nodded in agreement and Minho had to smile against his will. Even if all this would change a bit if they all had to work again, he was sure that it would go well if they lived together.
After dinner, they cleaned up together and then stood a little unsure in the kitchen.
"And what do we do with the rest of the evening?"
"A night walk," Jisung said quietly.
The other three looked at him in amazement.
"Are you sure?" Minho asked him astonished.
Jisung nodded and pulled Minho and Chan behind him to the entrance. Changbin followed them.
Fortunately, it was now so cold outside that it was not really noticeable when they walked through the area with a hat and scarf and so the risk of being recognized was significantly lower.
With thick jackets, scarves and hats, made as unrecognizable as possible, they finally left the apartment and stood together on the street a short time later.
The night air was pleasantly cool and it smelled slightly like winter.
"Do you think we'll get snow soon?" Jisung asked, smiled hopefully and reached for Minho's hand.
"A little early for snow, don't you think?" Chan asked laughing, reaching for his free hand and stretched out his other to Changbin.
After that, they remained silent for a while while running towards the Han River.
Due to the fact that the city was brightly lit, only a few stars could be seen.
"We should spend a few days in the mountains when my shoulder got better," Minho said and sighed.
"Let's do it!" said Chan.
After walking quite a long distance along the river, they finally crossed it and went back on the other side.
"That was a beautiful idea baby!" said Minho and pulled Jisung to him to kiss him.
Chan secretly took a photo of the two, but Minho saw it from the corner of his eye.
"You should take one of us all together!" he said with a laugh.
And Chan did exactly that.
After that, they returned home tired but overjoyed.
Finally, they lay snuggled close to each other in bed again. And if there was something that gave them the feeling of affection and secureness, then exactly that. To lie together in bed in the evening and feel the closeness of the others. To be there for each other without worrying about how the others felt, because it was more than obvious that they all felt the same, sought closeness to each other and needed each other.
